We had a river view room of the Thames. Outstanding view. All of the comforts and luxury. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Public transportation is close and the O2 is thought next door if you want to eat or catch a show.

Popped in for tea - excellent facilities and friendly staff. Added bonus of some free entertainment outside - it was windy, and various bits of clothing were blown away (and recovered) from the wind tunnel outside the main entrance.

Had afternoon tea here at the Meridian restaurant. Great service and fantastic food as always, it's my third visit here and can never fault a thing. Our waitress, Diana, was was attentive and knowledgeable. Stayed here for 3.5 hours and not once felt rushed.

Will be back here again, no doubt about that.

Stayed here for 7 days. 1st day started off pretty good as I was able to check in a few hours early. Check in process is about 15 minutes per party which seems a little long. It pretty much went down after that. Upon checking into our room the temperature was a very hot 75 degrees Fahrenheit, With no way to adjust the temperature lower. After a few hours my wife decided to take a shower and flooded the entire bathroom flor in approximately 90 seconds. In a full blown panic in attempt to keep the water from reaching the carpet, she hustled to turn the water off and grab every towel in site. We're called ande maintenance was sent up. He told us that it was simply a poor design and that the shower floods and reaches the carpet. We ate at 1 of the restaurants and the food was absolute rubbish. The 2nd day in the room we couldn't handle it anymore and wanted to be refunded to relocate to another hotel. We were not granted that wish, however we were granted another room a few doors down that was much better, despite the strong cigarette smoke odor. We did decide to try to make the best of things. Concierge was terrible. He had given us some of the worst incorrect advice possible. The location of the hotel is very good if you are going to the o2. Aside from that it's very far from anything good in London. My wife ordered room service dessert which had mildew on the inside of it. This 5 star hotel isn't worthy of a 5 star rating by any means. I chose not to use the spa, or many other amenities due to the nightmare experiences we had here. The only thing that made this hotel ok was that we determined to use it for sleep and showering only. Checkout at 4am was a breeze.

What examplary staff and such a nice place, right next to th O2. Very good afternoon tea, excellent tea menu. When coming from the Jubilee line, step all the way through the O2, you'll end up at the back entrance of the hotel. Much more enjoyable than walking through the streets to reach it.

For event decorators, it's a nightmare!! So they have these giant lifts that you practically offload your whole Luton van in. But the nightmare is the distance from the lifts to the venue. So take an army of helpers

Great location close to the o2. Lovely restaurant, beautiful rooms with an amazing view of Canary Wharf. Excellent service from staff. Tasty breakfast in the morning with an excellent choice of food.

Lovely hotel but the three starts are for the poor service from the Intercontinental central reservation facility. The incorrect information was communicated to me about my booking. My stay was being paid for by a company on my behalf and they were told payment could be made by card over the phone. This was not the case when I arrived at the hotel! Embarrassing to say the least
The room service menu is lovely but I would not recommend the ' krispy fish fingers' for children- not really suited to a little ones palate, as they use whitebait.

I had the largest suite in the hotel, comfortable bed, spacious bedroom and lounge. The curtains had a large stain, which was unsightly and unacceptable for the status of such a hotel.

The buffet breakfast was very nice. It was unusually busy as a boxing event was taking place at the O2.

The hotel was excellent in every way.

The arrival experience was excellent: very friendly greeting; upgraded room; bags taken to room; allowed to check in early...

The room was as expected, very good condition and very clean.

The hotel facilities were also great. We used the swimming pool and spa facilities, various lounges and bars, and the club lounge, which I would highly recommended, even though this is an additional cost.

The hotel is about two minutes walk to the O2 arena, which we used for shopping and for eating out in. There is a direct access route to the O2 from the hotel.

I usually stay at IHG for business, however, this was for a family getaway - I would definitely take the family again.

My friend booked us the spa followed by afternoon tea at 5.45. The booking was made on their website and had slots available until 7pm. We arrived at the restaurant on time only to be told that the last slot available for afternoon tea was 4pm. When I questioned why their website allowed us to book up until 7, they explained that it was a glitch which they would try and fix. The supervisor was very blaise about the whole thing and didn't care to understand the inconvenience this had caused!

The hotel is situated at Nirth Greenwich with a walking distance from O2 and the tube station. There is an underground car park in the hotel. There are large conference halls with magnificent views of river Thames and Canary Wharf. A very clean, tidy and with very kind and professional staff.

Stayed here for the Maiden gig next door at the O2. Really nice hotel, staff super helpful. One thing to note is that the bars appear to close about 1am, so if you're at the o2 and fancy some drinks once back at the hotel after make sure you give yourself enough time to get a few pints of fizzy in. Mini bar in room is pricey, but the room itself is lovely. As was the rather large bathroom. I recommend this place for sure.
