Room was comfortable, buffet breakfast was exceptional, staff was attentive and some were always willing to go the extra mile. Excellent facility. Very courteous and professional staff. Breakfast has vast culinary choices. A very good value for the money. Spa staff and WA staff were very helpful and proactive. Located on Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Road in Mumbai, the luxurious, 5-star ITC Grand Central, Mumbai, A Luxury Collection Hotel features exquisite rooms and suites with city views.

ITC Grand Central, Mumbai features an indoor swimming and children s pool. Guests have access to a spa and wellness centre and can work-out at the hotel s fitness centre. Modern conveniences include a currency exchange, salon and 24-hour reception.

Your Mac n Cheese was awesome, and that Daily Pickle n Bread by it to kill time till food arrives is Yummy too

Its got a really nice coffee shop and spacious lounge for people to have a conversation. The hotel has an open, airy feel which makes it ideal for a business or personal chat, and ordering a coffee or tea by the pot makes better sense.

One of the nicest properties to go to. Well trained staff,comfortable and specious rooms.service standards are are next level.food was so delicious. I would surely recommend ITC grand central.

Itc are really good hotel and have good services especially for the services of Yasmin,it is deserved to come back again ,and this is my best choice of Mumbai .

Great place to live if you go for the right receptionist to check you in. I always choose this place over all the other. 4 stars, because only a few staff are good others, are okay kinda rude but fine. Stayed here for a few of days again recently and thought to add pictures and videos.

They are kinda restrictive while providing toiletries. Asked for a bubble bath and stuff got tiny portions.

Getting there, the traffic is a mess. Give yourself some extra time in travel. But once there, it's a good experience. Good staff service. Food was vegetarian for the event....but good

Oh! it's the best in the city I love this place, always so welcoming, great hospitality, great dinning areas and coffe shops. The cafe on the 30 th floor is my favourite though if you are not the hotel guest you don't have the access however with some privileged credit , debit cards you may be allowed so don't miss a chance of this great ambience. The Indian food at its best is served here, the daal bukhara is such mouth watering , you should not miss this one. I would also like to add the design of the building is an amazing piece of architecture.

It was a great experience at ITC grand Central! All the precautions were followed strictly and meticulously. The ambience is excellent. Lunch was Delicious! The staff is very helpful and courteous. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!

Outstanding venue to dine at. My wife is a celiac sufferer & when my friend booked the seats he let them know. When we arrived she had a chef deal with her meal explicitly. My friend dived into the opulent buffet, several times, my wife was served some wonderful food without needing to worry about any Gluten contamination. They even cooked some gluten free Indian bread for her while we were there. Brilliant place to be & will certainly dine there when we visit Mumbai next time. Many thanks to the catering staff

Impeccable service and friendly staff, yet not overbearing. Rooms are suitable and breakfast selection is large.

Starters, Main course in buffet are average. Desserts are great. Ambience is not that great for restaurant.

Given the amount of money you spend on this hotel, it is not worth it.
Rooms are luxurious with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are good too.

However, following are the cons -
- Bathrooms weren't cleaned properly.
- Their TV and cable connection is from stone age era.
- In one-off case, we got calls at 1am from staff

Great breakfast spread, rooms are quiet (no outside noise), Getting a bit old.... Electrical systems need overhaul....Decor is dated

From the time we checked-in till our check-out, every 'minute' safety precaution was well taken care of. Be it maintaining social distancing inside the property, foot lever to use elevators, three meter seating in restaurants two sanitizers available at every entry point, everything was "pitch perfect". Not to forget, labels on our room doors to assure us that they was sanitized before our arrival. All in all, right from the staff at the entrance who greeted us with a 'Namaste', to people at reception who checked us in, every member ensured our comfort and space.

Nice comfortable stay with great service. In room dining was delicious, however the breakfast was as expected. Approach road is a challenge and frequent jams in the morning effect commute time.

Grand Central is amongst my favorite 5 star properties in the city. It has some of the best fine dine restaurants the city has to offer.

Covering a multitude of cuisines and speciality menus, yet not comprising one bit on the authenticity, flavour and service aspect of it all.

The property has different promotional activities and campaigns all throughout the year. Some also include cocktail and food pairing with some of the biggest beverage conglomerates of the world.

Had a marriage function.
Small Banquet with not so good food.
Parking space is good.
No signs or indicators of way to Banquet Hall.

Traffic at location. Otherwise one of the poshest locations in Mumbai. Well connected by taxi and local. Rooms are comfy and spacious. Room service is very smooth and prompt. Multiple food options serving different cuisines in the hotel itself ensure you get the food of your dreams. Overall, an amazing experience.

Very good restaurant. Staff can be improved, the food presentation and taste is good. Clean hotel. At good location. Swimming pool is on 3rd floor and spa is good.

We stayed at the ITC Grand Central Mumbai for several nights. The hotel is perfectly located between the airport and the Gateway of India. Each way is around 30 minutes with normal traffic. There is a train station close as well as busses but we used Ola and Uber all the time which was very convenient. The hotel is very large and good looki9. Rooms are clean and provide good space (we had a suite with southbound view). The staff is super friendly and helping for any kind of request. All in all we were very happy with our stay. Hint: don't miss to have a drink at the 30th floor bar. The view is stunning.

Hospitality of the hotel staff was 10/10...ambience and the taste of the food was awesome...The service provided by the staff was very pleasing. Special thanks to shahid shaikh keep up the good work.. Covid preventive measures were followed strictly and hygiene was given first priority..

Loved my stay here. Located centrally in Parel. Rooms are very comfortable. We were provided baby crib also on request. Food is excellent. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had great experience with housekeeping staff. The reception staff was also excellent with special thanks to Vishakha, Shabnam and Kajol. My only suggestion is to provide children play area because there is nothing for kids to enjoy.

Good food, undoubtedly. Quite well loacted. However, service is becoming increasingly below par. Especially, compared to other Marriott hotels in Mumbai, significantly slow and below par service.

It's 1 of the hotel which is in the list of luxurious hotels and so accordingly it has efficient staff but it's difficult for labours to work here as it has its own stringent security rules and so it's either ways good for its guests that this hotel looks for the safety of its guests, staff here works entire round the clock and so its over all good with also having banquets facility and few other expected facilities that each hotel should atleast have.

In this pandemic the way the hotel has maintain the hygiene#we assure is out standing

Grand it is. In every way, No other words for it. Centrally located in Mumbai. Keeping with the flavour of the original Mills in the area, like a heritage hotel with premium amenities. As the same suggests it's grand. Best for people who like vintage type of luxury. Food is amazing too

Went for an alumni meeting. Serene interiors and great banquet hall. Extremely courteous staff.

A five star property in heart of Mumbai. The hotel is located in Parel which is in close vicinity of Dadar a central railway junction. The building architecture is of European style. It is an impressive 30 storeyed tower. There is good landscape garden inside. Big ballrooms for corporate and family events. Nice bar on ground floor. The restaurant at first floor is with excellent ambience and wide tasty food spread for lunch and dinner. A sumptuous, buffet breakfast is served here. For foodies preferring moghalai, Punjabi style food there is authentic restaurant Kebabs & Curries. Another option is an authentic Chinese food restaurant. The rooms in the tower are spacious with all necessary amenities. Rooms are nice and cozy. The view from window was amazing with skyscrapers, mumbai coast and part of Bombay coast and Haji ali sight at the backdrop. The lounge bar on thirtieth floor was the best experience of my stay. A nice, decorated rooms with elegant seating arrangement. In evening you will get fantastic views of mumbai skyline, gentle breeze from the sea nearby and eye-catching view of the Lalbaug flyover with lights of the vehicles running on the road and flyover.

Service was best starting from security , front office, in room service. Everything was perfect and upto the mark. Definitely coming back soon l.

ITC Grand Central in Parel is a classic luxury hotel with an eye for detail. Great good and service. Located in Central Mumbai. It is easily accessible.

The safety measure being taken made me feel completely safe. Enjoyed the best room and the best of services. Personalized attention makes all the difference

Buffet lunch is good but have limited options. Mutton Biryani was out of the world.

Great hotel the ITC treat. Old classical building . The break fast spread is amazing.
