Good rooms. The people working there are very very courteous and always greet you with a smile. The doorman is also a very sweet and helpful person. The concierge was also very helpful. I needed a document printed and they asked me to email it to them and they printed it and got it to my room. Phenomenal stay experience, very happy

Superb stay
It was a good stay! The food was excellent and the staff is superb. Fahad and Siddhesh who were particularly helpful, accommodating and share their knowledge about the hotel and city with us. Food at KnK and Shanghai is amazing. Room and the location of the hotel is aslo great.
We had our cousins wedding in ITC marathon at lower parel but the experience of hospitality, courtesy and services was very very bad and unsatisfactory, some of the staff were very rude while speaking too. During lunch whenever any item us to get over the refilling at the counter was happening very very late and guests had to wait for a long time while eating and thus food in the plate use to get cold

The safety norms are awesome and the service is good, Piran the duty manager took very good care of me and sameer served me some good sea food at Point of view. Please make sure you you meet sameer. Enjoyed every bit of stay. Specific mention of Mr Anay at L1 level restaurant inevitable for one-to-one care and guest relations. Duty Manager Mr. Diwan also very concerned about guest experience at the Hotel, taking all required steps to keep them happy.
Hotel has one of the best staff members among which (Mr yash and security staff Mr Vinayak Gawkar ,Gurunath Sawant ,Santosh Shitole and Mr k Navale ) were very courteous and helpful. We had an amazing stay with all amenities provided on time. The room and surrounding was spot. I would love to visit again.
Simply amazing! This place is a tall vertical wonder one should never miss exploring. Their rooms are fantastic, the food is good and the service is great... The best part about the hotel is their observatory which is open for select guests - if one ever has an access to it, should never miss the view which ofcourse is for the chosen few!
I stayed at itc Grand Majestic . The room was clean, as was tne rest of tne hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, by its variety, quality and qantity. The people were very friendly and helpful. The room charge was very reasonable and the location was great. If I could make a couple of suggewtions would ge theseL The bathtub side wall was high making it difficutl tio get out of it especially for an older person. There was no support bar. Having one of tbose istalled would help and make the bathtub safer. Second suggestion is to have a dedicated printer in the computer area so the people could print the boarding passes easier than haveing to send the information to their personal email then forward it to the reception desk email (which by the way did not work) to have them print the baarding passes. I appresiat ed that on the hotel website there were instructions how to get to the hotel from the airport by using public transportation. Dan T

One of the best hotel in Mumbai entry to the ITC Grand Central itself feel luxurious. I visited hotel to attend seminar organised by Moneycontrol. Well organised halls, you will never feel bore while traveling within the hotel. Best experience i had was buffet Lunch with very delicious rich in flavour traditional food accomplished with some exotic deserts.

Had an amazing experience at the The Itc grand central when I had been there for my staycation. The staff was very hospitable and polite. Special mention and shoutout to Aadhar for handling our entire experience and smooth processing of all processes. The property itself is very beautiful and all protocols of sanitisation and social distancing were properly followed.
