The sale department is wonderful and professional....

The sale department is wonderful and professional. My complaint is the parts department , I ordered floor mats and cargo liner for my 2016 highlander that was purchased there, they had floor mats in stock but had to order the cargo liner . I prepaid for it, when it came in , was not notified after a month. Then drove 1/2 hour to pick it up, then took it home to realize it was the wrong color (grey as opposed to black). So I called back , at first they told me that there were no such thing of cargo liners for the highlander . Took them 5 minutes of wait time for them to look it up and reorder the black . Called today to confirm that the liner was delivered in, they said yes and keep in mind at no time did they tell me that they need the plastic bag that the liner came in had to come back in order to exchange it. So I brought it back as soon as I stepped in the parts department , the one guy literally said " wow wow wow, we need the plastic bag that it came in order to exchange it" , I questioned why didn't they tell me that the 3 times that I was on the phone with them. They shook their head and shoved the liner back to me and told me they can't do anything without the plastic bag. The attitude is just the main reason I am posting this . I can sell this one Amazon and buy another one black for less but I just did not like how they treated their costumer.
