I must say, GREAT customer service is an understatement. Big shout out to Anthony Lekocevic for one, making my first car buying experience such a joyful experience & two for just being a down to earth guy with no hidden agenda. I ve heard horror stories about car dealerships being super pushy, rude, deceiving etc. definitely not the case here. The service was extremely genuine & honestly met a lot to me given it s my first car buying experience. I initially went to the wrong dealership in a cab from Manhattan, New York. I Had made a mistake with address. I then call Interstate Toyota & was willing to cab it to the correct location that was probably about 20-30minutes away. The manager Fabio Kola said no way he s gonna let me spend more money and take a cab from there & literally sent Anthony to pick me and my girlfriend up. Which Anthony then introduced himself & made small talk the whole ride with us. So as you can imagine I was super impressed literally before I even got to the dealership. Especially not knowing whether I would even buy or not. I ve been in the customer service realm for my whole working career & this was hands down 5 star service. He understood exactly what I wanted, worked with the prices that I was aiming for, super personable & definitely went out of his way to make sure I left a happy camper. He stayed well after his working hours & didn t rush the process one bit. He made sure everything was perfect and that I was happy when I drove off the lot. He even followed up with me through texts to see how my first drive home was. There are many different accents to their customer service that gives you that white glove service kinda feel.
I wanna also give a huge shout out to the new manager Fabio Kola for playing a huge part as well and making this possible. Weeks before I had even visited the location, he was super attentive to Texts/Calls/emails & never once did he brush me off or seem uninterested in my business. He was in and out of the actual negotiations periodically & worked with the credit I have. Another super down to earth guy. Treated me and my girlfriend with respect and reassured us that we were in good hands. He basically reinforced what good customer service looks like hands down.
Even Juan the final gentleman that I did the final signing and logistics with was a great guy. Made sure I understood the process and knew what I was signing for and getting myself into before anything was cemented.
Once people find out about Intestate Toyota s new revamped customer experience model, they will for sure be long time customers. Good lucks guys I know Interstate Toyota will thrive!
Look guys you can t put a price on piece of mind so if your skeptical/nervous/anxious about you not getting the best deal/customer service experience.. I hope this helps.

Absolute NIGHTMARE. I brought my car in to get a simple inspection and the geniuses working there locked my keys in the car within 5 minutes. I spent my entire afternoon there while they broke into my car and damaged multiple parts getting the keys out. They had the nerve to try and tell me that everything was ok and that I was good to go. I had to come back the next day to speak with the manager and show him all the damage. It took them 2 weeks to fix all of the damage that they caused to my car. Now they still call my cell phone and try to sell me stuff. I will never even consider coming here again.
The regularly scheduled service was fast. I was in and out within an hour. The waiting room was clean and very comfortable.
Ronmill and Anthony were professional and attentive to my concerns during my service appointment. Happy with the service and communication they provide.

Service guys are awesome. They were able to save me money by coming up with a way to clamp a loose pipe back to its broken bracket position. Also were able to apply credit to a tire replacement (found a bad bubble on older one) in order to pass an inspection. Very pleased w/their services.

Let me start off by saying this is one of the best car buying experiences i have ever had. My husband and i where very happy we purchased 2 cars from this young man named Christian he was very nice and very knowledgeable. Christian and Fabio were able to get us into 2 new cars for only a few dollars more then what our 1 lease was. what a great experience, Thank you Interstate Toyota.
Came here over the summer to service my AC as it stopped working. I was given the run around as to reason why it wasn't working. I paid to have it recharged. Then after hours of waiting I'm told I needed the higher cost package because the lower one didn't take. After waiting and doing all that again, the AC worked for a day and then didn't work. They then told me it was something completely different when I had to go back another day. Ended up paying all that money for nothing and they wouldn't give me a refund. Then, I return to actual purchase a vehicle from them just to find out after buying it, you only get one key and they make you buy another one. Who in their right mind would sell a $23,000 car and give you one key? If I knew this before signing the papers then maybe I would not have purchased the car. Not happy on more than one occasion.

I bought a truck there and was very trusting and what a mistake that turned in to. I over paid and when I had to use their services they where unwilling to help me at all. I had purchased extra warranty and was told everything would be covered then nothing was as they said. The guy who sold me the warranty told me dont worry we are a small family owned dealership just come in and you will be taken care of. The people in service did not want to help at all. When I WAS BUYING THE TRUCK THEY WOULD JUMP THROUGH HOOPS FOR ME. They lied and when I tried calling the company they said I should have read the contract.... I did not read the fine print and never again will I go back! They are unwilling to help me now even thought they took money for this they told me no problem and now its whatever our hands are tied..... like what no way makes me so mad I overpaid so much....I had an appointment in service and still had to wait hours.....the managers were unwilling to give me a straight answer after calling few times...
I always service my car here. They are very good with service.
The Service department falls short of what I have seen in any other dealership over the past 10 years. Waits can be long and the waiting area is a dump, with uncomfortable chairs and only coffee and hot water for refreshments.

As my situation for a vehicle is desperate and I eagerly await approval for a car this morning, I just want to say that regardless of the outcome, the sales people and managers at Interstate Toyota are absolutely incredible. I recently lost my vehicle a week after it had been completely paid off because of engine failure. When I explained this to the salesmen, he immediately gave me hope and began working hard to remedy my problem. He and the staff are professional, courteous and most of all, ambitious and hard working. They are 100% people-person oriented and take into serious consideration your life situation. While my wife and I only spent about 2 hours at the dealership, I can say with all confidence that it was the most pleasant experience we had ever at a dealership. I look extremely forward to hearing back from them and to hopefully establishing a look term professional relationship!

He took his time to research and provide me a quote to replace a tire on my family s mini van, with no pressure or attitude. As the parents of 2 sets of twins, money is tight and the van is extremely important.

Went in October of 2017 for a routine inspection and within 5 minutes of handing over the keys, they locked the keys in the car. Four hours later my car is returned with scratches and marks all over the door and handle from their employees breaking into the car in order to resolve their mistakes. They tried to make amends however not even a year later the paint is peeling. Their customer service throughout the whole process was stressful and disappointing. Beware of this dealership and their unprofessionalism. As you can tell from the photos of the paint they also don't use quality products.

I am very satisfied with the service. Your representative went out of his way to request Toyota to extend my warrantee for the battery, and pay for it, as the warranty just expired.
Service at Interstate Toyota was excellent. I went there to buy out my lease and dealt with Mr. Hameed as my salesman who was very welcoming and made me feel confident that I was getting a honest deal there. The financial details are taken care of by Glenn Reggio, the finance manager. He really made sure I got the lowest possible APR by negotiating directly with his contact at the finance company.
Interstate Toyota gave me a lease buy out number that was almost $900 less than what another well known Toyota dealership offered me and by getting me the best interest rate possible saved me thousands of $ over the lifetime of the finance. Love their no nonsense approach and highly recommend.

I was utterly disappointed at the service, I was left stranded without a car for The weekend.
I usually avoid going to the dealer because I am often treated badly. This time was a real pleasure. From the beginning to the end George was respectful towards me. He apologized for the wait and went to the back to make sure they the process of fixing my car radio. George patiently walked me through the process with kindness and patience. Finally when the radio was fixed he spent time setting up my radio stations. After that, he got a collegue to connect my phone to the Bluetooth. For some reason the Android phones don't charge from the USB port so he went to his car and gave me HIS own which we put in the lighter section. I was so.impressed that he cared that I was going on a road trip and didn't have a charge that he gave up his own!!! If George is there, then I'm much more likely to return and tell my friends too!

Awful service!!! I was kept waiting for over 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change & tire rotation. I also asked the tech to find out why the car doesn't beep when I use the remote to lock it & open it. He could not figure it out. I was told the car was fine after waiting so long when it actually was not. Terrible service!!!!

Sell overpriced "Certified" pre owned cars with major mechanical issues and cheap aftermarket parts in vehicle. Wait 4 hours for one tire. Car sat in shop for three weeks when it was supposed to take one. Will never bring my money or vehicles back to this dump.
