Just don't bother with this company. The other reviews speak for themselves, and we've had a similar experience. It's just not worth it.

We have been a merchant of ISPC for over 14 years now and they treat both us and our customers superb. There rates and financing plans are the best in the industry. They have always been pleasant and work to resolve any customer issue where possible. We will continue to utilize there outstanding financing plans and interest rates to better serve our customers. Would recommend!!

I wish I would have googled them before I signed those papers. I feel like a fool for falling for it.

We purchased one of their water treatment systems after having our water tested and being told it was bad. They played the whole guilt trip because we were new homeowners and have an almost one year old that they said we'd be bathing in bad water. I should have never let them do that to me and my husband. When we fell on hard times and were thinking of selling our house, we found out we couldn't because of a lien we were never told would be put on the house. Thankfully I didn't have to sell my house, but I'm still paying on this loan and can't wait to have it fully paid off and close the damn account. I'll never recommend this company to anyone or use them myself.

I had the same experience I have explain to them multiple times I ve lost my job I was in a terrible car accident where I broke bones and then horrible complications from giving birth causing me to get behind. Now they re telling me I have to go to court or they will place a lien on my house In those words exactly the letter states. This company is a scam they don t work with you they don t care save yourself the stress and anxiety and your mental health that this company will Deteriorate!!!

Charges more than expected and doesn t provide paperwork to back it up.

Like most everyone else here, this company wants me to pay an extra $95 for a recording fee to release a fixture filing against my property. This was never explained during the presentation of the water softener system we purchased. Why??? Further the rep I spoke to on today was extremely nasty & yelling at me. Customer Service sucks with this company and you can rarely get anyone on the phone. Needless to say, I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone!!!

Customer Service Line VERY RUDE. Was having issues with making an online account... instead of helping me through the process or possibly making an over the phone payment, I was told that there was nothing wrong with their system & it was an user error. When asked to speak to a manager to help me, I was put on hold for ten minutes & then told manager is on another line. Happy with overall product at home, just recommend getting a more friendlier & more patient customer service staff.

This company has taken double payments without my consent, never missed a payment or ever been late and they charge you double for no reason. This company also tries to get you to buy them by offering free soaps with Pure & Gentle but it is a scam, they will only send you a one-time gift. The associate who sold us this product lied to the bank about the household earnings. This company does not care about customers and should be reported for fraud. The water filter is good at first and then a week later it will flood your entire kitchen and no one will come out and assist you with repairs. WORST COMPANY EVER!!

This company has HORRIBLE business practices. I bought a water softener for $2000.00, have made my payments on time, so I have had no issues with payment history. THEY PUT A LIEN AGAINST MY PROPERTY for a $2000.00 water softener! The customer service rep I talked to, called it a "Financial Statement". So they put a lien against my TITLE so it will not show up on a online search as a lien, tricky, sketchy, desperate? So now it has held up my closing for my refinance. The customer service rep I talked to gave me an analogy. "Say you buy a car, the loan company puts a lien against your car for the loan.until it is paid" My response, "I understand that if you loaned me money for my entire house, but it would be like a mechanic putting a lien against your car for a replaced Alternator until you payed for it." Sounds ridiculous? Yes it does. I would completely understand if I didn't pay on time or went into collections but they didn't trust me from the very beginning of my loan. Another thing that is completely unacceptable, I was wandering why my pay off balance was almost 100.00 more them my balance, come to find out that the UCC LEIN on my property, it cost 95.00 for them to remove it, AND THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IT ON PAY OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so over this company I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. That is fine, I see i am not the only person that has had this problem, my suggestion would be, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Use one that will trust you from the beginning, because most dishonest companies will project their issues onto their clients and not trust them as well.

FIFTEEN MINUTES AFTER MY REVIEW:
I got a response from ISPC, O, Lookie there, it's the same cut and paste response that all the other 20 people got for the same problem.. The "Finacual Statement" is a UCC Lien!!!! As per ISPC response they assured me it's not a lien. Maybe they need to do some research on UCC Liens against a property. Basically it would be like a credit card company stating "We don't charge you interest, It's a finance charge." Maybe ISPC should take a look at how they do business instead of taking the time for a GENERIC response!!!!! WAKE UP ISPC!!

ISPC is a great financing company to do business with. Matt Millar goes above and beyond making sure we the dealers have the necessary resources to succeed. We at HydroClear are thankful to have a partnership with such a great financing company.

I too wish that I had read google, or even understood what a revolving account was. I would've never dealt with them either. I have had all kinds of credit in my lifetime, but I've never seen such a rip off. It should be illegal. I paid on time for several years and never saw my balance go down. I originally financed $4900 for a water filter. I've paid over $3300. Now due to some late payments I owe $5646. I got behind on several accounts after losing my job. All the other accounts have tried to work with me and NOT raise the amount that I already owe. The only way they will work with me is to charge me more interest. My mother also purchased one through them. She paid it off in 2 months and they harassed her for $40 interest when there was no interest at the time she paid it off. By far the WORSE business of any (not just credit) that I've ever done business with. Even when I've tried to call and work it out, I get voice mails and they don't call me back.

Great people to work with and awesome customer service.

They place a UCC on your house and to refinance you have to pay a 295 fee for something they do. Which is BS

ISPC charges $295 for reviewing your request and for document preparation services. This is non-refundable and must be paid prior to issuance of the Subordination Agreement.

Straight rip off . Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company .

I have had a lot of dealing with finance companies through out the years, and I have never dealt with one that was as easy to work with as ISPC! I would definitely recommend them to anyone if ever they are in need to borrow money!

This company is HORRIBLE and certainly NOT worth all the headache!! They are not forthcoming with regard to how the water system is financed. Yes, it is indeed TRUE that it appears on your credit report as a maxed out credit card which impacts your credit report negatively!

This is a terrible excuse for a business. I should have known better and should have researched the company, but I fell for it. The salesman for the water filtration system, did inform me that the interest rate would be take years to pay off and it was important to pay extra to pay off early. I was forewarned, but I chose to proceed. The problem with this company is they put a UCC lien on my house and they also report it to your credit, you are supposed to do one or the other as a company, they chose to do both. I had no idea there was a lien on my home, there is nothing discussed in any of the paperwork about putting a lien on my home. It a sad excuse for a business.

Stay Away will put a lien on your house!!! If I could give them zero stars I would the sellers lie to you. They never mention that its a credit card charge on your account and then interest in never mentioned they tell you 50 dollar monthly payment but the interest is high and they nickle and dime your payment to where no real money is actually getting applied to your account. We went to refinance our to find out we have to pay them 300 dollars for them to sign a paper so we can refinance the house . We have made all our payments but yet a lien was still applied to our house. Dont be fooled they swarm new developments like ours and it will cost you more than they are worth will steal your house for the price of a water softner

I had bad experiences with this water system I had this guy name Michael come to my house he told me only $50 monthly for the system but is lie the interest is so high and I been trying to get some to come and get this system out my home is not worth it and is leaving all my toilet with stain and the water is coming out dirty and salty so please if some read this please this company is not worth it they just promise and promise you things and when things go wrong with the system they don't answer or return the calls I been trying to get help is been 6 months already no one is helping me if I could give a zero star I would but sadly it doesn't let me

The worst people in the world to do business with the customer service is the worst. Bad business ethics.

I am refinancing my home and I received a call from my lender stating that there was a forbearance being reported on my account in the credit bureau from ISPC. I was very very upset because I pay this account on time monthly. I spoke with Kim And Mrs. Hickman and they explained the issue and provided all necessary documents to clear the discrepancy within the hour. Although this was an untimely and very stressful call, the ladies' excellent customer service tone and skill set made be feel better and helped me understand the process. Thanks ladies for your patience!!!

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT EVER DO ANY KIND OF LOAN FROM THESE PEOPLE. You can never get a hold of some one to make a payment and then they charge you crazy late fees and the interest rates are higher than your minimum payments. Pathetic and crooked company

Initial thought, this is a scam, due to the high pressure, drawn out sales process. However, the product works FANTASTIC! ! Fresh, clean, crisp water, had no complaints. . . And then we tried to move..... First, for what we paid, yeah it better be the BEST water on earth. No Way, this equipment cost what we paid. Second, they put a UCC (lunch of like a lien) on our home that we knew nothing about! ! And then we noticed the paperwork that they needed to fees attached to moving; which we were told would be at no expense. Being in the military we move; a lot. I'm REALLY REGRETTING ever getting involved with ISPC.

I ran out of characters to say how much is wrong with the way this organization structures their financing options.

We were tricked into getting a water softener. A great deal so they said. Was suppose to be $9,000 and we got it for $4,700. But they didn't tell you you have to pay for the rest of your life. Right around 30 or so urs. Never once received any kind of paperwork. The dales person came in the evening and stayed for hrs. Now we find out they put a Lean on our house when we bought the water softener but never once said anything about doing this. We make our payments early every month. My husband said he saw them on the news a couple weeks ago. They foreclosed on someone's house. What the hell kind of business is this. What a bunch of shysters. Please beware before you get caught up in their scams. Wish someone would've warned us. Well be paying these creeps off as soon as possible.

I was told I was getting a loan, instead it reported as a maxed out credit card thus tanking my credit score and preventing me from refinancing my home. Not sure why they're saying I don't have an account. This also is false.

They are a complete ripoff, they work with companies like Sun State Water that it s a scam & they know it. They will not hesitate to put you in court, all that you paid flush down the toilet. They worst company along with Sun State Water! Do not do business with them.

This company is no good stay far away from them since I open my account I over pay my monthly payment and since feb27, 2020 I ve paid off my account the manager Kim Cross the manager/supervisor & jovianno one or her reps ext: 1807 stated to me on a recorded line that I will be able to get my pay off letter to show I currently have a zero balance today March 4,2020 when I finally called to get my pay off letter know she wants information from my bank account in order for me to get my pay off letter then I ask Kim Cross to speak to her superior/s she clearly refused to get them on the phone or provide there information and told me she will email it by the end of the business day and refused to even tell me there name/s I would never recommend any one to this company at all ever.

Fees, fees, fees... and the worst part? We did not realize they put a lien on our home until we got ready to close on a refi. Not only was the solar equipment from IQ a complete waste of money, but the financing through ISPC was the real icing on the cake. Do yourself a favor, read the fine print and understand what you re signing - for us a $250k house secured as collateral on an $11k installment loan... this company probably shows amazing assets, which the people who have financing are clueless about. Finance through your bank, NOT this company, worse than student loan lending for sure. And that s pretty bad.

Lien over your property with a very nice explanation after you try to refinance your house. They will tell you is not a lien but sorry that's what the name. LIEN!! People need to be out of ISPC please go online to BBB And leave your report! I was the report #40. Worst customer service and no matter what you say you are responsible and they make you feel guilty. Stay AWAY

Every month it seems to be something different even though we pay on time. Only regret we have about our system is that it is financed through this bank.

If you have a choice, choose someone else. I'm sure they'll come up with some BS reply to try make whatever they do legitimate, but what it boils down to is the company is the most unethical financing company out there. Sure, it's legal, sure, they cover their ass, sure they can say "well you signed the dotted line here where it says this in un-readable legal mumbo jumbo" but the bottom line is this company is morally bankrupt. You don't get 1.2 stars on google by accident.

What a RIP-OFF.... I m in San Antonio, TX and we had a representative from this company (called Texas Clear Blue Water from San Marcos) stopped by my house to offer this water filtration system. He offered us the first 3 months paid (he only paid 2), he offered us a soap package (I guess his wife sells those products) we never got anything. He told us they will only do a soft credit check that will have no impact on our credit, that was BS! It shows that we opened a line of credit for $8,000. He said payment will be around $60.00 and you ll be done in 6 years. Ha! BS, BS! We got the statement and noticed that by paying $60 a month, only $12 will go to the principal, we will be done paying it in 18 years! This rep only told us lies, lies, lies... trust me, you don t want to do business with a company like this one.

The experience with this company has single handedly ruined my entire life. First I was misinformed about the financier. It shows up as a maxed out chrage account. As you pay down the balance it moves to a lower limit son that you stay at 85 percent credit. When trying to call the company I keep getting forwarded to a voicemail that doesn't call back. Then when you call the receptionist she sees my name and automagically forwards me back to the voicemail that doesn't call back. My payment was supposed to be 78 a month. It ballooned to 114 without notice and when I set up to pay 700 monthly just to get it over with they didn't debit the account and marked me late which dropped my credit score 49 points. Please if you don't do anything else do your research. Now they will probably respond.

Only words I have for these people is "They Suck" they don't tell you how they want you to pay for each cleaning which is $50.00 and how no one else will come and touch it or that each chemical you need is going to cost you $50.00 more for each thing you need . Not giving them a dime more than want i have to , to get rid of them . I rather keep buying my own salt pallets at Walmart or lowes for $4 or $5.00 a bag. Nothing but a bunch of crooks, disrespectful people who should be a shame of themselves. I can't imagine how they can sleep at night. Should be shut down and reimburse all customers for over charging prices! And they don't even deserve any stars for this company

If I can give them a 0 I would. First off we are on autopay yet we got charged a late fee of $15! I know it s only $15 but the fact is that they make so much money off of the interest that the supervisor couldn t help us out either and see how they are in the wrong, she just told me that my sarcasm wasn t helping?! Who says that? What supervisor says that to their customer? They are unethical and rude and money hungry. I told her I wasn t being sarcastic I was just saying the truth. Out of the $80 we were paying monthly I realized only $4 was going to the principle! Wow! What a rip-off. They say their interest rate is 9.9% but what is the APR because that is what matters. Obviously it s not 9.9% it s way higher than that!

THEY PUT A LIEN ON YOUR HOUSE!!!! This is the most corrupt finance company I ve ever heard of. We can t sell our home because the buyer has heard of this company and all the bad reviews and they refuse to buy because of them. I have paid on this home water softener for years and actually owe more now than when I started 10 years ago! I can t believe the BBB has not shut this place down. The CEO of this company should be ashamed! How do you sleep at night??? Probably on a mattress stuffed with my money!!!!!

This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with. As multiple other reviewers have stated, if you are going to refinance on your home, their (the financial company they use) contract IS A LIEN on your property!!! There is a $295 processing fee and on this document they specifically state the turn around time is 2-5 business days to process. Here we are going on almost two weeks of them giving our title agency a run around. Our title agency has been in contact with Valerie who initially said they would have it in the mail and received Friday via FedEx, here it is Monday and we have yet to receive anything.

There was a gentleman who came to our door to sell us this system, we set a time and day that he could come back and meet with us. Upon us telling him we appreciate your time my husband and I would like to discuss this before we sign ...he was so upset and unprofessional. I asked for business cards to follow up he bluntly said nope don t have any, I asked him for additional paperwork we could review to make a decision he said nope can t leave any. At this point he pouted the entire time while packing up his stuff to leave. My husband decided to call whoever he said was in charge/the manager and he miraculously worked out the numbers to waive all these fees to act like we were getting a better deal from what we were quoted initially by the salesman. They stated that someone would come to check on the water system 1-2 times per year as well as to come check how the water system is running after being installed and we have yet to have anyone come out since we ve had the system installed in 08/2019.

Save yourself the hassle and go with another water softener company!! Both the financial company they use as well as the water softener company themselves are horrible!! My husband and I are paying off the loan so we don t have to deal with them anymore. I ll be contacting the BBB because our experience has been far from pleasant. It s our fault that we didn t take the time to look into this company prior to signing with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A bunch of crooks! These people need to be locked up. Purchased a water filtration system and a year later that balance has gone up over 1,000 due to interest. Never missed a payment ever. This is robbery and something needs to be done about them.

I've been with them for over 7 years. They earn the majority of our business with their unique rate plans and solid bids. ISPC is an employee-owned company, and that means I receive great service from all "owners' I speak to. I wouldn't trade them for any other finance company...and we have used them all.

We were affected by the government shutdown and ISPC was wonderful and helping us make arrangements for our payments. They truly were very understanding and we are very appreciated of their services! Thank you!!

Helpful and knowledgeable customer service. All terms and conditions laid out in contract and a care call was conducted after installation. ISPC finances the equipment and all concerns about equipment should be directed to the merchant who sold the product.

Totally scammed, to my house came a seller of yours named Roy, offering water filters and according to Roy cleaning and personal hygiene products for 10 years, that a week after signing the contract they would send us an email with the information to ask for our products, after a month calling and leaving voicemails because nobody answered us, they tell us that the cleaning and cleaning products are not for 10 years, that they are for 5, and that it is for points, 15mil points give you, and only a little softener is worth 800 points, I mean in short account, nisiquera for 5 years is, totally cheated, I advise everyone that if this Roy goes home offering all this, do not take it, is a scammer and a liar who cheats customers to sell, and so he asks to recommend that if we bring customers gives us $ 300, I'm fine to dislike, in my life I recommend anyone to recommend this service

The sale rep never said ,after you sign we will put a lien on your property! I paid on time but every month the charged me lately fees, after talking to them they said we will look into it. My interest was to be 1% but it was 9.9% and then it went to 17.9%.. They are a bunch of con artist! Run from this company! I talk to couple of there employee in the last month kind of weird they said to meet them at a store near my home, because they did want to talk on the phone or any emails. After what they told me how this company stays in business I could make a movie about it! They think every one just got of the turnip truck! But not every one! Stay away from this company! And for you people that give this pathetic company more them 1 star you should do 2 things 1 go to your county clerk court and see if there is a lean or a ucc on your house I bet there is! Two look at late fees what they do is put it on your next month receipt, I never noticed it this is how they deceive you! And look at how many times this company has been in court so many times it's pathetic! I wish someone told me all this because if I knew any of this I would of NEVER done business with them!

Dont fall for them, overpriced, horrible customer service, they just want to overcharge you for products and services on those products.

Here is what we discovered recently.
I've been paying my loan monthly without any issues for a few years now. I've even called to verify that the account was current without issues and was told there were no issues.

We found out there is a $5000 lien against our family's house when we tried to refinance. Apparently, they split out loan into 2 accounts and never notified us about it. We've only been paying one and now we cant complete a re-fi without paying them off first.

If this doesn't scream shady business I don't know what does.

Just a warning to others...

Don t use this company to finance your water system, they set you up with a high interest revolving account and they charge you high fees of $295 ever year. Also a lien on your property will exist as long as you have a balance on the account. All of this is never explained by the sales rep of the vendor who charges way too much for the product. Total scam Live and learn.

When we were sold our unit we were sold lies. We was told we could move it anywhere, free of charge. We are relocating and you can only move it within 2 cities in North Carolina. Also when we finally have it removed, we only have 30 days to get it reinstalled at our new place. They do not know our finances or how fast we can find a plumber and pay to have this installed. If I would of known about this mess we would of never bought the units. It is not worth the money for the mess you go through. Also there is an almost 400 dollar security interest fee to even relocate it. So many hidden things. I wish we never purchased through Bottle Free Water in North Carolina and never financed with ISPC. Now we have to contemplate on leaving it at our home we are selling, for new people to enjoy or paying an insane amount to relocate. I will never recommend this company again for anyone!

I wish I had reviewed this before I purchased this system. I TOTALLY REGRET IT AND WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE. I just want to be done with them!

Over charged me for water filters. Worst investment ever

Our air conditioner died before Christmas 2016. In a pinch we had to finance through ISPC. We knew going in the interest rate was high and are able to pay more monthly, so we do. We received our initial call from Lori (believe that was her name) within a couple of days of opening the account. She was very polite and explained the loan to us. We have no complaints about customer service or the online payment system.

ISPC has responded and feels my issue is solely with the water company. But I dont feel that way. I feel you both are at fault. Elite water systems has already gotten a complaint from me. Your role in this is your aware of these practices and you are backing this company, and sticking us with loans that are terrible. Your customer service is less than great as I already mentioned. And your credit reporting is inconsistent. I explained in great details what happened to me, so that you couldn't pretend not to know how this company swindles the consumer to get you loans. If you keep supporting companies like this and there are enough complaints you can be added to a suit. I've already checked.

The biggest mistake I ever made was dealing with this mess of a company. They will never have to worry about me ever using them for anything or for any reason. So glad I am finish with them!!!

I've been a merchant with ISPC for several years. They have numerous options for loans that could fit any need. They're credit decisions are quick and they are very easy to reach and speak with. I love the personal attention they give their merchants and customers.

ISPC has been great to work with over the years. We have not come across any employee from any department that has not been kind and extremely helpful. They are at the top in the business for specialized financing. Its getting harder these days to find companies that truly put their clients first. A++ customer service! Would highly recommend

If you have the opportunity to avoid this mob- do it. I tried to look up reviews before the salesman made it final but convinced me i had to do it then and there or the price would go way up. He comes to your house to "test" your water and it always produces awful results. He tells you about Flint Michigan and how your water is going to be the same. The product they sell you doesnt even combat things like this and you can buy it at Home Depot $8000 cheaper. It puts a lien on your house and the customer service acts like the Mob. Avoid them at all costs, its a legal scam run by lawyers.

When you look at the reviews for ISPC it can really paint a horrible picture in your head and make you think these must be the worst people in the world. I can assure you they are not and they are actually friendly and helpful. I am moving to a new home and found out about the UCC-1 that was on my house so i called in to see what i needed to do about this that way i could sell my previous home. when i called i did have to leave a message which did scare me but i got a return call very quickly. i explained the situation to the lady and she said i would need to speak to Kim about this and she transferred me over and she told me she was on the phone so i would need to leave a VM. So i did and again Kim reached back to me very quickly and explained what i would have to do and emailed a form to me. once I got the form i had some questions and i emailed her back and she replied very quickly and helped me out a lot. I cant stress how stressed out i was because of this especially reading all the comments but Kim got back to me again said she spoke with my title company and everything would be fine and the UCC would be removed and applied to the new home. I had no issues and yes it does suck to pay a monthly bill but that is what i signed up for so i know it has to be done. If i could request one thing though is that ISPC talk to their vendors to give this info more up front because if i hadn't called this could have been a different situation. The sales guy at guardian did not relay any of this info to me and my wife which i can see how people can feel betrayed when they find out. All i can tell people is call them and talk to them and they are not as bad as some people have said on here, and again THANK YOU KIM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mrs. Hickman from ISPC was absolutely amazing! We had a very big issue with our account, told multiple times by agents at ISPC that nothing could be resolved until I spoke to Mrs. Hickman. It took a long time to get in touch with someone who actually knew what they were doing. She handled our account better that we could honestly ask for. As for the people we spoke to before her, if it wasn't for her we wouldn't be leaving this review. Its all because of her that everything got handled easily and correctly. I wish there were people like her in every business and the world would be a much friendlier place! Thank you Mrs. Hickman for the constant updates on the issue and just all around helping us fix it. We truly appreciate it!

We paid our loan off 2 yrs ago. We still haven't received a UCC form stating our loan is paid. Now we are trying to refinance our home and guess who doesn't respond to fax or phone messages? Yup you guessed it.
I will live under a bridge before I ever borrow money from them again.

Me saying it would be a soft credit check and when my credit dropped 16 points he said you might as well finance since it s on your credit. After saying he s a man of his word and he will do a soft pull. Just came into my new home to ruin my credit.

I strongly agree with you !!they should shot down this company they are completely ripoff, they steal your money l was paying $35 a month for seven years then i sold my home and they send me a bill for $3000 .the whole for the original loan . When i call they told my monthly payment was only for interest i was in shock. Please be aware don't use this company at all don't be their next victim!!

This company is absolutely WRONG. We got a water system and they put a lien on our house. this was not discussed or anything. The only way we found out was doing a refinance and we had paid this off 6 months ago. They should be shut down for not telling customers everything they are doing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

This company is a sham. I thought I was paying the wa water softener company but it was these thieves l. The interest rate is ridiculous their customer service sucks and you cant get a hold of them. They also lie on the credit reports saying you pay them late. I would recommend the water softener company not ispc.

If I could do it all over again I would have just passed on the system and the products all together. Please research and learn more about the company before signing the contract. They are not truly forthcoming when it comes to the legalities of things. They have someone come and do a great presentation but the financing of the system itself is really not worth the purchasing of the system. I wish I would have shopped around and read reviews before my purchase. I would not recommend this company to anyone interested in purchasing a water filtration system.

This company stole almost 1800.00 from my bank account. This company is a scam, do not do business with them.

went to sell my home and couldnt because they put a lien on my home(they used the term UCC but in my eyes when you you got to pay something because you owe thats a lien).i wasnt informed that this action was going to be taking place when i purchased the stupid water softner.why would anyone allow a "UCC" on their home for a water system anyways?if i would of known i would of NEVER have done it.i looked through the contract too and nothing is mention about such UCC.when i asked for a payoff amount i was told one amount so i went to apply for a personal loan so i can pay them off and be done with their crooked company.they would not give me a routing number or account number that the title company had to request it.(request the payoff amount and they would send them all the info they needed)so the title company did and ISPC gave them a higher amount then what i was told.and when i called ISPC about it they gave me a run around and guess what?!?! my account with them has a credit im still waiting on receiving to get back.i am grateful i have good enough credit to get a personal loan otherwise i would of not been able to sell my home.please please do not do any business with this company.i will be also reporting to better business bureau.being a first time home buyer(just moved in) and just having a baby the salesman made me feel pressured that i was bathing my newborn in dirty water. i wish i would of done my research before signing my name on that line.and i will be warning EVERYONE i know everywhere i can.including all my social media sites.i am sorry that other people have fallen into the similar situations.its sad how these people can sleep at night knowing that what they are doing isn't right.

the worst ever... will sue you if you miss a payment or 2 making you pay thousands of thousands of dollars more for a small loan. my 6000 loan turned into a 9000 loan overnight. WORST COMPANY EVER. Less than one star. Worst experience ever since 2017. They opened a line credit on my name when they supposed to give me the opportunity of financing the transaction. I noticed after my credit drop 71 points down.Yesterday I knew we have a lien over our house and I had to pay $295 to continue with the refinance process. They are THE WORST COMPANY EVER STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! I tried several times to fix my situation and they always make you feel responsible of everything. My contract don't say anything about credit line or lien over the house. ISPC IS A NIGHTMARE.

This is the only account I have that was not understanding during the covid19 pandemic. Due to Covid 19 I was only working part time hours and was late making payments. I spoke with someone multiple times to explain my situation and made payments as often as possible. Well because of my late payments my interest rate doubled! I spoke with someone to see if it could be changed back but they couldn t do anything so now I am enjoying this higher interest rate smh

Horrible HORRIBLE company! We had a water filtration system with them that DID NOT WORK! We were working to get this paid off but they placed a lien on our home. Upon selling our home they took all of our equity from the sale of the home and an additional $3K more as a pay off. Now they want an additional $3K more for lawyer fees. We have already been drained $9K. I will be reporting this company to the attorney general. The Better Business Bureau(They already have horrible reviews on there). I will look into having them black listed from the military. If they knock on your door keep it locked! What ever your thinking about doing with this company NO!!!! Find another way.

I bought a water softener from this company and they placed a lien on my house. I filed a BK7 and seven years later I cannot refi my house for a lower interest rate because they have a lien on my house even though they were included in my BK7. This company deserves no stars. RUN, if they come knocking!

One star is a gift. I called to look into financing for our water and solar company. The email i received was to tell me how bad my website was. So to do a fair comparison i did some digging and found out , They will focus their energy on bad companies. One of their largest dealers has been fined numerous times by the attorney generals office. So in closing if your looking to borrow money go to fast louie in Brooklyn you will get a better deal. When this company responds to this review is when i post the complaints against some of the companies they support and stand by. It's public record.

What a scam, paying way more for a water system than I should have and when I refinanced my home they had put a lean on it. Customer service is anything but helpful. Stay away from these people!

They have a salesman come to your house, test your water, then act like if you don't get the water system you'll be ingesting and bathing in toxic chemicals. It's all a scam and we were naive as first time home owners in believing them. We've been paying $75-$100 a month for over 8 years and the balance has yet to come down. Avoid this company like the plague.

They are extremely dishonest. I have called in the past and they say they have no record of a phone call, let alone many phone calls. I have waited for paperwork to come in the mail and never received. Again a call was made to make sure they had my correct address on file. They did and that phone call according to them never happened. They inform you the calls are recorded but I guess that is for their use only. Terrible company. I will never use their services again and I will let others know of my personal experience.

We loved our water filter don t get is wrong, the skin was softer & my acne improved tremendously. But on the flip side 10,000 dollars in the hole wasn t worth it. I wish we did our research before purchasing. There s so many water filters for half price out there. I also hate how they pry on the new house owners. We just had purchased our house & they found us. They had us scared out of our minds with our water & we felt it was a wonderful purchase @ the time. It felt like we never got the bill down & we just sold our house & was able to pay off the bill but I wouldn t invest in this loan again! If you have the money to afford it out of pocket go for it! The company was extremely helpful when we called & needed something checked out. Just do your research first! As mentioned it does also cost 250 for annual checkups. Just don t go into such a big purchase blindly like we did.

What a HORRIBLE company with absolute rude employees!!!!!! Every review says the same thing. If there is a good review out there someone from ISPC must have wrote it. A rep called my phone and was so rude which in turn I was rude to her and the call got no where positive. The rep kept claiming she wanted to help lower my payments and interest but didn't. Karma is real and each employee working for this company may God have mercy on your soul when you get hit with reality

So I submitted a report to the BBB and ISPC's response places blame on me saying I was hostile during the call. Of course they don't acknowledge how the representative was raising her voice and was rude to me during the call as well as cutting me off when I was speaking. My plan is to just have them paid off no later than the beginning of February 2018 so I can have the account closed and be done with them. I can be late on other things so I can just triple payments with them.

STOP LYING TO PEOPLE AND SAYING YOU DONT HAVE A LIEN ON OUR HOMES!!!

Nothing but INTEREST! My husband and I purchased a water filtration system from the American Water Company (a merchant of ISPC s). $63 of our monthly payment goes toward interest, when we signed up for a 7.9% APR. The representatives have been rude and talked down to me like I am stupid, interrupt me, etc. This company put a lien on our home, and trust me, if you purchased from one of their merchants and financed with ISPC, just take a quick look at your county assessor s webpage. We didn t know their was a lien and weren t told this would happen until a year and half later (just found out today)! I m appalled. They say it is a lien on the appliance, but that is FALSE. Maybe ISPC just doesn t know what a UCC Fixture Filing is. We also were supposed to have deferred payments without interest for the first 6 months after purchase; guess what accrued? $60-$63 dollars of interest EACH OF THOSE 6 MONTHS OF DEFERRED PAYMENTS!! Do your wallet (and your sanity) a favor, and stay the heck away from ISPC.
