Avoid this place! The prices may be good but what you save in money you will pay for in stress.
Staff are untrained and useless, room quality was very poor, bathroom door was falling apart and the smell of cigarette smoke made us gag.

One of the best hotels in Yas Island the location is wonderful and near to all activities at yas , rooms are really clean and quite with a relaxing view. Parking is a bit not comfortable If you came with your own car
But overall I really really liked it and would go there again

Our room was very kept for the five weeks we stayed there. Sarena From housekeeping was a pleasure to have cleaning our room. She made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. She did an outstanding job.
Bed is not comfortable, don't take the breakfast here its not worth it

In general the rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is good. You cannot use the free buses that move free between parts of the island. Its position is directly in front of the hotel door. The bathroom wall is glass. When the bathroom light opens, the room lights up and the sleeper gets upset

Altogether a good visit. Well priced for the area and access it can provide for Yas Island attractions. Room we had to change immediately, there was a very bad stink of pee mixed with room perfume. Otherwise staff were helpful and obliging.

The restaurant is too dark, they could do with a little bit more lighting. Food taste amazing but too pricey for the size of portions (very tiny portion).

Lovely hotel, nice and quiet to sit by the pool, very friendly environment not overly crowded very pleasant. All Staff were phenomenal, extra credit for one of the waiters around breakfast time Tanveer was wonderful such a delight, very welcoming (like all to be honest) he would be delighted to get you something if you wanted something always at our side once we finished and ask us if we d like another drink, like to keep the tables tidy also, very polite and easy to talk too. Food was also great breakfast was lovely nice to choose how you d like your eggs: omelet, scrabbled, friend, poached Boiled ect.. they offer a great selection of food and drinks morning and throughout till night. Sadly view isn t to standards with construction going off around so nothing to pleaseing too look at. Also free bus to take you to mall, water park and ect is just a walk out the door. Would stay again if we ever returned to ya island.
Stayed here for the grand prix, great value (relative to the other hotels on yas island), good service and the room was very nice. The hotel was very accommodating with our late check out, will be coming back next time we are in Abu Dhabi!

They don't provide everything,flat iron doesn't work,the bathroom doesn't have any conditioner, no dental kit, sewing kit,all of that basic stuff not included, it deserves a three star in my humble opinion

Its also cost evective I had a free Park tickets that more than what I paid for the stay

We were waiting till 3.20 pm for check in ..we booked interconnected rooms but they were not available when we arrived..we got two separate rooms ..the rooms for non smokers but the smoke smell was so bad ..the arrow for direction of Qibla is not correct ..the rooms are very small.
