Lovely hotel. Pricey though in the bar, especially with the 12.5%added service on every drink! . Was disgruntled that we could not get in the bar post o2 show as it was full. Paying guests should be catered for. Lovely room though and breakfast.

Incredible hotel with wonderful, personal attention to detail. My most recent stay was for a large conference, which was wonderfully hosted. The hotel do intra-stay feedback and I was hugely surprised to give feed back about having long hair and not enough condition.. to return to my room later that evening to extra bottles. Lovely thoughtful touches. Food and drink are excellent, including room service.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. So classy but unpretentious. Welcoming, professional staff who go the extra mile. Stunning views across the Thames and spotlessly clean throughout. So quiet but lively too. The rooftop bar is a must visit. Order the cheese board - its delicious.

Stayed for one night recently on a business trip. Located right next to the O2 arena- for anyone wanting to attend something in the arena and wanting something close by- this is the perfect place.

I was there for a business trip. The check-in was very good- fast. The room was very spacious - much larger than you would find in London and also very comparable to a room size in say Dubai.

The washroom was very large and well appointed too. Separate tub and shower area.

In terms of restaurants- had breakfast only - which was pretty good and had a coffee at the Meridian on the ground floor. The service was exceptional.

The checkout was a breeze.
And most importantly the hotel has a long track known the Olympian Way right next to it right along the Thames- great place to run.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Tube station. The next station is Canary Wharf - which helps if you want to step out for dinner- nothing much around the hotel

Only one issue I have with the hotel. I left a coat of mine hanging in the cupboard in the room - I called them a few hours later after checkout and they hadn't found anything. I am sure I left it there because I never wore the jacket, I had hung it to iron it later. I am really surprised that it went missing. It was my mistake that I left it, but was really hopeful that I would find it. Repeated calls to the Lost & Found team (housekeeping) didn't yield any results- very keen to know where the jacket went.

Will I go back: yes I would.

Wonderful first stay at the Intercontinental last night.... we were greeted by Mario on reception who was very welcoming and informative as it was our first stay!
All staff we encountered were wonderful and helpful! Our room was amazing clean and had brilliant views of Canary Wharf! The bathroom just WOW! We were attending a concert at the O2 and you couldn t of got any closer!
We had breakfast included in our stay which was great and there was a wide selection which was constantly replenished!
We even ordered room service at 12am (as We hadn t had time for dinner) and the Food was amazing considering the time!!
Would highly recommend this hotel and we can t wait to come back and try out the other facilities!
Thank you for a great stay!

Went here for a charity ball, amazing venue. The show was good but the food was very disappointing. Nuts were served on both starter and main course, God help anyone who had a nut allergy! The nut crust on the pork loin was awful and made it taste bitter. Dessert was very average, would have preferred a fruit option.

Immaculate. Convenient for food and drinks. Easy links into the West End, would recommend the Clipper to Embankment or Westminster for a pleasant trip into town. The Sky Bar is a very relaxing place; excellent service.

Very nice hotel with good service and luxury room. Special thanks to the efficient and friendly team at the breakfast buffet for superb service and great attitude to cheer up the mornings. Very nice views of the river and surrounding areas including the O2. If you use the tube, this is far better value than the intercontinental on parkway with better less pretentious service personnel. The proximity to the O2 is a big plus
