Food is good. Tried the buffet dinner.
Good variety of veg and non veg items.
Especially loved the chicken black pepper.
Biriyani was also good but can't recollect the name. There was chicken hot and sour soup Chinese. Chicken nuggets for starters. There was only 1 fish dish and the taste wasn't that great. Varieties of salads. Paneer masala dish was another stand out. Red meat was good. Dal was also excellent with plain rice,pulav rice as accompaniments. Rotis were of wheat but felt rubbery after cooling down.

Covid protocol was maintained and service was A1. Staff were extremely cordial and helpful.
Inspite of Covid times I found this place vibrant and great.

Grand as the name suggests. Food was excellent. The view from the top floor is fabulous. Very courteous staff.

Experienced the service of ITC after attending 2 day seminar. All the arrangements were top class. The best being the food, very tasty and best quality. The service rendered by the team was the best. It works like a well oiled machine. Everything is taken care and one doesn't need to ask.

Always love to be there at any given time, staff is very very friendly, they know what food you want, if any alteration to the menu they are delighted to do so. Children are very comfirtable. Buffet is the best

Very well maintained and has an awesome aura. The hygiene standard of this hotel is unmatched, no doubt. It is a fabulous hotel with great infrastructure.

It was a wonderful experience and we had been treated with amazing food when we stayed their last time. The Managers and Staffs were very cordial and cooperative and provided wonderful hospitality. I will definitely recommend it for all kind of stay.

Nice hotel with excellent hospitality. Services are definitely 5 star, nice comfortable pillows. There could be some upgrading to the toilet (toilet seat is too high) and some appearance looks dated. Overall an excellent experience still.

The facility provided by the team of itc right from the check in until the check out is commendable . We loved our stay here . Highly recommend visiting The Shanghai club for their amazing food . Great looks from outside lighting towards trees, lighting on building walls, plants in rows watchmen well dressed vehicles moving in queue. It looked super cool.

You can definitely stop there and have a selfie.

Located in the town this place is perfect when you have a business trip going the right way. Staff and ambience is amazing, the food options too are adequate. I would have loved more options on the table at the cafe's not a requirement but a nice to have

Went to attend a professional event along with my office team. Ambiance was great with fantastic dinner arrangements. Hotel staffs were highly professional. It was a very pleasant experience and enjoyed together with office colleagues. Recommend to consider for parties and get together.Nice

Excellent safety measures for Guest. Only issue guest can't use Gym,Spa or Swimming Pool due to Covid restrictions. Staffs are very courteous and cleanliness deserves a 5 * Rating.

Hotel was pretty good. The room that I got was large and had the facilities expected from a five star hotel. Service is good and staff is friendly. Breakfast spread and quality is good. However the room keys malfunction quite frequently. Is perfect for a business traveller.

The ITC Grand Central is one of the beautiful hotels in Mumbai. It has been created with a wonderful old style aesthetic that charms you. Set in the heart of Mumbai, it offers good accessibility to South Mumbai as well. The hotel has a few great restaurants like Shanghai Club, K&K and Hornby's Pavilion which has a wonderful evening buffet. It is an excellent experience to visit the ITC Grand Central, I feel it has a Taj-like nostalgic charm to it.

Good food Quality and Ambience.
Try the Maa ki Daal which is the speciality along with Kakori or Galouti Kababs.
Quite pricey.

Very nice infrastructure, the room was comfortable and service is very good, everyone was very nice and attentive. The food was great, international options for breakfast and the new year eve had a great selection of alcoholic drinks included in the price.

It was a fun and love to visit again, as i always experience a good time with itc and i visit itc for only reason the environment, actually it was a full working day n i was almost exhausted and as soon as i reach itc i forgot the whole day. The best Sunday brunch in Mumbai. Kebabs and Curries is a great place to dine. Begin with starters in veg and non veg. Don't miss the fish starter. Wash it down with a superb selection of spirits. Main course don't miss the mutton and the Biriyani. Superb service of the staff. Ask for Hrishikesh to help you along the gastronomic journey. Must visit this place.

Rooms are old and water leaking through the ceiling during rains. Housekeeping fixes it by placing two towels on the floor.

Best service but lot of costly and other service will be fine,next time will be not book this hotel for family only business meeting will be fine place,all staff great.

Beeen there for institutional qurantine. Things are okay. Staff ia also coperative. Aksed for they have served the expired one first. But when asked. They changed it to latest good one. So please its a request to all visitor. Please look for Expiry date. Whenever ever i visit any hotel. Its human error. Ans staff head should look after the provision. Expired item should be removed at same instant.
Overall is good. Room are too good.

The decor is very good and the staff is very cordial and helpful. The infrastructure is awesome. The food provided was overall mediocre. Non veg was good but veg food wasnt that good. There are alot of product placement in the premises, they have used almost all the chances they have to display different brands of various type. Overall it was a good experience.

But Mumbai being the place it is, the area the hotel can occupy is finally limited. Can't obviously see vast stretches of lawns!!
