After reading all of the wonderful reviews on google, I decided that this dealership would be my last stop in my search to purchase a Toyota Highlander SE. The salesman, Joe, had the car ready for me when I arrived for a test drive. It was nice and cool on this very hot day. The driving course for the test drive allowed for me to really feel how the car handled the road. Joe always walked me through all of the safety features and aspects of the car that make people really love the model. I was SOLD. Joe, the manager and general manager all worked with me to ensure that I was comfortable with the trade-in of my car, had refreshments and that everything was going smoothly. Due to an emergency and time constraint, I had to pickup my child and returned back to the dealership to complete the purchase. Never once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable regarding anything in the process of purchasing the car. Joe showed me the service department and scheduled my car for service in December. When I went to the finance department, Juan was very informative and helpful. He walked me through everything I needed to know and my options. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to making the car buying process quick and easy :-) Now I have the perfect car!
I was hesitant of traveling two hours to purchase a car but Sherley, Irene and Juan made the process easy and efficient which led to one of the best purchase experiences I have had. They were responsive when I was texting them throughout the week and responded promptly. They helped me drop off my rental and give me a ride back to the dealership. Did not call when they said they would about concern for brakes. When the car was done, the person assigned to us didn't know how to explain the remote start that we also had put in the same day.

This our third car from them and it s obvious they have had changes in management. Oil changes used to take an hour... now two and half, minimum. Service managers do not return phone calls or follow through on following up with you on open items. Customer service is everything and theirs stinks!
Excellent service & courtesy offered by John Ramos who was immensely helpful for me throughout the entire A-Z buying process for a RAV 4. Even did the DMV License plate process at delearship as as a courtesy. Will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for solid deals for a new Toyota. Overall an excellent experience.

I was a customer of this dealership for 14 years i have purchased 3 Toyota sienna from them. I recently had noises coming from the front of my car. I suspected that is was the transmission, but when i got there i was told that my whole front suspension needed to be replaced. However, i had just had my 100,000 service and included in that service was the whole suspension, transmission fluid, oil change.... so this didn't make sense. i took my car to a reputable mechanic and found out that the suspension was in perfect shape. i then went to Toyota in Ramsey they told me the suspension was fine and that the prior dealership wasn't only charging me for something i didn't need and giving me a completely false diagnoses but they were also over charging me for the suspension components. I was furious when i found and am now currently in the process of filing a formal complaint with corporate Toyota about this unbelievable customer and lack of professionalism.
My Toyota Rav needed its 10,000 mile routine service. Toyota assistance was quick, efficient and dependable. I was very satisfied.
I didn't have an appointment they were quick, courteous and kept me informed and did not wait long at all! What more can you ask for? A car wash after service...? Overall excellent experience.
The young lady that helped me that morning was great. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. I was in a rush because I had to bring my daughters to school and get to work on time, without me mentioning my worries to the representative, she understood that I wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. She was able to pull up my account, take my car for service and also provide a loaner car within a few min and I was able to get my daughters to school on time and I also made it to work on time.

I had to turn a leased car in early and the team at Interstate were awesome. The sales manager Steve listened to what i needed and the salesperson Hameed was super friendly and accommodating. The finance manager Glen was great! It seemed like we were old friends.

I would never deal with this dealership. really dangerous to deal with them and they are big rip offs. they will talk you into getting everything and promising you the world but as soon as you sign your paperwork and have your car than you are screwed.
I purchased a brand new 2015 Toyota Tundra for close to $70,000 when the window sticker is only 50. i was talked into buying all these different Warranty packages which will save me and they will always take care of my car and i will get free tires and wheels anytime something is wrong with it.
they ripped me off and every time i come there they make sure to charge me big diagnostic fees and for 2 years now i have never gotten anything out of this Warranty's but stress.
my Lawyer is in the process of looking into the entire matter and escalating this but i would strongly suggest not to touch them.

My Wife was lucky enough to test drive with one of the salesman who shall remain anonymous.
Not realising she was Jewish he started remarking on the amount of Hasidics that were moving to the area and that they were Interstates Toyotas primary customers.
The salesperson interestingly enough remarked that the local Rabbi acts as Guarantor for his flock and drives a phenomenal bargain! Much to the Chagrin of Jeff the Manager and the finance manager Eric.He even brings the kosher Milk every Friday.
Armed with this fantastic insight we knocked off 6k off a 2016 Highlander!
As Eric spun the numbers and bamboozled us with quick math, i simply asked for the 'Rabbi discount' Eric stunned tried to convince me that this was just on the Siennas( Very poular with my Peeps)

Always a pleasure to visit interstate toyota dealership and get the best for my cars performance. It's a old car but kept up by the great crew here at the Toyota dealership.
The service for my car was good, the service people did their jobs. After the maintenance service was completed all the good service ended. My mini van was parked in the middle of the parking lot and then surrounded by other vehicles. I was told to go out the service area, turn right and I would see my van. I did not see my van. I went around the building and did not see it anywhere. I had to go back to the service area and inquire where my van was specifically was parked. It was then pointed out to me, in the middle of about 10 vehicles parked in the area. All this while I had my 2yo grandson with me and a diaper bag!
Customer service was none existent in his Toyota dealership. I never experienced this kind of customer service from the other dealerships ive brought my cars to. The service would have been good if not for the service after the maintenance service to the car.
I will have second, third and more thoughts before going back.

When my car was ready no one came to get me and I had to tell someone my car was ready. Then the man handed me the papers to sign and told me if I had any questions I can call. He never went over anything that was done on my car or if anything needed attention. Now I have to review my paperwork and hopefully everything is good.
I have been to many dealerships and have work experience at one as well. I asked a question to an employee who appeared to be in a rush and immediately dropped what he was doing and gave me his full attention. Normally that would be enough to persuade me to write a strong review. However this was no ordinary employee. I was speaking to Teddy Maldonado the GM. He did not know me or know my background. The fact the GM of the store showed me that kind of respect and attention no doubt will be a reflection of the entire store. Teddy has EARNED me as a customer and referral base moving forward. If you live anywhere near here, and I will promise that it would be even worth your while to drive a little further, do business here and you will not regret. Thank you Teddy!!!

Recently bought a used car. They promised me a 2nd Fob since it was lost during sale. Traveled 6hrs back to dealership just to be told they need to order another one. They thought taking it off another car and reprogramming it would work. It didn't!!!
Didn't have the integrity to be honest and tell me itwasnever ordered in the first place. Without trust, a dealership is worth nothing no matter how good of a deal they promise. After 3 purchased vehicles from Interstate, i won't be back.
Recently traded in my 2013 Sienna for the 2015 Sienna and loved the service & accommodation I got from the team. This is also the same place where I got my 2013 Sienna, and there's a reason why I came back. The professionalism & courtesy of their sales, finance & management always exceed my expectations and I'm always glad to recommend my friends & family to this place.

Everything went smoothly quick and very easy. I purchased the car for my 16 year old and when Asfar went to give my son the keys all he kept saying was, "Please be careful driving please be careful driving". That was awesome!!!! Even Alex said to my son, "This car is not a toy" please be careful. That made me feel very comfortable that yes, they are there to make a sale, however; lives do matter to them. Bought a 2019 corolla from interstate. Offered me great deal for my new ride as well as for my old tradein. Went to other dealers too, but interstate beat them all. Nice and pleasant customer service. I could have given 5 stars but had to wait couple days for delivery since they did not had the color i wanted. Otherwise very good experience.

I took my truck there just for an oil change, they offer me the tire balancing and I accept, they estimate a waiting time of 90 min, I was there for more than 120 min, the representative was always courteous and helpful, I think the staff needs to introduce the Lean manufacturing culture, the same one that Toyota uses on its production lines. When I took my truck home didn't realize one of my wheel caps was missing, I had to go back and ask for it. Again I dont think the staff is the problem, I think is the process that needs to be revisited. Good practices like lean culture, 5 S, 5 rights (right car, right procedure, right diagnostic, right costumer, right reassembly), must be implement to improve the experience. You need to end the myth about dealership being called stealership.
Very Disappointing.
Brought our 2017 Camry XLE in for the 10 K servicing at 8:45am...oil change, tire rotation, topping off of fluids and air pressure. No big deal, right. Two hours and 20 minutes later after seeing a whole bunch of newer customers coming and going, I went to check to see how much longer it would be before servicing was done. The new intake guy I had told me the work was done and he was waiting on the paper work. No! I was waiting for him to complete the pile of paper work at his work station. He did what he had to do, had me sign on the wall because the was no other flat surface on which to sign. Pointed the way for me to find my car through the closed work bay doors. Had no idea how to open the bay doors. Luckily a serviceman was coming in with a customer and opened the bay door. Great! But where is my car? Looking, looking, looking, ......Is that it? Boxed in with a bunch of other cars around and behind it... that s it! Let me get out of here.
Get into the car and it t hot as hell!.......How long has it been sitting here? ...Put the AC on I m going home.
Get home and I survey the car. Greasy/oily finger prints all over the hood and trunk. Nice work Interstate Toyota you just may have lost a customer. A Toyota Camry owner since 1986.
Gotta go... gotta go wash my car.
