Im happy I got my stuff back, but it would seem to me that when you are hiring an external company to take care of this stuff it would go more streamlined. Like you found it and I can pick it up because you know where it is and I am there. Instead I have to wait 3 days change all my plans because the bureaucratic process is very slow. I think if Arriva in this case had their own local lost and found it would be much easier for the end user.

Until claiming the glasses that I thought were mine, I was well satisfied with I-lost.
But after I had to give more detailed specifications about the glasses what I did after my idea. Color, details and even the brand name in 1 of the legs had passed on. It turned out to be a match. Only when I received the glasses after sending 15, it turned out that they were not my glasses and the details that I had passed on did not correspond at all with the glasses.
Very unfortunate about the 15 and for the ones where the glasses are. You also send a request. No direct answer yet, but it was also very busy. Rspct. So wait for an answer.

The system itself works fine. Only it takes a long time for something that has been found to appear on the site. In our case exactly 14 days! Now I also understand that there are wallets etc on the site: after two weeks you have already blocked or replaced your passes.
It's nice that you can also pick up the stuff, but why in such a remote place? At a station or large bus stop would be much more convenient!
