I was able to getback my lunchbox, left in one of the public transport quite easily with iLost

More or less by chance I ended up on the website of the municipality when I lost my car key. I was then referred to iLost. And tadaa he found found. The municipality responded within the set term. When I picked up I did not have to identify or sign anything. Point for improvement?

A week after I found my phone on Ilost, still no phone at home. No track and trace code received. Have to call 3 times where my phone stays and each time I am promised that they will find out ....... not!
While the site claims they are on top of it.

Super arranged. Took about a week for my bag to be on site (so corona time understandable) but when I saw it I had it a day later.

Worthless company. Match that my bag was found. Well paid. Never received a track trace code and my bag was never returned. Emails and phone calls are not responded to. Bag and money gone! Pure theft this story !!!!

I paid 29 euros for a shipment from Belgium to France and I received my package with items found only 9 working days later! Frankly this service is not very effective compared to the price it costs and I think it should be used only for objects that really value ... pity the idea is interesting.

Well arranged that you can find your lost belongings. Great, that you have to describe what is yours and that they check this.
Too bad they are only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I have to go through life without keys on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday and Tuesday morning

Well I live in Amsterdam but my luggage was in Eindhoven so I choosed delivery it at my home address.

Im happy I got my stuff back, but it would seem to me that when you are hiring an external company to take care of this stuff it would go more streamlined. Like you found it and I can pick it up because you know where it is and I am there. Instead I have to wait 3 days change all my plans because the bureaucratic process is very slow. I think if Arriva in this case had their own local lost and found it would be much easier for the end user.

I lost my phone in a GVB bus on Thursday night, and in the afternoon pof friday, i saw it on this website. They replied withing 5 minutes after i got into contact with them about it. The process was shot and simple and everything went very smoothly. I went to pick it up the next working day.

Lost ID at the airport and found again and got it back via Ilost.

I was able to pick up my card easily two days later. Everything went easily and quickly through the website. The "service" was also very friendly.

I left a bag in the tram, full of valuable thing. After only two days I was able to find it on the website. Ilost sent it to me the following day and two days later I had received it. Still can t believe how efficient this service is!

I had already been called that my item had been found but it took a very long time before it arrived at Ilost. Therefore I called twice with Ilost and was told twice that I would be called back ... Nothing more. After almost 3 weeks the item was finally online and everything was quickly arranged ... Shipping by courier very expensive so traveled back and forth myself ...

Accidentally left my handbag on the Randstad Rail. On the site of the RET / iLost it was clear how the procedure worked. Looked at the site and there was my bag! Could make it clear that it was indeed my bag and made an appointment digitally to pick it up. Even my money was still in it! Tribute!
Had never heard of the existence of iLost (want to advertise more?).
One tip: I would have liked to know if the bag was found by the RET staff when cleaning, or if someone had handed it to the RET staff.

I find this system quite impersonal compared to direct contact with the hotel in question. In addition, 15 in return costs while you just spent an insane amount of money in the said hotel.

Clear how it works, easy to find ;-P, clear photos, quick response, works exactly as you hope if you have lost something you would like to return :-)

Very good services and honesty. If they receive your lost stuff (before it's tampered with), then received as it was. Unfortunately in mine, someone already picked out my residence permit. But I like how they handled everything. Quick responses. Keep it up!

I have not yet received a wallet. The DHL says the recipient has moved or is unknown, although someone stayed home all day to collect my wallet.

The platform is easy to use. Eindhoven airport replied very fast and the verification process was quick and easy! Much easier than calling lost&found!

The system woke up quickly and there was good communication. Too bad that I had to get to my lost object via a detour to Amsterdam (depot). All in all, very satisfied and grateful.

RET, do something about it.

Until claiming the glasses that I thought were mine, I was well satisfied with I-lost.
But after I had to give more detailed specifications about the glasses what I did after my idea. Color, details and even the brand name in 1 of the legs had passed on. It turned out to be a match. Only when I received the glasses after sending 15, it turned out that they were not my glasses and the details that I had passed on did not correspond at all with the glasses.
Very unfortunate about the 15 and for the ones where the glasses are. You also send a request. No direct answer yet, but it was also very busy. Rspct. So wait for an answer.

The system itself works fine. Only it takes a long time for something that has been found to appear on the site. In our case exactly 14 days! Now I also understand that there are wallets etc on the site: after two weeks you have already blocked or replaced your passes.
It's nice that you can also pick up the stuff, but why in such a remote place? At a station or large bus stop would be much more convenient!
