From our company we send weekly parcels via JBM Couriers via their Distribution channel. Occasionally we use the rush, but for the most part it is not in a hurry. We are good at speaking about this, sometimes something goes wrong, but that also goes with the price of service that we purchase. Is generally well solved within the service of the service we pay for :-).

Greetz received flowers for my birthday through Greetz, but unfortunately I was not at home. Called JBM for a new delivery date. However, they did not come on the new delivery date (was home all day). So call again, where they did not let me talk several times. In the middle of a sentence they connect you to a colleague. Pretty unfriendly. It is now more than a week later and the flowers are not delivered yet.

This morning we were not home and the neighbors were not, so the driver could not deliver a package. JBM was so attentive, to offer it again after the route, because the driver almost drove past us on his way to his house. Super thanks for this.

Very customer unfriendly company! If you call the 06 number that is mentioned on the answering machine, you will get a gentleman on the phone who just says no to everything!
Do not want to arrange anything (urgently) for you. My package should have arrived on Thursday, it is now Saturday and it is not there yet! Period in which they deliver is particularly long 9-17 !! And if you're not at home, you're out of luck!

if only I had read those reviews beforehand. on one number a tape and on another number a very easy-going operator who didn't think it was worth figuring out when the shipment would be delivered. so this is once and never again.

If you really want to get away from pirates who are not afraid to push other road users off the road, choose JBM. Sticking the bumper, driving too fast and pushing you off the road to get past are some methods to deliver your package quickly. The driver of the photo below is willing to do that. Today on the A15 at mornings around 1800 hours.

Worst experience with a courier ever. Paid for overnight order to Lux but not fulfilled. Was only delivered 1 day later. Contact person doesn't even bother to come up with a lame excuse like maybe by covid or something. They just don't know anything. So first and last time with them. Oh yes, when they picked it up, they sent a truck without a tailgate and pump truck while they are going to pick up a pallet and not even asked if there is a forklift available. Wonderfully professional ... not so.

This is the first time I write a review, but JBM has made it so colorful that I still want to say a word about it. The service of this company can be summarized with one word: worthless. After two weeks I finally managed to plan a date for the delivery of a registered mail item (1 September). On the relevant day of the delivery, just make a call to see if the delivery time can be more precise than between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. This was not possible. Called again at 4:00 pm with the question: can I still expect my mail item? Then the fun began. The planned day of delivery was not in the system. This was due to a 'technical failure'. Because there was no new appointment in the computer, my mail item went back on the 23rd of August. The best man on the phone could do nothing but tell me that he, too, found it annoying and that I should just file a complaint or something. Due to a mistake by this company, a trustworthy registered mail item was lost due to a 'technical malfunction' and there is no intention whatsoever to find a solution to the problem I am currently facing. I hope to never again have to deal with a company that deals with customers and confidential mail items.
