Absolutely horrible customer experience. Had to escalate and speak with Ray who is someone I would not recommend any customer speak with. He is extremely unprofessional and rude. Very arrogant and puts himself on a pedestal. They installed the WRONG unit, despite my contract stating otherwise, they refused to resolve my situation. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. AWFUL COMPANY.
