I couldn t believe how helpful everyone at Interstate Toyota was. My husband and I went in there not knowing exactly what we were looking for. The sales specialist Lou Gashi really helped me out! He took such a great interest in knowing what we liked and what we wanted instead of just trying to sell anything. We walked away with a new RAV4 which works for our expanding family. I can honestly say the experience we had with him has been the best we have had with a sales specialist at any dealership. I honestly recommend to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle Lou is the guy to help you out!

This place is honestly the worst in the business. Such an unorganized group of individuals. I purchased a vehicle from there almost two years ago with obnoxious interest rates which I did not really have much of a choice to do due to the fact that I did not have credit at the time. Which I thought was great so I decided to refer a friend and in light of this I was told I would get an 100$ check which I did not receive until I called 200 times (no lie) and finally put my foot down. Sadly on Christmas night in 2015 my car was totaled. I was not in it fortunately but the pay off process took forever because they were so unorganized in their building. The front desk lady was rude and miserable and I worked closely with a man named Eric to resolve this who would laugh at me on the phone and be sarcastic and simply did not care. Once I finally got an answer 3 months later I was told I no longer have a warranty refund because of some nonsense they made up. Karma is real and this place is simply terrible to do business with! By the way the only reason they got a star was because I couldn't post this without putting one!

THIEVES - update: they replied that I should contact them. THAT S BS! I did they were unhelpful, nasty & deceitful. STAY AWAY - Don t Tell Me That I Didn t Warn You!

Sold me a car with serious transmission problems. We didn t know and the transmission went 3 weeks (on the highway during rush hour) into owning the 2014 Sudan (back in 2018)... Became extremely difficult to contact and would not help us. Started digging into reviews and found that this dealership had a lot of issues and I experienced a lot of them. Wish I read the bad reviews before getting a car from them. After only 2 years with my 2014 Sudan, I had to trade in at a new, super helpful dealership. Shop thoroughly and avoid the mistake I made.
Also, don t give them the 5-star they ask for right away like I did... Wait till you go in for other services or your first oil change... then you ll see. They are excellent car salesmen.

I had my Highlander in about a month ago for a problem with my tires. Steve Keahon was my service rep, he was professional and was truly interested in my problem and finding a resolution. Steve went out of his way to contact various parties and in the end was able to rectify the problem. It is because of Steve that I will continue to bring my car to Interstate for service. Thank you Steve!!!!!

The team was exceptional. They were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.Sim, Joe, and Kadrem my shuttle driver, all helped me tremendously. Another worker, Orlando, was so efficient with my hubcaps after I got new tires. He affixed my new hubcaps on, and ziptied them. It was refreshing getting car service workers who care enough to go the extra mile.

I worked with Lou and Joe they were very helpful not that I just bought a car there but I also live in new Rochelle and I also had my other car with me... so Lou took his coworker Lindi and they delivered the car to new Rochelle for me.... I've had a very good experience with Interstate Toyota for many years, my recent one being yesterday due to my lease being up. The people are very nice our salesman John was great and so was our financial person Glen, such a sweetheart. However, management needs to work on getting their customer out of the dealership a little faster. We spent the whole day there for a LBO! (Lease Buy Out) Please work on this!

Really bad service i bring my truck to alignment and fix some electrical problems and they didt do what i tell them to do i wont recomend this dealer to anybody this is the second time they do this to me

The young man who took my information was very polite and friendly and so was the man who drove me home and back again.

The service was excellent. I went to trade in a car and they were very helpful and accommodating. They gave me a great rate and Maldonado made sure I got a good deal.

Jason Pinos took care of us. He is a very knowledgeable, respectful young man. He, the general/sales manager as well as the F&I person were all very helpful and courteous.
