Great hotel for the O2 - clean, functional and very friendly staff. Arguably a touch pricey but the convenience of the location is probably worth the extra few pounds.
Really good hotel with excellent links to central London. Good view of the O2 and lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment on your doorstep.
We had a river view room of the Thames. Outstanding view. All of the comforts and luxury. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Public transportation is close and the O2 is thought next door if you want to eat or catch a show.
Popped in for tea - excellent facilities and friendly staff. Added bonus of some free entertainment outside - it was windy, and various bits of clothing were blown away (and recovered) from the wind tunnel outside the main entrance.
Had afternoon tea here at the Meridian restaurant. Great service and fantastic food as always, it's my third visit here and can never fault a thing. Our waitress, Diana, was was attentive and knowledgeable. Stayed here for 3.5 hours and not once felt rushed.
Will be back here again, no doubt about that.
Wonderful 5-star hotel with hi-tech rooms and a sky bar. Ideal for O2 events.
Great hotel. But only if u are going to the O2. Else it's inconvenient as compared to other London hotels. Good staff but expensive and isolated
Fabulous and polite staff, food amazing, location for the 02 is excellent. Just make sure you sat nav the postcode not the hotel
Very clean, modern hotel. Rooms are a lot larger than most Intercontinental Hotels (especially Park Lane). Some interesting views over the river to Canary Wharf
Good conference venue. As a conference attendee the food and facilities were great.
Good conference venue. Convenient location good public transport connections. Food and facilities excellent.
Lovely hotel, breakfast was sensational. Staff were friends and views were lovely
Stayed here for 7 days. 1st day started off pretty good as I was able to check in a few hours early. Check in process is about 15 minutes per party which seems a little long. It pretty much went down after that. Upon checking into our room the temperature was a very hot 75 degrees Fahrenheit, With no way to adjust the temperature lower. After a few hours my wife decided to take a shower and flooded the entire bathroom flor in approximately 90 seconds. In a full blown panic in attempt to keep the water from reaching the carpet, she hustled to turn the water off and grab every towel in site. We're called ande maintenance was sent up. He told us that it was simply a poor design and that the shower floods and reaches the carpet. We ate at 1 of the restaurants and the food was absolute rubbish. The 2nd day in the room we couldn't handle it anymore and wanted to be refunded to relocate to another hotel. We were not granted that wish, however we were granted another room a few doors down that was much better, despite the strong cigarette smoke odor. We did decide to try to make the best of things. Concierge was terrible. He had given us some of the worst incorrect advice possible. The location of the hotel is very good if you are going to the o2. Aside from that it's very far from anything good in London. My wife ordered room service dessert which had mildew on the inside of it. This 5 star hotel isn't worthy of a 5 star rating by any means. I chose not to use the spa, or many other amenities due to the nightmare experiences we had here. The only thing that made this hotel ok was that we determined to use it for sleep and showering only. Checkout at 4am was a breeze.
Very nice and modern Hotel with great and manageable conference areas. They were able to convert great ball room into separate 3 rooms in an 20 minutes or so... great.
What examplary staff and such a nice place, right next to th O2. Very good afternoon tea, excellent tea menu. When coming from the Jubilee line, step all the way through the O2, you'll end up at the back entrance of the hotel. Much more enjoyable than walking through the streets to reach it.
A brilliant hotel it deserves it's five stars, the best hotel for The 02. I am staying here at the moment.
If you're going to a gig at the o2 it's simply the best place to stay
Attended a conference here. Great facilities, very well organised. Catering was great, lots of choice and good quality. Room was very comfortable and had everything you would expect.
Quality hotel.. beautiful decor and great staff. The room quality was worth the price and the location was fantastic as we were visiting the o2
For event decorators, it's a nightmare!! So they have these giant lifts that you practically offload your whole Luton van in. But the nightmare is the distance from the lifts to the venue. So take an army of helpers
This hotel is very elegant and moden. I'd like to stay there again.
I am the elite level of IHG Aspire member but no access to club or lounge in this hotel
The ambience and the smiling faces would want you to come back
Good location near to tube and sky ride across the river and of course the O2. Fantastic views of the city and incredible rooms.
Great location close to the o2. Lovely restaurant, beautiful rooms with an amazing view of Canary Wharf. Excellent service from staff. Tasty breakfast in the morning with an excellent choice of food.
Thank you for perfect stay, nice room with view to the Thames river, delicious food and drinks.
Beautiful place, lovely view, very sevice minded staff. I would come back any day
Lovely hotel but the three starts are for the poor service from the Intercontinental central reservation facility. The incorrect information was communicated to me about my booking. My stay was being paid for by a company on my behalf and they were told payment could be made by card over the phone. This was not the case when I arrived at the hotel! Embarrassing to say the least
The room service menu is lovely but I would not recommend the ' krispy fish fingers' for children- not really suited to a little ones palate, as they use whitebait.
I had the largest suite in the hotel, comfortable bed, spacious bedroom and lounge. The curtains had a large stain, which was unsightly and unacceptable for the status of such a hotel.
The buffet breakfast was very nice. It was unusually busy as a boxing event was taking place at the O2.
A very nice hotel with a great spa good food though can be a little noisy from the air traffic
Amazing hotel, exceptional service and perfect location for concerts at the O2.
Fantastic hotel, wonderful staff. I would highly recommend!
Lovely Hotel, right next to the O2. Not the best walk to get to the O2 or the station, but the hotel more than makes up for this.
The hotel was excellent in every way.
The arrival experience was excellent: very friendly greeting; upgraded room; bags taken to room; allowed to check in early...
The room was as expected, very good condition and very clean.
The hotel facilities were also great. We used the swimming pool and spa facilities, various lounges and bars, and the club lounge, which I would highly recommended, even though this is an additional cost.
The hotel is about two minutes walk to the O2 arena, which we used for shopping and for eating out in. There is a direct access route to the O2 from the hotel.
I usually stay at IHG for business, however, this was for a family getaway - I would definitely take the family again.
Spa day was fantastic. Service was impressive and food delicious
My friend booked us the spa followed by afternoon tea at 5.45. The booking was made on their website and had slots available until 7pm. We arrived at the restaurant on time only to be told that the last slot available for afternoon tea was 4pm. When I questioned why their website allowed us to book up until 7, they explained that it was a glitch which they would try and fix. The supervisor was very blaise about the whole thing and didn't care to understand the inconvenience this had caused!
Great view of Canary wharf!! Staff members were great and the food was delicious!!
Staff was very Friendly and helpful quiet comfortable rooms first class accommodation
Brilliant hotel with access directly to the venue. Very handy.
Great hotel. Lovley sky bar on floor 18.
Great rooms. Comfey beds.
Lovley breakfast with a wide choice of hot and cold food on offer
The hotel is situated at Nirth Greenwich with a walking distance from O2 and the tube station. There is an underground car park in the hotel. There are large conference halls with magnificent views of river Thames and Canary Wharf. A very clean, tidy and with very kind and professional staff.
I'll give a six star if there is on this review. Excellent food, room, restaurant and all other helpful and friendly staff. Definitely I will stay again.
Stayed here for the Maiden gig next door at the O2. Really nice hotel, staff super helpful. One thing to note is that the bars appear to close about 1am, so if you're at the o2 and fancy some drinks once back at the hotel after make sure you give yourself enough time to get a few pints of fizzy in. Mini bar in room is pricey, but the room itself is lovely. As was the rather large bathroom. I recommend this place for sure.
Had afternoon tea, which was very tasty. The restaurant has floor to ceiling windows with views across the Thames and the staff were very friendly and helpful. MLS
Went here for an afternoon tea. Very enjoyable, peaceful afternoon.
Arriving from the airport, the subway stop is North Greenwich, walk for about 600m following the signs for Hotel Intercontinental O2.
Modern and impressive building!
Entering the hall you are greeted by extremely professional and courteous staff.
The room offers a unique spectacle of the Thames and the soundproofing is at the highest level.
Room cleaning is performed with great diligence and care.
Samsung wide screen television and the choice of channels is vast.
The Wi-Fi connection is fast and fast.
Breakfast is a buffet with a wide selection of food.
The catering is valuable!
I highly recommend it!
Stunning views. Immaculate inside and out. So close to the 02 it's basically part of it.
The hall was small but very convenient for a small function.
Attended a conference there recently. Staff were very helpful and professional. Great food and a great location.
Fantastic hotel convenient for the O2 arena functions.
Superb hotel, unbeatable location and fantastic staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, will definitely return
This hotel is satisfied with all the facilities, services and location. It seems to support a comfortable trip in London.
The best new hotel in London. Very professional staff, fantastic food and beautiful views.
Beautiful location. Service seamless but pricess are very high. It's a special occasion location but as worth the visit.
Service was excellent. We were staying for 1 night to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. On arrival our room was upgraded and we were given complimentary drinks voucher.
Beautiful building, stunning good and amazing staff. 5*
Lovely stay at The Intercontinental, nicely appointed rooms, the staff were amazing, very welcoming, the restaurant and food delightful. Perfect for a show at the 02 and a weekend break.
Amazing hotel in a fantastic location. View from sky bar was fantastic. Staff lovely, rooms great, breakfast really good too. Covered walkway to the o2 in 5 minutes!
Fanatstic hotel. Superb views of Canary Wharf and a big tent. Great breakfast selection too.
Great location after an event at the O2. great location for business meeting. Fabulous view from the 18th floor bar.
Staff are professional.
Shame that parking you have to pay even when you stay there.
Drinks in the Clipper Bar, great service and fantastic view
