We have used interstate for several years now and the last few times the service was very disapointing. As to this last specific visit, I made a Saturday appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 10:15am and was told on the phone the visit would be around an hour to hour and fifteen minutes. When I arrived however the service advisor said it could take up to an hour and 45 minutes instead as they were very busy. It took an hour and a half. That is not my complaint here although that was a long time given the fact that I made an appointment.
My disappointment was that they did the tire rotation and charged me $30 for it knowing I had 4 bad tires. They SHOULD have asked me once they discovered the need for new tires BUT THEY DID NOT. I would have said don t do it because it would be a waste. For these reasons I went somewhere else for my new 4 tires and rear brakes, which was recommended.
We have 3 more free oil changes for my RAV 4 and will not be returning to this dealership for service again. I d rather pay for the oil changes than deal with their unprofessional nonsense. With them it s all about making money and not the customer.

Had 25000 mile check up last Saturday on my Toyota Avalon. Service was fast and efficient. Tire rotation, topped off all fluids. Completed in less than an hour.

Fast, friendly, transparent service and excellent pricing. Found and delivered my hard to find RAV4 Hybrid in days. So many car dealers are shady, grateful to have found a good one. This was the third Toyota dealer I visited. The first had awful service and had uncompetitive, non-negotiable pricing. The second kept delaying the car delivery date by weeks (I had put down a deposit).

I went to interstate Toyota for first 5000 miles service of my Toyota corolla 2012. The maintenance staff welcomed nicely and service done properly on time. The second visit I made for New York State vehicle inspection the staff was very friendly and done on time. The charges for the inspection is $37 but the staff told me that first inspection only cost $10. Vow and thanks for friendly Customer Service of Interstate Toyota.

Worst customer service ever. I was told when I purchased my new car I would get a free detailed wash on the car and when I showed up for device they told me sorry we don't do it. I will never purchase a car or recommend anyone to go there. It's not the money it's the principal of being lied to

Three years ago I bought the car I still drive at Interstate, which I have been back for impeccable service @ Interstate, and I also leased (my second lease) a 2012 Toyota Sienna, which has turned out to be the best family car we ever had.
