I am refinancing my home and I received a call from my lender stating that there was a forbearance being reported on my account in the credit bureau from ISPC. I was very very upset because I pay this account on time monthly. I spoke with Kim And Mrs. Hickman and they explained the issue and provided all necessary documents to clear the discrepancy within the hour. Although this was an untimely and very stressful call, the ladies' excellent customer service tone and skill set made be feel better and helped me understand the process. Thanks ladies for your patience!!!
