Had our company vehicle repaired under warranty and they gave us a quote. When they called and told us it was ready for pick up they told me it was over 4x the estimate. They did not call ahead about the rise in labor cost before doing the job. Tony in service department was rude and did not make any effort to communicate the change in labor costs. Shady establishment that I do not trust to repair our vehicles that we purchased through them. Poor customer service and reliability in this company.

Davey Coach is a top notch bus dealer. I use them all the way out in California. They've been able to quote not standard lease terms (i.e. months) for busses to help support our business. Josh has been extremely helpful in tracking down specific bus chassis for our needs. Highly recommend checking them out if you need busses!

We took our mv-1 here for an estimate and then repairs from a wreck since the MV1 is a specialty vehicle there were not many mechanics who could work on it. we decided to not do some of the suggestions on the estimate because of that decision they charged us for the estimate we were not told there would be a charge for the estimate. they then told us the mirror was actually not broke so they charged us a restocking fee. beware of hidden fees. Ask lots of questions before deciding anything.
I am the business manager at Lavdas Limousines in Warren, Mich. We purchased 3 "slightly used" 25 pass. shuttle buses from Davey Coach. We could not be happier with the vehicles. Doing a deal over the phone can be tricky and Josh was honest, professional and easy to work with. He made sure my drivers were picked up at the airport and that the buses were ready to make a safe drive to their new home. The extra effort throughout the process was very appreciated.
