Super nice hotel, good service. Beautifully decorated and innovative and the approach and treatment of guests.

Good price/quality ratio, though a little far from the centre of Amsterdam

Spacious rooms with good beds and a nice shower. Location is perfect if you have to fly from Schiphol, only 4 minutes by train from Schiphol.

Had a great express check in from the lovely Nicholay as we arrived at 1am. The breakfast is great - buffet and lots of options. Beautiful hotel. Quick bus ride to airport for 5 euro.

The hotel itself is fine, the restaurant hovewer is getting worse recently. The time of waiting for the service is incredibly long. For a place to
stay it is a convenient location, but better eat dinner somewhere else. Today I have been waiting over 20 minutes for service and finally decoded yo eat somewhere else.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the rooms. The breakfast was great, there was hot and cold (brunch went too). Since we had other experiences with Dutch breakfasts made. The location was great right next to the train station and airport, but still quiet and pleasant. Recommend it easily.

Very good consistency among the staff. They all seemed to be very good communicators, charismatic, helpful and dedicated. Food was very good, location is great, and the hotel is pretty nice. The only thing I could see improving would be on the housekeeping side. One of my favorite hotel experiences overall. The staff was great, Patty was our favorite.

The room was lovely and the staff were great, especially the intern who checked us in. He was attentive, professional and helpful, really made us get the best from our trip.

The reason for choosing this hotel was the price in comparison to other hotels in or near Amsterdam. We stayed two nights there and were absolutly satisfied about the quality of the bathroom and the breakfast. It is a little bit tricky to reach the hotel by car, if you are not used to the multi-lane concept on dutch roads. I got a little bit confused while driveing there, because of a right turn. Be aware to choose the correct lane. Check Google Maps before driving.
What I dislike about the hotel is the missing parking-lot. There is a parking-house directly attached to the hotel, but the hotel is not the owner of that parking-house. Hence each night costs 14,85 with a 15% discount, which is granted at the hotel lobby. We decided to go by car from the hotel to Amsterdam, because it was cheaper for us. There is a really cheap parking-lot under the public library of Amsterdam, called Parking Centrum Oosterdok. It costs only 13 a day, which is much cheaper compared to other parking-options.
If I whould travel to Amsterdam again, I whould go for Novotel hotel again.

For us who rented the car it was ideal. Wonderful hotel, clean and elegant. Close to the airport and away from the bustle of the city. The only flaw is that the hotel parking is for a fee and not included in the room package.

Couldn't find fault with this hotel at all. Bar prices quite expensive but that was no major problem.

Modern, stylish hotel with top service. The interior design and furnishings of the hotel are extremely attractive, creative and modern. The restaurant area, for example, is open at the top, very light-flooded and generously designed; Along the side at the top, the transition to the inviting conference area leads in maisonette style. There is also a large tree in the restaurant and many natural materials are used, as well as a varied, creative room layout and seating arrangement. The breakfast is excellent: there is an orange squeezer for fresh orange juice; high-quality products such as Actimel, yoghurt in a glass, fresh mini pancakes and warm vegetables - attractively arranged in pots. Also a good selection of confectionery and cereal components. Unfortunately no salmon and omelette station and no teapots - but those would be the only improvements. The rooms are very modern, stylish and well-kept. There is a kettle and tea and coffee, as well as a fridge. have an average, rather small size. The storage space in the closet is sufficient; the hanging area for clothes is too narrow; an additional niche for jackets and suits etc. would be good. Unfortunately, there were no washcloths or toiletries - that would be a good improvement! Hence one point deduction.

Very pleasant stay. Friendly staff. What I did not like was the high parking fees that I happened to find out about tripadvisor reviews. On the hotel side and also with the booking confirmation these high additional fees are concealed, which annoyed me a little bit.

Due to an event in the area, we opted for an overnight stay at Novotel based on reviews and price. The hotel fully met the expectations that we had. The room was modern and tastefully decorated. A spacious bathroom with a wonderful rain shower. We had a corner room on the 11th floor with an extra window so we had a nice view of the area in the direction of Schiphol. The rooms are well insulated so that no ambient noise is heard. Also the breakfast was excellent, wide range of different really fresh products of good quality. The staff was very friendly, interested and helpful. We will certainly spend the night here again should the situation arise.

Everything is good, but very noisy, room cleaning is so-so: they will forget the towel wet on the sofa, but they will leave the garbage. The room has tea and sugar, and the disposable chopsticks mix 2 and new ones do not put :)

Very clean and modern hotel, great restaurant. Proximity to airport via train is great.

They do not provide basic things like Toothbrush or toothpaste. Also if u need to warm your outside food like a pizza you can't because hotel says they don't use microwave or anything. In certain countries food is always served hot so they will not be able to enjoy a meal which has arrived late and now you cannot depend on hotel to help in microwave it. 2 star at best.

Clerk made it seem like breakfast was included but was 21 euro a person. Clerk was acting like the included minibar was fully stocked but had one Heineken and none of the free mineral water on the listing .

It was close to the airport and was clean and breakfast was excellent.
However, the fitness facility of the gym was poor and the lack of a swimming pool was a personally unsatisfactory point.

Rooms are nice. However, this is not really an "airport hotel". It is a few miles from the airport, but unlike most other airport hotels, there is no shuttle provided!

Our party of 5 people had to drag 250 lbs of luggage onto and off of a train in order to get "somewhat" close to the hotel. Once off the train, thank god I had google maps because the hotel was not visible from the train stop, and there is no signage. Pick one of the 4 directions and hope you get lucky!

We finally made it to the hotel, and scheduled a cab for the following morning. 3 people and luggage - 35 euro to the airport! (Not the hotel's fault, but that's completely outrageous).

Also, there is really no food within walking distance. The hotel restaurant is outrageous - 18 euro for a hamburger! Breakfast is 19 euro!

So, to sum up, the hotel is clean and new, and may be acceptable for a solo business traveler (with an expense account) with strictly carry on luggage who is willing to figure out the train from the airport.

For a family traveling with a lot of luggage, I would not recommend it.

Great airport hotel, be warned, no shuttle bus from airport. Train for public transport or taxi 25 . Good helpful staff. Didn't eat here so no comments there. Would recommend it.
