New hotel full of contemporary charm and hospitality located at the bend in the river Thames by the O2 / Millennium Dome.

Great service as usual at intercontinental hotel. Had nice view of Canary Wharf and direct access to O2. Club lounge was heated to 25 c so it was uncomfortable to be there and believe that is the only thing that needs to be improved on together with son drawers for clothes in our room. Room was large and could easily fit two kids and two adults even with lots of lugage but again some drawers would have been nice. The view is perfect from the different bars and the walk to the tube takes 5 minutes for most adults. Really enjoyed it with the family and the food was good too.

Top hotel next to the O2 and good connections with the city. Luxurious business hotel with all facilities and a view of the thames from the bar. Top is the bar on the top floor. Enjoy.

Visited for a conference I must applaud the reception and cleanliness of the hotel. Great.

Modern building, well designed rooms with bedside USB ports even international power plugs around the study table. Light switches had a night mode and loved the smart Tv features. My room had a great view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a fantastic stay.

Located next to the O2 the hotel offers a nice view of the skyline of London. Staff is very friendly and capable. Rooms are spacious and modern with excellent facilities. The O2 at walking distance provides an alternative location to have dinner in one of many restaurants. Breakfast is great offering choices in bread and fresh fruit while providing a stunning view over the Thames river. Take a boot ride to the centre of Londen from the nearby pier.

Nice hotel luxury one, if you are guest all right, if you got a interview (they call you for it) lies and frustration in the atmosphere, no feedback.

Nice if you're going to something in the O2, otherwise stay somewhere more central

one of the nicest hotels so far, definitely on a par with the Rotana Towers Abu Dhabi. Staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. The views are superb!

The hotel is really nice. Awesome view of the O2 on the 18th floor. A little bit pricey at the bar, but still an awesome place to visit.

This is one of my favourite hotels to visit the customer service is fantastic the facilities are fantastic the location, the rooms, spa! The list just goes on and on. I would recommend this as a must stay if you are in the area!

Truly 5*! Stayed at the hotel for business not pleasure but it turned out to be more pleasure which made the work side even more enjoyable.

The service was on point from the staff at the luggage point right the way through to the wait staff were professional, polite and best of all personable!

Everything was spotless and the food was delicious. I can't comment on the spa or gym facilities because I didn't use them but I can guess they too would be worth visiting.

Highlight: definitely the Sky Bar - wonderful night views of London... lovely place to enjoy a drink.

Without reservation, I would definitely recommend!

Typical business hotel, but new and rooms are equipped with a host of useful gadgets such as a range of charging points for smartphones and tablets. Richly provided English breakfast. Hotel has nice view of the Thames, but is remote.

Absolute luxury and the most incredible staff I've experienced

Nice amenities, spacious room. Has a path directly into the O2 for those attending events there (comes in behind the restaurants after skirting around the construction). Friendly staff.

Location is convenient to the O2, the underground station.

The hotel fairly new (or at least recently renovated), with great rooms overlooking the Thames river. great access to North Greenwich tube station and the O2 arena. Breakfast was freshly made and diverse.

Couldn't be in a more convenient location if you're going to the O2. There's a path directly from the hotel to the venue which is all undercover to avoid rain. The rooms are spacious and have the comfiest duvet and beds I've ever slept in (seriously, they're awesome). The staff were all very attentive and we're always on hand to help. I'd definitely recommend!!

Could not be more convenient for the o2 - even has its own corridor straight in!
Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever seen - there was even fresh honeycomb!

Had a wonderful Christmas meal here in 2018.

Lovely setting with amazing views of Greenwich Peninsula as well as some views of the city itself.

Food was tasty and served promptly. The staff were even kind enough to heat up a meal I d brought in for my little one. Yes she s a fussy eater and we were not to have a melt down over Christmas dinner!

I've tried other hotels and none comes close to, the relaxed, stressed free, pleasant and enjoyable time you'll get. In a hectic City which London this hotel will make you feel like you're not there. But a reminder across the river of the City Banks let you know you are still there. By boat, train or car you have great access to the Hotel. If you would like to try other dinning then the O2 is only a short walk away with great restaurants to choose from. I will definitely be returning again with my wife

Best view of the skyscrapers, cheaper drinks to find

Food is well cooked and served. I enjoyed almost all their cuisines apart from African. Rooms are well cleaned, furnished and up to standard.

The hotel is strategically located, you get to enjoy a nice view of the River Thames. Also, you can well connect to other parts of the town from the hotel.

The customer care while at the hotel is pleasing, room service is uniquely awesome as well.

There are ample conference rooms for important or international events.

5 star, the hotel is new and shiny and the staff are wonderful, everything about this hotel was spot on.

Intercontinental London - The O2 is located in North Greenwich, a region a little further from the tourist area of London. The hotel is exceptional with incredible views of the Thames and Canary Wharf with its modern skyscrapers. Next to the hotel is the mega event center The O2 with show presentations. The hotel has 4 restaurants, the Eighteen Sky Bar being the most charming and with spectacular views. The service is impeccable in the Intercontinental / IHG standard. The room is large and super comfortable and modern with panoramic views of the River Thames. There are several must-see sights close to the Hotel such as Greenwich Park, The Naval School and the Maritime Museum. There is the Emirates cable car which is an excellent ride. By boat to Westminster station it takes about 35 minutes and the tube a little less. I recommend.

Iconic place by the Thames and O2. Awesome ambiance and a wonderful wedding. Had an absolutely great time.

Excellent location and facilities, however the experience was tarnished by travelling from the tube station to/from the hotel back as there is still building work in the area - so crossing roads and walking through bus/taxi turning area.

Nice place, stuff Margarite are very kind! Hope stay here for more days!

Probably one of the best views in London.

It s a perfect place to chill out and have a conversation as it is very beautiful and peaceful, but if you want to have fun, you should go more central like Madisons or Radio Roof.

We stayed there as we where at a concert at the O2 this is a first class hotel we had a standard room, and it was great it has everything you need and more, the bed was a bit firm for me but is one of the best I've slept in pillows are soft. Bathroom is perfect big shower and bath loads towls and dressing gowns. We went to bar on 18 floor its amazing fantastic views and has a little smoking room open toped. Staff are fantastic.loved it will be going.

I ve stayed 2 nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay with nice spacious room. Concierge and check in staffs were very helpful.

Stunning hotel, couldn't do enough for us, upgraded our room, pool area was nice, breakfast was amazing, perfect especially if your seeing a show at the O2 like we were

By far the best hotel I ve been to. Worth every penny.
Visited as a suprise birthday night and was not disappointed.
I contacted the hotel before hand explaining that I wanted to add items to the room for the special occasion and they were more than happy to ablige. Great choice of amenities and I was able to make it her best birthday she s had because of it.
Not only that they secretly had upgraded are room free of charge.
I don t know how I m ganna top this next year :). Will definitely be returning. Room was amazing and the service 10/10. Already recommended it to a friend and he s looking to do the same for his girl.

Lovely hotel and good location for the O2 or canary wharf. Lovely suite with great view over the O2 and the river, but is a little out of the way if you want central London.

Staff are very professional and helpful and cannot fault the service provided by the team.

No obvious area for ambassador/elite members to login, presumably the desk at the end of the check-in area but it was never staffed. Very much in contrast to the provisions made in other intercontinental hotels for members.

As an ambassador member have a choice of fruit, sweet or savoury complimentary welcome snack and despite selecting savoury the option was ignored. Not unusual though as only 1 out if the 5 intercontinental hotels visited so far this year have actually got this right.

Sunday's breakfast was a disaster though, waiting 5 minutes for a table, buffet area was a mess you expect some spills with a buffet when people serve themselves but needs to be cleaned and wiped up more regularly, sausage and bacon all looked anemic and as rushing food out from the kitchen, I didn't bother eating anything was so disgusted by it but just had coffee while friend ate though I did have to chase down staff to get coffee. Breakfast was no better than you expect at a holiday Inn express. Management need to look at the breakfast provision on a weekend and improve if that was typical. Monday's breakfast was a total contrast, the food was cooked properly and was enjoyable.

A very smart hotel indeed that we will be using very soon.

I was very impressed with this hotel when I attended a recent conference.

Placed right next to the O2, it's perfect for taking in a show and as a base for visiting London. Well appointed rooms and excellent service from a 5 star hotel.

Attended a corporate event but the staff are very friendly and professional, it's easy to travel to and has parking.

The Hotel is quite good, high standard. The Service is ok, from my prospective. I was at a conference in the intercontinental, sadly i had now room there. Between two big presentations I had two hours time and I asked at the reception for a room for a small nap. Well, it was not possible whithout paying the full price for a day. I thought some Arrangement would be possible, but it was not, what a pitty. Bar looks nice, the Restaurant as well.
