We bought the house with windows fitted by this company. Few times already reported some small and recently bigger problem(condensation between glazing) in all previous occasions extremely long waiting time for their visit( around 8 weeks) all the time I have to chance them. Would not recommend this company. I am going to replace all windows fitted by them definitely trough someone else.
Do not buy from this company .Total rip off. I had windows fitted 4.5 years ago which are now failing due to bad fitting. Had 1 piece of glass replaced and the fitter told me the piece that had failed was illegal as it was not double toughened as it should be .This is the same in all the panes and now I am having problems with the company getting them replaced to legal requirements.
