I like the system. Find your item on the website. I also found it excellent to check whether you really own the property. The reason it did not give 5 stars was that it was not reported how long the process takes with a courier. Had I known that courier took a week, pick it up myself 2-3 days, I would have picked it up myself. Still, I am very happy that I have my bag completely back. There is also no way to thank the person who found the bag.

Glad this exists, too bad they can't check if my other passes have been found. If they were found they would have been sent but they cannot see this again, which is a shame!

With the search iLost B. V, the Servis team was able to find my missing bag after 24 hours. I can only say I am so happy that everything went well in the end and my purchase was too.

* Only a minus point; there become a time sind indication given when it will be delivered, only there was not that you have to NOT be home. Because I had to adjust my daily schedule for this while it was just thrown in the bus.

Something went wrong with the pickup appointment so I had to make a second appointment, but I have my things back and that is the most important thing.

package and laptop inside arrived damaged since YOU KNEW there is a laptopn inside and didnt mark it as FRAGILE! literally my laptop side damaged and TNT didnt take responsibility due to your lack of attention. i paid 109 euros!! thanks anyways.

While great website and set up, I was informed a phone was mine, it was however either given to the wrong person or it was a mistake, it took 5 days to get a response from the office it was supposedly in and that was only by using a different contact form.

Due to bad luck, my daughter had to transfer to another bus on 24-11 and had forgotten a bag with her house key in the bus. Always looked at Ilost and after a week on 30-11 it was still in one on the site. Indicated that it was our bag and what was in it. Got a Match message and next day we could pick it up .. top.
I only hope that next time the driver in question will put it on immediately after his shift and not after 6 days ...

I lost my passport on 1st January 2019 and it was uploaded officialy on iLost the 16th of December 2019 but I noticed it in February 2020. Very happy went to claim it and until here everything was just fine. People working there told me they had it since very long time (Jan 2019). So my question now is: Why it took you almost a year to simply upload it in the website? I've been checking iLost many times during 2019 but nothing. I was almost about to make new one (Italian fees = 150). Beside this I'm very happy and thankful I found it. However something needs to be improved in the way you manage these things. Thank you again anyway!

The keyword search tool is useful, the photo good support, the trip to the counter took me an afternoon, thought that better than paying 15 euros for a package service.
I do wonder what happens if something belongs to you and you cannot provide the corresponding proof of a photo or a receipt.

My item was found, but it would have cost 50 euro to get it back. Ended up abandoning it because that is craaaaaay.

I lost my watch but found it on iLost the same day. I responded after working hours, so the response came the next day, but I could still come by that day to pick it up.

Very nice that I have my backpack back with all kinds of valuables in it. I got it back a few days later. Fast response from Ilost and settlement. It is a pity that the service bureau of the bus company could not call the relevant driver. I missed my backpack when getting out. The bus had already left by then. Then I probably would have had my backpack back sooner without living in uncertainty for a few days. Still, it's nice that it all turned out well.

I lost my phone on the bus, but it was on it the same day! Was just a search and had found him with a lot of luck. He was found in Gouda while I was lost in Leiden. Good system and could pick him up (after showing that he was mine) the next morning.

UPDATE
At 14-1 I was called by iLost. It is indeed not clear where my public transport is, an investigation has been initiated. So I can not use my travel product yet, because a new public transport application is a waste of money that my public transport will end up.
In any case, my opinion about iLost has been adjusted as positive; I was very friendly to speak.

My ov is still lost, but now in the bureaucracy of ilost or DHL. My mail about the non-working track and trace code has not yet been responded to. Telephone contact wanted. Here I was very friendly to speak. However, the employee needed the reference number below which the article found had been on the website. This number was nowhere in the communication I received from iLost, very awkward! I'm still waiting for the promised response from the support department .... next time I just immediately request a new chip card, that's faster.

I was very pleased with the discovery of my (expensive-) reading glasses in the zoo last week. via the Artis website to found objects I hadn't thought of that at first! After the loss of a suitcase due to some crowds, which mainly contained important company information and a laptop. I immediately called customer service fifteen minutes after discovering. There I was told to look at ilost .. Less than 10 minutes later the suitcase was found. Firstly 5 stars for such a website and handling, secondly I want to thank the finder of a gray suitcase a while ago. Unfortunately, unable to speak.

All in all very satisfied, good site and control and excellent handling. You can choose to pick up, send, etc. Hence the 5 stars for ilost!

Was skeptical when it was recommended, but within 1 day my wallet was on it. They were discreet with it and had to identify me for the object. Within that day (a Wednesday) I was designated as the owner and on that Saturday morning my wallet was already in my mailbox !! Very nice!

It was a horrible experience due to the fact that someone else claim my bicycle to be theirs but the only person that knows how was it lost is me because it was me the one that left it on the train, so I do not understand how in the world your people cannot decide who to give the bicycle to, also I sent a picture with me and the bicycle together and now I have to go to the police and start a whole process for my really old bicycle that the only new thing it has is the kids seat that I also bought a month ago because of people that have nothing to do but bother other people trying to get advantage out of others.

Cost of returning the item more expensive than a new item. Not in proportion to what costs are for sending. Understand the earnings model of ilost. It is a pity that the Kurhaus has outsourced it to an expensive party and does not provide this service itself.

My backpack was found within 1 day and I could pick it up within 1 day. Great service and customer friendliness is very good. 10/10

Very handy website, easy to find and claim items. The only thing was that I could only choose to pick up my item on weekdays, while after contacting the location I could just drop by at the weekend to pick up my item.

It was amazing experience. My daughter forgot her bag in bus but it was overall a quite smooth process from searching to hand it over. Good work

At Falcon Tiel let my shirt down on the hotel room, after sending a photo of my t-shirt I was referred to iLost B.V.
They settled in a few hours that I could pick up the shirt or leave home delivery. Someone who works in the area has picked up at the counter at Falcon Tiel.

The service works very well, but I don't understand why you cannot opt to pick up your lost items yourself for free.

Great service. I lost my backpack with a wallet and a laptop inside. Thought the situation was hopeless. But on the next working day I saw a picture of my backpack on the iLost website. Only one day after I wrote a message claiming ownership of the backpack in the picture, I received a response. Ultimately everything I lost was inside the backpack, untouched. I'm sure that this does not happen to every person who losses their belongings in Amsterdam, but the fact that some people get back EVERYTHING they lost in such a short period of time, is a testament to iLost, as well as companies that are cooperating with the website.
