Great addition to the area. Upgraded to a lovely suite, as I'm an Ambassador member of their loyalty program. Hotel hasn't fully opened yet but most facilities are available. The skybar on the 18th floor has great views of the city and Greenwich. Cool place to relax, have a drink and stare out of the windows.
Staff are very friendly and keen.
Slept very well, comfortable bed.
If visiting the o2 you can't get a better location. One stop to Canary Wharf.

The location is great if you're attending a gig at the O2. As always in an Intercontinental hotel the staff were very helpful, and the room was well equipped. Views over the river and London were great as well. We also had a quick drink in the bar at the top of the hotel. Well worth it for the views of London at night and the great cocktails.

Came here just for the buffet breakfast. So much choice and everything was fresh. There was even congee (rice porridge) and vegetarian options that actually tasted great. The staff steal the show in this hotel though, they all seem to be so friendly and go out of their way for you. We've been a few times and are always remembered. One staff even gave my toddler a small bear as a kind gesture.

Was 'okay' for an evening but it drastically needs renovating, there is gaffa tape holding the sofas together, the rooms look like they haven't been updated since the 60s and the elevators have exposed wiring. Also, unless you are happy with only having bacon, beans and apple juice for breakfast I would go else where for food as everything else on offer was not enjoyable. Personally, I would not stay here again.

From the upper floors you can enjoy a wonderful view of London's skylines. The juxtaposition of older houses and modern skyscrapers is characteristic. The hotel is equipped with very large conference rooms and is easily accessible from the metro (Greenwich stop)

As an Intercontinental 6-Continents member for the past two decades I've come to consider any IC hotel as my home away from home. The services and facilities far exceed any other international hotel chain, but better than that are the professional committed staff. I never have to ask for anything when I stay at an IC; they've already anticipated my requests!

Recommend this venue for any professional conference. There is a choice of function rooms based on your needs all of a high quality. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel is set in a beautiful part of the riverside.

Five star..and all staff are charming. Comfort is absurd..breakfast was sumptuous and the view was awesome. But YE GODS..get a ruddy golf cart while the building works mean that you are a half mile from the entrance.

Instantly felt we were important customers. Corner suite was very comfortable and night light feature for room lobby and bathroom most helpful.
Dinner in Peninsula Restaurant was excellent, with interesting and flavoursome dishes.
Very convenient for O2 events, as there is 'shortcut' from hotel into the dome.

I went there for the Google big data conference. The place looks fantastic very clean and spacious. The catering was all very nice and tasty. The pie at lunchtime was amazing. Soft beef and tasty pastry. The facilities for holding conferences are very large amd there are many flexible spaces to choose from. All in, a fanastic location to host any event.

Very nice 5 star hotel. Several restaurants and bars. Within 6 minutes of North Greenwich underground station. There is an extensive gym and large pool. The spa centre also has steam room and sauna. These Are all complimentary for a hotel guest. Spa treatments are at an extra charge.

Nice

Transport and communication was absolutely rubbish for a London Hotel. I was unable to locate the hotel after getting out of North Greenwich Tube Station. Usually many people went other way to O2 arena and from their they had to walk a long way with weight in hands to the Hotel, as proper direction was unavailable in that area. There was public buses at the station but none of them were going nearby Hotel. So the only option was a Taxi or a Private Car. For those who would come from international ports to straight to hotel, they'll find it's confusing & difficult to reach by public transport using Tube and Bus though they'll see it's available nearby.

Security was very weak, anybody could enter without metal direction check. There was no escalator inside, only old fashioned lift.

I visited many hotels but alway saw gardens or attractive exteriors like water fall, lightings etc. But this hotel has none but green grass land.

If I was to arrange a meeting with my foreign trade partners, I wouldn't choose this hotel. It fails to represent London and Britain. Utterly disgraceful.

Disappointing really. It's advertised as overlooking the Thames but you can barely see the river from most parts of the restuarant (it's on the ground level). The cakes look great but were not that fantastic to eat. My wife and I love afternoon tea and have had many but we wouldn't go back to this place again.

One my favourite hotels that I stay in yearly. The service and staff are out of this world. I am always here for work and this is the only hotel that my partner runs to come and stay at. The views are amazing and the beds are like nothing I ve slept in. It very central to London city and is a stone away from the o2 arena with many good and entertainment options.

First stay at this hotel, found it very difficult to find even though we had Sat Nav, could do with more signposts. Phone hotel for help but the operator cut me off. Eventually found our way, and had a lovely stay. Corridor out to the O2 Arena very good. Wonderful selection for breakfast.
