I'm not against tolling, just the manner in which this authority makes paying tolls more difficult. Some plazas do not allow cash, which means you have to pay online if you don't have an I-pass. This means you have to memorize the which plaza you were tolled at. If you don't, you are told to pay the maximum amount for your vehicle class. OR you can wait 7 days and look it up by license plate, which is what you SHOULD be able to do from the beginning. But, it isn't set up that way because this tolling authority is too lazy/inept/whatever the case may be to set it up.
DO NOT TAKE THESE TOLLWAYS THIS COMPANY IS CORRUPT AND MONEY HUNGRY!
If it were up to me they would get no stars! absolutely horrible communication. They were very negligent when it came to my payments. First off I asked them to change my address more than three time in the past 3 months making sure every time they repeated the address back to me so that I can get my notices and I never received one, I spoke with a manager today and they confirmed that it was a failed attempt yet I was told all 3 times everything went through just fine, so now my violation has been sent to collections and it is up to $214 instead of just $64 that is an almost 200% spike from what I owed less than a month ago and all I get are excuses instead of solutions. So now because of their negligence I have to pay over $200 and it is complete B.S.! Do yourself a favor if you don't have to don't use the tollway here!
