Less than one star. Worst experience ever since 2017. They opened a line credit on my name when they supposed to give me the opportunity of financing the transaction. I noticed after my credit drop 71 points down.Yesterday I knew we have a lien over our house and I had to pay $295 to continue with the refinance process. They are THE WORST COMPANY EVER STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! I tried several times to fix my situation and they always make you feel responsible of everything. My contract don't say anything about credit line or lien over the house. ISPC IS A NIGHTMARE.
