Absolutely wonderful. Very helpful staff. Good ambience and superb food.
Large and new conference hotel. Cool view from the skybar and in the breakfast room.
Great place for a conference. Fantastic view from both the bar and the restaurant. Favourite place for client facing events, for sure.
Had a lovely stay, staff helpful when I had a problem with the keycard. Room lovely, fab bathroom. Great breakfast can't wait for next trip
Nice hotel, good breakfast. Very decent location if you are in the O2 Arena.
Me and my wife truly enjoyed our stay. From check in check out we weren t disappointed. Breakfast was fit for a king! Thank you all for your hard work
As always a great big room with a view of the River Thames. Extremely cozy and very big bed. Bathroom with shower and bath. Big and soft hand and bath towels. Individual lighting in the bathroom for the night, i. Luminaire strips below the washbasin (if you have no orientation at night, there foreign environment, you should use this feature). Staff as always extremely friendly and accommodating. As a service, the ride to the local subway station is offered for free (here is also a collection point of the taxis). Here you will find u.a. the entrance to the O2 Arena as well as a Costa and a Tesco Express. It would not take 10 minutes to get back to the hotel by foot. We did not choose the subway, but the Thames Clipper (Hop on Hop off boat on the Thames). We bought a day ticket for the Clipper. The pier is located about 10 minutes from the subway station. Price: 19.50 GBP per person. You can see from the waterway from the sights and can get out in between and later board again. On board, there are both cold and hot drinks. There are also snacks to choose from. A clean toilet is available in the outdoor area. Here in the outdoor area you will find a limited number of seats. The last drive back to the hotel is, depending on the stop, around 11pm. At night you have the opportunity to get some great shots of the Tower Bridge. Unfortunately, Big Ben was veiled. The Thames Clipper is absolutely recommendable!
Great hotel it looks very nice and well cared for. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was spacious, and had luxury. The bed was extremely comfortable. The Location is close to public transportation, which makes it easy to reach the inner city and is approximately 15 minutes from London City Airport
Lovely place to stay, friendly staff, fabulous rooms and views. Ideal if you are attending a concert at the O2
Nice bars, helpful and friendly staff. The bar on the 18th gives fantastic views over Canary Wharf, but make sure you book a window seat in advance. 1st floor bar is a bit 'airport sterile' and sofas are really uncomfortable but bar is well stocked and staff are very attentive. Prices are London 5-star prices.
Good sized venue, well catered, lovely view, nice facilities
Very nice addition to the o2. Would like to have a wider variety of shops but not all available shop spaces are open to the public yet so there is potential
Great place! Beautiful from lobby to room. Helpful, friendly staff. A bit pricey but fairly luxurious. Very comparable to the W Hotels I've visited in the past. Recommended.
Loved it staff are really helpful and hotel is beautiful
We were not provided with a cot, but I had ordered it. The internet is very weak, breakfast is not what we expected
Beware of leaving your expensive belongings in the room, my brand new YSL shoes got stolen from my room I m guessing by the room service and no one did any thing, the hotel even replyed to my email telling they can t and won t do any thing about it, so sad to know that I won t be trusting intercontinental hotels anymore, think twice before booking with them.
We came only for drinks to the bar on the 18th floor. It is very beautiful ans stylish place, with breathtaking views. Service was also very good, they have a designated smoking area, with few seats, but it is solely for purpose of a quick smoke, not designed to sit there for hours. But also with glass walls and beautiful views.
I usually go to their Sky bar. The service and selection of drinks are great. The views are outstanding from the bar.
If not busy, staff go out of their way to take care of you. It does get crowded and loud if there is a special event at O2 so I would avoid visiting those days as it will ruin your experience.
Excelentr hotel I recommend, a little away but 100 meters from the tube
They charge 10 pounds for 1 page of printed black and white paper for people not staying in the hotel.
Very nice staff. Only bad point never received my invoice for the stay
This is a lovely, very modern hotel. The staff are super nice and very helpful with anything that was needed. The rooms are very clean and really nice, they even had a U.S. outlet which was really handy. The only thing to be aware of is parking. If you're staying as a guest, use their parking garage. It still costs money but half of what it costs to park in O2 parking.
One of the best hotels I have ever been too! Highly reccomended.
we have stayed here lots of times and will stay lots more, we love the whole experience from hotel to o2 venue its a great set up. the hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable! one of the best :) its a little pricey and seems to become more pricey when a venue on at o2! overall love this place destination, people, staff all great, thanks for everything and see you all again soon :)
Hotel location was great for us as right by the 02. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Tea and coffee making facilities were very welcome. Swimming pool was fabulous. Only minor criticism was one bath robe was missing and there were no slippers in the room (which we wanted to use to go to pool)
Very nice. Friendly staff. Easily located near O2. Has car park too.
It was my birthday, and my girlfriend arranged afternoon tea here (we were doing Up the O2 afterwards). The hotel looked very fancy, and the restaurant's decor was amazing. Olga looked after us very well, allowing us to consider eating outside in the sun. Sadly it was full of smokers, so we moved back inside. We ordered the Champagne option, and I enjoyed a nice glass of Rose champagne. The sandwiches were usual (basil bread, carrot bread, etc) but lovely flavours. I had the white tea, and then the Oolong - which were both lovely. Silvia then looked after us and was a lovely host - offering advice and describing what we were given. The scones were perfect! Offered with strawberry jam, clotted cream, and apricot jam. We had just finished our scones, when we were asked if we wanted anymore sandwiches? We were already feeling full, but ordered a couple more. The cakes were really pretty and the mango/peach glass was lovely! Because it was Wimbledon there was some formed chocolate on top in the shape of tennis racquets. Oh, and without organising it, they asked if this was a special occasion and midway brought out a pastry with Happy Birthday and a candle! The staff were lovely and it felt like a special place. I would easily recommend this to anyone else! Next time I want to try the Sky bar...
Car park charge too high but hotel quality & setting of a high standard.
Very well-presented,, spacious, modern, clean and lovely. Customer service is good.
Just okay, the reason I say this is because I drove into the carpark by mistake when In fact I was aiming to get to the loading bay and rather then letting me go knowing that Im working for the hotel intself and was trying to get to the loading bay I was tild by the reception staff that they don't care and that I have to pay a parking ticket even tho I did not want one!
That was completely unnecessary considering I was working for the hotel events team, they were very rude and blunt!
There's absolutely nothing that the IC Park Lane does better than the IC at the O2. And for half the price tag!!!
If you want to stay in an IC in London, this would be my first choice.
The rooms are spacious and new, as is the whole building.
Both the restaurants are good, but the Peninsula is absolutely fantastic.
Skybar on the 18th floor adds a fantastic view and cocktails to the already great experience.
Service from the staff is extremely friendly and professional.
Big shout out to Silvia in the Meridian Lounge and Sonia and Stefanie on reception for being so attentive and nice during our stay.
Again, the price to quality ratio in this hotel is ridicously good. Of course, it is a different story if you stay on an event night... .
Cannot raccomend more!!!
Lovely hotel and staff!
Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Great roof bar with fabulous views. Only drawback is the day rate for parking there even as a guest.
Great view if you have a river side room. Breakfast buffet is also excellent. Has a walkway directly through to the 02 as well.
Great experience. Lovely staff who went out of their way to make my mums birthday special.
Staff very helpful, breakfast great rooms clean and lots space
Loved this hotel! Stayed for the night with my daughter as we were going to a concert at the O2. Food lovely! Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful room with a view!
Absolutely fantastic. Easy and convenient location for the tube, The O2 and the river boat. The facilities are fantastic and the customer service is second to none. Excellent range of restaurants and bars. Excellent food. Everyone is very professional and approachable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. (Also, make sure you take a visit to the Sky bar on the 18th floor!)
Lovely hotel and equally good breakfast. Room service options white good aswell.
Quality hotel with very nice staff. Far from central London but close to pier for river boat
My wife and I went to the hotel for a spa day but have to say I was very impressed with the grandeur of the place. It's clearly very New and as such everything is well maintained and spotless. The service is what you would expect from high end hotel. The spa was spacious and contemporary design with all the features you would expect. We also had a massage and some treatments. The bar on the top floor was a good ending to a very relaxing and pleasant experience.
We stayed here for 2 nights over Christmas and it was a lovely hotel. We would definitely stay again!
Rip off (breakfast over 20 quid), massive walk to train, poor room connectivity (no HDMI port at desk). IHG customers would be better served by the excellent Crowne Plaza Docklands.
Attended an event. Very well appointed and good catering. Odd location though - if arriving by Tube, you walk along a service road and through a car park.
Very convenient for the O2, plush and a great breakfast spread.
Gorgeous hotel. The rooms are lovely the staff were great and I had a great time in the pool/sauna area. Also, let's not forget the lovely view from the restaurant in the sky.
Went here for a spa day. Really 5 star. Intercontinental Hotels are the hotel for ultimate luxury. We had 5 star service. We relaxed in the spa, had and treatment and had coffee and pastries. Had the weekend in London. It was nice to come here and relax.
Location is a bit far away but the hotel is beautiful and very big. Perfect for organising large gatherings
A perfect venue!!! Only comment is....the restaurant that hosted breakfast was so hot!!! Otherwise an amazing place.
excellent hotel and good price, helpful British English speaking accent lady at Concierge
My second business stay here and has become my favourite holiday in London, really friendly and helpful staff (Rob and Ramadan from concierge deserve a special mention ), breakfast was superb really comfortable room, fantastic view across the Thames, and excellent choice of restaurants, what more could one ask for ?
Comfortable beds and rooms. But a bit out of the way.
This hotel is fantastic, never stayed any where better. The rooms are excellent and modern the views are amazing. The staff are super friendly. The spa area is just beyond perfect and the clipper bar and sky bar are places everybody has to experience once in the lifetime.
It was simply amazing from the moment we walked in the door.
All staff were exceptional, and room was a great size.
I would say the shower water could have been a bit warmer but nothing to worry about.
The restaurants in the hotel are all marvellous in their own unique way andd the spa gave you a sense of tranquillity.
All in all instances a great atmosphere and it would be great if your looking for a London getaway... I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis.
Great conferencing facilities. Staff stars as you would expect - super clean and well organised. Bar on 18th fl is super pleasant as well. A bit pricey, but in the end it's intercontinental
Fantastic! I had a short but very nice stay at Intercontinental London - The 02! My room was very nice, absolutely clean and tidy. The breakfast was great with a more than abundant buffet spread and the service was absolutely perfect! The staff are always friendly and very accommodating! My stay was really absolutely perfect, I will be back very, gladly, if it turns out!
We ve stayed here a few times now when visiting an event at the O2. It so handy to be able to walk straight through from the hotel to the event location. Breakfast spread is always great, the service is generally a little slow though. Always good for a bit of celeb spotting too!
Fantastic service. Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority. Link corridor to O2 very handy and the hotel management of the lifts following a mass arrival after a concert was a nice bonus.
Location is ideal for the O2. Room was clean & nice size for family of 4. Staff are friendly & extremely helpful.
Our 3rd visit to this amazing hotel and nothing to disappoint. Yes, it is a little more than some but if you re here for a show at the O2 - as we were - it has its own access to the arena so no need to take hats, bags and coats. This also make passing through security a breeze, too.
The rooms are large with great views of the London skyline and the higher the floor, the better the view. Afternoon tea is an experience and you re made to feel like the most important person there and all the staff are very attentive, polite and smiley.
We had a late lunch in the Meridian Lounge and the Aberdeen Angus burger I had was very tasty.
The Breakfast Menu is very extensive but you may have to wait a few minutes to be seated but that wasn t a problem. I think everyone takes advantage of a little lay in so the later you go, the busier it gets.
All in all, a great weekend and if you re lucky, you may even bump into one of the stars in the lift or lobby!
Fantastic hotel with very polite and attentive staff. Well equipped room with quality toiletries and a view to enjoy from whichever side of the hotel your room is. Great buffet breakfast with a wide variety of both hot and cold choices. Wonderful spa and pool area. Easy parking at a reasonable rate for hotel guests and a guest walkway straight into the O2. Have stayed twice now and will most definitely stay again in the future, highly recommended this hotel.
Good food and service but lacks real spirit and character
Fabulous from start to finish. Excellent room, excellent service. Expensive.. Yes. Worth every penny... Definitely.. Best weekend ever.
