I worked with Anthony when I came in to get a new vehicle. He listened to what I was looking for and respected my budget and I left with a new Toyota 4 runner. He was polite and super helpful, as was the manger at this location. I had a great stress free experience and would recommend if you are in the market for a new vehicle, giving these guys the chance!

The sales team was extraordinary they went above and beyond especially the sales rep PJ, wonderful person to deal with and very knowledgeable. The General Manager Teddy was very accommodating and very helpful. I can't say enough about this dealership....Thank You!!!

This is a five star place and five star costumer service lou the salesman treated me and my wife like we was god not only we went there for a pre own car we left with a brand new car for a better price and even the mgr was even approve the deal I will recommend this to anyone and bring cust to this place they where awsome

I feel extremely decesionada with this place, when it comes to request the car everything went very well, ok what happened now I have 2 months with the car and does not send me the registration, apart from that I had to make the late payment because the statement never I arrived and this is the account number to make the payment. I also have 2 tickets for the expired registration. I call today I explain what is happening and she tells me that she will send it as soon as possible, but that the tickets that I call for financing to see what they do for me. One thing when it is they who do their job well wrong. In my opinion, the financing does not correspond to that.

I definitely do not recommend it..

They went over all options for leasing and financing, helped my wife and I make the best decision based upon our needs and financial conditions. It's unreal how disgusting these sales man are. I purchased two brand new cars and they promised me an extra gig which when I came to get it they said sorry and started to laugh. I will never purchase another car here and never recommend them.

The service of the manager, Steve, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to clean off white streaks from my car left when someone sideswiped me, without even my asking him to do so. His care and concern for my satisfaction were evident in all that he did-and when the top people in a place care about their customers, it certainly filters down to those who work there!

I went to Toyota on 59 for an oil change, inspection & asked for the cost of spark plugs. When they called me for to pass inspection. They said I needed 4 bulbs @ $50 each. Don't do the inspection, I said.
How much are the plugs? $600 Ohh no I can't do that. They said it was already done. I was so upset. Please put my car together I'm coming to get it. What happened to the estimate I asked for on the plugs? They just danced around that ?. Ohh they said with plugs I need the fule injection cleaned. Forget it, Please get off the phone and tell him to stop working on my car. $200 for fuel injection. He did. All said n done I was still upset but they gave me free inspection & 4 bulbs for $600 and change

The service agent Anthony was busy but did everything in his power to get me in & out as soon as possible. The shuttle was very convenient for drop off & pickup so I didn't need to wait at the dealership for the service to be completed.

LOVED this dealership. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful. They made leasing our new Toyota Hylander so easy! Our sales man Azfar was amazing and so good even with our two year old! And the finance guy Glenn made everything a breeze and such an easy guy to get along with. I totally recommend this dealership!

'10 Prius diagnosed w $2300 electric consel prob. I owe $6k more on loan. I was whisked so fast into leasing office where I was offered $500 trade in value for vehicle. $500! But they 'could put me in a new Corolla' ! Hahh?

Facility was clean even though under construction. I had an oil change with tire rotation done. I did have an appointment. But I was disappointed when I had to wait 2 hours when I was told 1 hour. I wish they had complementary car wash

I brought my truck in for what seemed like the same problem I had had repaired before for a lot of money. Toyota could have told me it was something new, though, and I wouldnt have been able to prove otherwise. But they didn't! They agreed it was the same problem and fixed it for free. I was very happy.

Go see Daniel at Interstate ! got me an awesome deal on a NEW 0 Mile Car I went in for a used one but got a hell of a deal couldn't say no

Great service from the time I get there till the time I leave ....they keep me updated to status of my car...would recommend them 100 percent if you want service the right way!

We have always been so happy here, we were very unhappy when we scheduled a mid week oil change at 10 am and our car wasn't finished till 1 pm, on top of a simple oil change that was scheduled we were talked into all other things and ended up walking away $100 lighter on top of it they removed our license plate covers (metal ones) and replaced them with their own crappy plastic dealership ones.....we are so annoyed !!!

I just bought a used Toyota Camry from a salesman by the name of Anthony Lekocevic. Not only was he helpful at knowledge of the cars he was selling, but he also created a great personal repor which made me want to buy the car even more. They tell you not to go into car dealerships because of the salesman and they have a bad rep most of the time. Working with Anthony Lekocevic was such a pleasure and I am sure would change the name of car salesman. I will be back to purchase more vehicles only through the hands of Anthony. Thanks again for taking such care in my car needs.

I got swindled in my lease. Three years ago I agree to terms of a lease and sign, only to find out that what I signed wasn't what I agreed to verbally. Lesson learned, triple check. Now I am paying fees that I shouldn't be, because these guys are crooks.

I am so beyond pleased with the customer service. The atmosphere was positive and they continued to make sure that we were doing okay. The staff is so down to earth and very pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership. They will work with you and try their best to get you the best deal possible. I know a lot of dealerships will try to bullsh*t you but the people here at interstate are honest and caring.

Very courteous and quickly fixed the problem. Explained everything clearly and no pressure to do anything.

Even if you find the seemingly perfect car don't purchase it from a horrific dealership. Nothing but problems from day one. Poor communication. Shotty worksmanship. Definition of flakey. During the first 6 weeks of owning my vehicle, the dealership had it for 4 weeks and it was still returned with issues. After expressing my greviences, I thought the service would improve. Well, I thought wrong. It only got worse from there. Never again will I purchase from this dealership. I will not reccomend this place to friends. In fact, I will warn friends to steer clear. I had high hopes for this place. The car can be great but the people make the experience.

this dealer is the worst I've ever visit! came to get price for new lease not only did I get a 50$ more then what a dealer 12Mil away offered me for same car , the account manager started shouting "I don't believe you" shaming me out of there (for the record I have 1: email with the original cheaper price 2: I have a Toyota same class that I got for $60 cheaper.) plain out JERK to customers (10/11/2013 4PM)

honestly if you need a test drive and this is local go for it. DO NOT get you Toyota HERE they will rip in to your pocket and give higher price then any other Toyota dealer in the state

We got a 2001 Toyota Camry fromthem back in 2002, and they have not failed is ever. We got two cars both RAV4 from them recently they worked with us took there time to meet our needs. Huge shout-out to John Ramos for being awesome so helpful and staying a little later then his shift to help us. If you want a dealership that's trustworthy and honest and will work with you no matter what go to Toyota Interstate.

What a great service experience the technicians are highly trained.

Went here for an oil change for my 2011 rav4 that I bought from them in 2012, and was told that the rear brake pads were down to 3mm, which is dangerous, and they also offered to change my air filter for $49 which just cost $7, and takes about 1min to change, I said maybe next time, then when I got home I checked the rear brake pads myself and they were 12mm, so I didn't like the fact that they charge way to much, but then they lie to you about needing work done that you don't need, that's the true meaning of ripping people off.

My experience at Interstate Toyota was nothing short of remarkable. Fabio and Mike made it super easy to lease my new vehicle. They were friendly, helpful, and did everything possible to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with everything. Glenn in finance was friendly, down to earth, and honest. He cares more about making sure you are being smart with your money than pushing anything one you to drive up the money your are spending. All in all a fantastic experience. I will continue to work with Interstate Toyota going forward for sure.

No surprise, Ricky and crew here come to the rescue. They find out a nest was built in my wife s fan (of the A/C) & the cabin filter was chewed up/destroyed.
No more rumbling noise and the A/C is back in working order! Will keep coming back here for my usual maintenance check ups & such.

I went there on a Sunday and service was quick and easy, even finished the work sooner than they first told me, which is always a plus. Between me and my family we have been using Interstate Toyota for over 10 years and I will continue that legacy.

The sale department is wonderful and professional. My complaint is the parts department , I ordered floor mats and cargo liner for my 2016 highlander that was purchased there, they had floor mats in stock but had to order the cargo liner . I prepaid for it, when it came in , was not notified after a month. Then drove 1/2 hour to pick it up, then took it home to realize it was the wrong color (grey as opposed to black). So I called back , at first they told me that there were no such thing of cargo liners for the highlander . Took them 5 minutes of wait time for them to look it up and reorder the black . Called today to confirm that the liner was delivered in, they said yes and keep in mind at no time did they tell me that they need the plastic bag that the liner came in had to come back in order to exchange it. So I brought it back as soon as I stepped in the parts department , the one guy literally said " wow wow wow, we need the plastic bag that it came in order to exchange it" , I questioned why didn't they tell me that the 3 times that I was on the phone with them. They shook their head and shoved the liner back to me and told me they can't do anything without the plastic bag. The attitude is just the main reason I am posting this . I can sell this one Amazon and buy another one black for less but I just did not like how they treated their costumer.

Had a great experience at the Interstate Toyota Service department. Only con was I never received a call re: the status of my vehicle. I had to call to find out if it was ready... however, it still a great experience.

I was very pleased with my experience.The price for an oil change was reasonable. The staff was professional and courteous. My Technician explained everything and answered all my questions. Additionally in this time of Covid, masks were worn and everyone was very respectful of social distancing. I will definitely avail myself of their services again

Definitely i will recommend this toyota dealership , i came there a week ago and i bought a really good car ( 0 miles), im very happy and comfortable with my new car , the service was excelent , they helped me since i cross the front door, Lindi daci made my purchase so fast and easy , He was very kind and nice also he got me this really good deal (I will pay 0% apr until i finish pay my car) that is a crazy deal right . The good news - I had an appointment and the tire rotation was completed in 30 minutes.

The bad news - they did not tell me this till an hour later. Total wait time 90 minutes.

He will give you calculations that seem to add up, yet based on false numbers.
He will force you to buy an unnecessary & extremely overpriced warranty.
He will add on FALSE CHARGES that EVEN TOYOTA CAN'T FIGURE OUT where they originated from.

Don't worry, he also spams you with calls till you give him business $$, yet never answers the phone afterward.
(Oh btw Toyota, you can be certain that those stolen funds you will be forced to return, the court case is coming fast... )
