I am more than happy for the attentiveness of John Ramos and the rest of the staff. John was very patient and overall, my husband and I feel very grateful for all of the help, the many questions answered and the respect that we received from the moment we walked in the door to the moment where John gave us the key to our new car. I highly recommend!
