Very good, outrageously expensive hotel. But here is also topping everything. From breakfast, to the free limousine service to the subway, the great rooms with great views, to the spa. The price performance ratio is good.

Despite being heavily under pressure with numbers swelled by a concert in the O2, the staff were generally excellent. Polite and attentive - room and food were excellent, too. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room with the club lounge added on to make it a very relaxing stay. Spa facilities were okay but nothing to write home about. Location is a little out of the way which means it's peaceful but not great for tourist activities in the city centre.

Exquisitely and tastefully decorated, this is truly a 5 star experience. Customer service is at the centre of what they do here and you get that from the very moment you walk through the door. The Spa treatments I had were amazing and super relaxing. Afternoon tea was surprisingly filling and very tasty. I really enjoyed my day here.

Nice hotel! Large rooms with luxury bathrooms. The sky lounge is a great way to spend your evening.

Attended a professional event, catering was very good and food was to a high standard. Staff I interacted with were all helpful and professional.

Amazing time spent here. Very kind and helpful staff, and lovely room with view of the O2 and the Thames. Best part was using the spa facilities with pool and sauna. Also great clipper bar and sky room.

Hotel only seen the reception a the conference area is great and the service and food are great.

If you come by plane you should take the London City Airport and not fly over Heathrow. Otherwise you sit in a taxi for 2 hours ...

Loved my time here, will say that the first receptionist was lovely, but the lady that had replaced her wasn't very nice. Very dull and had a slight attitude

I've visited the O2 for Rita Ora performance and I had the opportunity to go through the Intercontinental. The receptionist was very helpful and helped us reaching out the O2. The O2 was well organized and the concert went very well.

Very good view. Went for afternoon tea which was very nice. Polite and helpful staff. Helped settled our toddler down, have recommendations on tea selection.

Great hotel to stay! One of my favorite IHG hotels. Love the hotel s overall service and feel with the excellent vibe and comfort of the place. The hotel rooms id you can get an upgrade will give you a better luxury. If you are also ok with this location of London, great place to stay and highly recommended anytime you are in London. The location is also accessible via the underground train in the Greenwich area, which is a little off the skirts of downtown London, but which I love it better since it gives more peaceful, comfort, and ease feel to the place. Plus, the O2 is a great place to visit.

Excellent hotel with Stunning views from the bar on the 18th floor. Too bad not being able to visit the beautiful pool and spa. Excellent buffet breakfast typical English but also Continental

Had afternoon tea at the Meridian restaurant. Really lovely helpful staff and the matcha cake was amazing! Couldn't even eat it all.

Check in issues due to room not being ready. But a lovely hotel. Great breakfast

Astonishing hotel with amazing views. The staff are all polite and helpful, and the place is kept very clean and well maintained. I recommend the Sky Bar on the 18th floor - especially at night.

Went for a company christmas party. Not that many places in London where you can organise big events. Good enough place and looks pretty classy, with good transportation links.

This is a very nice, practical and well placed InterContinental hotel right at the O2 Arena and absolutely ideal for concerts as it has its own fast entrance to the arena. The service is superb, from checkin by the lovely JI, to the great service in the club lounge by Jamie and the Ambassador desk. Further to this the concierge services are all brilliant. the location right at the end of Greenwich with amazing views with the Thames river all around and the city of London opposite, which especially at night offers great views.



Please make sure you book a room/suite with either Arena or river view depending if you want activity and bright lights or a vaste over city vista. You will love it. If you join the IHG rewards program you are guaranteed the best possible rate online and they of course have the Ambassador program which has its benefits also. The rooms have great soft plush beds, lovely linens and bathroom amenities which are all top rate. Block out curtains and great airco ensure a good nights rest and sleep in. There s service buttons and do not Disturb lights, which is all very modern.

Spend some time in the bar on the 18 floor and maybe you will meet one of the VIP or stars that normally stay in this hotel, even maybe the one you come to see in the shows at the O2 Arena? Overall great staff make this a great hotel, and I would recommend highly.
