Shepherd McClellan, Was an awesome salesman, couldn t have asked for a better experience. I selected a vehicle which obviously was way out of my financial range Mr. McClellan not only brought out 2 keys, keys to the vehicle of my choice, then a vehicle which he felt would ve been more reasonable for my financial responsibility. Not only was he informative of the make and model of the vehicle all its features and it s financial responsibility ( A guesstimation of coarse ), he was surprisingly knowledgeable and did a great job not pushing but rather guided me into the right vehicle which I LOVE and is just as beautiful as the one of choice but rather this is more reasonable to my financial ability. All I knew is that I was going to interstate Toyota. Every once in a while I would pass by and look at this white Lexus, all I knew is that I wanted that white lexis Instead, I drove off in a silver 2016 IS 350 Lexus

Glenn Reggio, in the financial department was great too, He gave me information about my credit history my financial obligations to fix my credit so that I can get a better interest rate, he too was informative and assisted me in such a way where I am so grateful that I came to this dealership , overall My experience at interstate Toyota was absolutely awesome!!!!

Joseph at interstate Toyota was a great, he helped me find my new Toyota Camry. He took his time to and helped me find a car that fully suited all my needs. After I purchased the car he even went out of his way to call me every month just to make sure everything with the car was going well.
Overall, my experience at interstate Toyota was very good. The customer service was great and the personal assistanance from Bill Bullock and all those in the service/repair department were excellent.
I went into the dealership at 4pm on New Years eve and met with John and Glenn both men were true professional and took care of me as if I was family, I left the dealership 2 hours later with my new truck, I highly recommend Interstate Toyota, they made getting a car an absolute pleasure.

We got taken care of by Irene Fernandez who guided us step by step to resolve our situation. Attentive all the way with our needs. She introduced to us a beautiful top of the line 2018 Highlander that was love at first sight. Along side with her we also met finance director Glenn Reggio who was straight forward with what was the best way to go with our lease. Service was great and friendly. However I do have complaints. Inside the waiting area were reality shows on TV that had lots of cursing/ inappropriate language which were definitely not rated G or PG. The volume was pretty loud. I would have been very upset if I had brought my kids with me. Same goes for a few staff members. Their use of the F_word and S_word could be heard. We all use it but know when and where.
Also .. Over 3/4 of the staff were not wearing mask. Unacceptable. For everyone's safety PLEASE put one on.
Anyway... that was my first impression of your service center. Great friendly staff but lost a lot of points in waiting area, the constant use of profanity and most importantly the lack of use of personal protective equipment around customers .
I needed an OEM windshield replacement and a recall repair. It took many phone calls to get the windshield repaired. Problem seemed to be in the overworked service manager and technical issues with their emails. Also their administrative staff isn't great: they don t speak clearly, zero enthusiasm, no ability to convey the messages from the service department personnel to me the customer. I clearly asked to schedule both repairs on same day to minimize time without my car and trips to the dealership. They promised parts and personnel were on hand for both repairs. On day of the repair, they said they had the wrong parts for the recall repair and Id have to come back. They had my VIN number and could ve checked if everything was there ahead of time. But they did promise a loaner during the recall repair whenever that occurs. Windshield replacement went well. Overall their issues lie in customer service (courtesy, transparency, call etiquette, etc.) and workflow management.

My car had a lot of problems but they talked to me about the procedure; offered me a comfortable welcoming stay in their waiting area with great options of beverages; they also provided me a ride home and back to their location no charge when they figured it would take some time. Two weeks ago after driving for almost 50 years, I had my 1st accident. I was very distressed when I dead told my RAV4 which I owned from 2007 was totaled and I had to get a new car.

There are at least five Toyota dealerships within 30 min drive from my house. This one is one of them. It was easy to visit five dealerships for me and compare the service. Interstate Toyota sales rep and manager were simply unprofessional and pushy. I left quickly and would not even consider buying from them.
Check out Toyota of Hackensack, East Coast Toyota, or Prestige. All three provided good service (showing cars that were available and discussing the price) and I bought from one of them.

Mike at Interstate Toyota was pleasant, attentive, and responsive to my car shopping needs. My initial thought of a car salesman is a pushy person just trying to make a buck. Mike was the complete opposite. He explained in detail the features of the various models of the Camry and helped ensure I was comfortable with the decision I was making without being aggressive. After the purchase was made, he took the time to fully explain every feature of the car. In addition, the financing process was quick and smooth with the help of Fabio.
