I brought in my car for 10K maintenance,

Anthony served me with a smile! Took care of my car like a pro! Added a car wash even it's not included in the package! Provided me with drop off and pick up shuttle service back to my office while my car was in service, and, after a short while, my car was ready and a professional job was done!!!

So I work in a restaurant and I had a salesman from interstate Toyota for dinner with his gf. As we were speaking he came across and said that he sells cars. He gave me his card and took my info honestly I was surprised he remembered me and asked for referral so I referred my friend to Lou Gashi not just that but he also called me to ask if my friend was satisfied with his offers and thanked me so much for mine and my friends businesses what a great salesman keep it up Lou Gashi with your great work finally we have some one we can count on.. this dealer is the worst i've ever visit... mi sister remended me to go there but the service sucks!!!!! I both a 30.000 dollars cargo van over there and is the wrost deal I've ever made in my life... their autocare service sucks, they dont even bother to solve the problems you have. they just put you on watting like your money is not worth, whitch i think 30.000 dollars is!.... don't even recomend!!! dont make the same mistake i made! ... oh and if they promise you money for bringing costumer there, you will be watting all your life.. my sister is still watting for the 500 they said they would give her for taking me there!!! this guys SUCKS!!!

I must say I didn t even purchase my car here and I live in Long Island. A family member that owns an FJ Crusier like mine highly recommend this dealership. I was taken care of immediately Ricky made sure that they would go over all of my concerns with the vehicle and at the end the problem was fixed. And I will highly recommend this dealership to all my family members and friends

I made an appointment and showed up about 20-30 minutes earlier than my appointment. They took my car right away and it was finished in less than an hour. Granted I was just getting a routine mile service, but I appreciated the fact that I didn't have to wait hours like I have had to do else where when I was just getting an oil change. Friendly staff as well.

First off, they were great for texting me multiple times to remind me that my oil change was due. I got an appointment on the spot to come in within minutes of me calling.
In addition, they found other issues that I suspected might be problematic. The technician as well as the service advisor was prompt and got me out in the shortest possible time. They are always great to deal with, hence the reason I still come here even though I moved over an hour away to NJ.

It was a pleasure working with Jason Pinos. My husband and I got into a new 2018 Toyota Tundra and we absolutely love it! Jason was very professional, kind and patient. I will be recommending all my family and friends to him.

They wanted to change 4 bulbs which I did myself....

They wanted to change 4 bulbs which I did myself. It cost me $7.00 to purchase at Wal-Mart. It took me 5 minutes to change all 4. To do that Toyota wanted to charge me $111.00. They wanted to change the air filter and cabin filter which I did myself It cost me $29.00. Toyota wanted to again charge me $111.00. Plus they wanted to charge me for other work all totaling almost $900. The oil change would have been $89.00 which surprised me because the last time it was $60.00. When I called and asked what price was for conventional oil they told me 69.00 Plus tax. Ultimately after saying something about the price I was charged the $60.00. So overall. I felt I was being taken advantage if. I was very unsatisfied and will not be returning to Toyota anymire

So speechless honestly I went to Interstate Toyota and I was just browsing had no intentions to walk out with a car the sales specialist Lou Gashi came across and introduce him self and the great opportunity interstate Toyota offers for the consumers/customers he answered all my questions. I will so recommend anyone who shops at interestate TOYOTA to stop and ask for Lou Gashi he will make a difference-he is different then the other car sales men and I will also recommend people to him and I will keep buying cars from Lou Gashi no matter where he is or he goes few miles drive will make a difference on a few thousand dollars savings. But no worries i got incontact with the service department and i had a sale advisor by the name of ricky that helped me out in the best customer service i ever experienced. He resured me that they would get right on it and help me out from start to finish, which he did.

I was referred to Interstate Toyota by a friend and I am so unbelievably happy I took the hour ride down to meet with their sales associate Irene Fernandez ! She was sweet, knowledgeable, and fast. She helped set me up to get out of an awful situation I was in with my last car. After Irene we were turned over to the finance manager Glen Reggio who gave us some laughs while getting us a great interest rate and running through our best options financially. My past 3 car buying experiences were stressful and drawn out for a full day....sometimes 2 , we were out of there from start to finish (viewing cars, test driving, credit , and financing) in 3 hours . My boyfriend is planning on returning soon to look for his next car as well!

They have taken excellent care of our car for over 12 years, and have kept our vehicles in great shape. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable- but Ricky especially really stands out. Our Avalon just passed 175,000 miles and still rides like a dream thanks to Toyota, Interstate Toyota, and Ricky. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

Months ago I rated this dealership on how great I felt they had been and when I started looking back at some things, red flags came up and I am very upset. I purchased a 2018 Toyota C-HR from here in May. I knew that I was gonna be paying a high amount since I had traded in a car that I owed a bit of money on. When I purchased the car, the sales person Tim Asani had been really cool but distracted me from the fact that he did not go over really anything about the car, he did not make sure that the windows were etched (as the things are still in my glove box...), and a long with many other things he was more interested in asking that I provide him and the dealership with a 5 star review. Then when I went through financing, they gentleman Glen had me sign paperwork for a loan with lots of warrantees that were unnecessary, an agreement that I was to pay one payment and then a week later when I had driven the car on vacation and came back, he told me it was a higher payment than originally stated and there was nothing he could do. The higher payment did make sense as for it was a shorter term but I was given no option they "would not accept the previous agreement" after I already drove the car off the lot. Now I will say that Glen in finance is a great person and I got a long with him and I know there were things that he could not control, but the way Toyota handled the situation I was very disappointed. I lost my trust for this dealership and I would not recommend to anyone I know going here after my experience. I will say that I considered suing the dealership because I was told by many lawyers I had a very good case and that what they did was unlawful and morally wrong but however I changed my mind since I did not want to take the time to go through the process of it. As I know that Interstate Toyota will probably never try and make up for their mistake, I know the truth about how they have been operating and like I said I will not let anyone I know go here to be corrupted and scammed. I hope people take the opportunity to read this and think twice before going to Interstate Toyota because their are many better options of Toyota dealerships and just other dealerships in general to go to within the area.

Car in for a used car warranty 5000 mile inspection and wheel alignment. Was pleased to find that the alignment was not necessary and was not charged for the inspection. Nice to leave a dealership without having to flash a little plastic!

I like this place a bought my second car from them, but that were my problems started I got my car mid September this year they gave me a temporary registration paper that expired already but I didn t get my registration by the mail yet I call the dmv they don t have my paper work . I call them they can t give me a answer. I leave massages that don t get a call back. I when in to explain my problem they said that the dmv lady Isn t there so they can t check my paperwork but they gave me a nice answer, if I get a ticket they ll pay for it that s great but what about my clean driving record that would have a ticket on it now For no good reason.update they call me and are working to fix my Registration problem I will update. Update Management Reach out and help me with my Registration now I m all-set

Amazing service at Toyota interstate. All the staff were extremely helpful. Very professional and efficient. They go out of their way to help you. I must point out that Teddy the GM and ricardo in sales are great assets to this company. Thank you to both of you for all that you did for me. Teddy you are the best thank you for going that extra mile for me. I have been a customer for years with you and you never failed to make me happy and find what I needed to get the best deal. As a woman and widowed going into a car dealerships I hated it as most of the time it s all sales and you get stuck with taking anything as you are just the next sale. But not here at Toyota interstate. They are like family to me every single time I went in there I was treated with great respect and felt they wanted what was best for me and were very honest with me. This is what people need to hear as most dealerships don t care. I will definitely and Highly recommend any one to Toyota interstate .They are awesome from the service center to the sales to the GM. My 2012 Venza 5000 miles service was up.I called the service department and they immediately set up and appointment for the same day for me to have my vehicle service. Upon my arrival i was received with a smile from the staff and ready to assist me. Josh Carpio, introduced me to the many amenities that the dealer offers to its client tell, while waiting for service. Mr. Carpio was on top of everything , from my arrival to the completion of the work to the Venza. He made sure that I felt at home at the service department, by letting me know the status of my vehicle and its location in the services area. I would recommend interstate services department and its staff to any one, and especially Mr. Carpio.

My appointment was at 12:10 pm. I arrived at Interstate Toyota at 12 pm. I was told that my car would be ready in 2 hours. After waiting for 1 hr and 50 minutes I noticed that my car still was parked at the parking lot. I asked the advised how much longer I had to wait. He said that I need to wait for another half an hour BEFORE the technician starts working on my car and the service would take another 45 minutes . I left. Looks like that they take more work that they can handle.

Interstate Toyota is still my go to place! I worked with Sales: Ricardo, and was extremely satisfied. This man went above and beyond, took his time and was very attentive to my needs specific to the car I wanted. The purchase process was easy. I definitely recommend this dealership and Ricardo!

2015:
i went to several different dealers, one of them being toyota of new rochelle. I had such a bad experience at all of them until i came here. Princeton was very helpful, and made sure that all of the needs and wants were satisfied.
I recommend very one check this dealer before going anywhere else.

Worst dealership I ve been to. No help won t, return phone calls and when they do they did not fix the problem on my 2018 sienna with only 6k miles. Should ve went to a good Toyota dealership (Prestige Toyota or rockland Toyota) advice for any people looking for a Toyota dealership don t come here. It s the complete opposite of a good dealership.

You buy a Certified Toyota. You get "Free Oil Changes" for 15000 miles but no mention of the fact that you will have to pay at least $100 for other "Required Services" everytime you show up for an oil change.

If you have less than $100 you can't get a FREE oil change here.

This is a fact, from my experience. Not a misunderstanding. I was told my total before my car was even looked at.
