I lost my passport on 1st January 2019 and it was ...

I lost my passport on 1st January 2019 and it was uploaded officialy on iLost the 16th of December 2019 but I noticed it in February 2020. Very happy went to claim it and until here everything was just fine. People working there told me they had it since very long time (Jan 2019). So my question now is: Why it took you almost a year to simply upload it in the website? I've been checking iLost many times during 2019 but nothing. I was almost about to make new one (Italian fees = 150). Beside this I'm very happy and thankful I found it. However something needs to be improved in the way you manage these things. Thank you again anyway!
