It took a while to find the right entrance in Telexstraat, but I was kindly and correctly helped by the staff present. Since I met someone from earlier years, it was even very pleasant. Have my cell phone back and want to express my thanks again.

Laptop lost in the bus. Post on Facebook about what 250x has been shared and after a few days message from ILost that I could come and pick it up. Several things lost, always recovered. What a top company.

I lost my item in tilburg. And now I have to go out to pick him up. Unfortunately that does not work. No car.

Too bad they don't send anything between their own service points.
You lose your key in Sittard and then it is in Venlo and they advise you not to send a house key to your address.
They can take it from service point Venlo to service point Sittard.

I hereby let you know that I find this app a very easy way to find stuff .. I'm 73 years old so it will happen some time. ... yes forgetful hahahahaha ....

I could pick up my folder with euros. Yes, WITH ALL the euros still in it. Confidence in my fellow man has clearly risen. Thank you very much to the bus driver who delivered this!

I am happy to have my scarf back. But ... if I hadn't had a photo of it or a receipt, I would never have got it back. Coincidentally, I was in the picture with my grandson and that was still difficult to prove that it is my scarf. How do you do that if you don't have proof. Who takes a picture of himself before he goes somewhere ..... I didn't like the approach when picking up my property, while I could describe exactly what the scarf looked like !!

The service of ilost was great, but the bunch of keys they had found was not mine, while I had really given a clear description that did not match the bunch of keys that had been found. That was a huge disappointment unfortunately.

my description of my lost glove was not well read, it was a dark brown glove with black furry lining. The glove that I saw was pitch-black. A pity about the futile metrotocht.

This is a wonderful service. When I left my rucksack on the tram on my arrival in Amsterdam I thought that would be the last I'd see it. But no - our air bnb host put us on to iLost and the next day, after seeing the same rucksack which turned out not to be mine, I saw my rucksack on the website. By the day after I was reunited with it and all my belongings. I can't praise the service too highly. Thank you.

This works perfectly if you have an honest finder, I lost my keys on Saturday and I looked at iLost on Monday and yes, luckily they were there, you can pick them up at the city shop

Extremely bad service, on October 23 the backpack of my son was found in the bus via Connexxion, the same day I paid the shipping costs. Despite repeated requests, to date, November 26 a month later, the backpack is still not worried!

Status update, now it is December 13 and I still do not have the backpack back! Unbelievable!!

I received a letter by post stating that a property might have been found and that I had to check the site for a certain keyword. And indeed my property was on the site. Then I was able to prove that he was mine very easily and I was able to pick it up quickly and without any problems. I was happy with this service!

I appretiate the service being offered and thank the autorities for this initiative as I had no hope of getting my bag back. Only challenge is that all of my stuff was not found and I got only partial items back.

A great experience to get your lost property back in tact. I was on the road with a child who fell asleep on the bus. Had to get out of the bus, from Hecken, bag and Child over the shoulder, put OV card in hand and wallet in bus. I think.

Really nice service for my lost keys in Eindhoven airport on Sunday, November 18th. The following day they were found. Posted on their website. And soon after, I had documented that it was mine. Paid for shipment and now I just wait for the postnord gider delivering them to me. Nice service

I am very pleased with how I was addressed by the lost and found department.
Everything went as I was told, including the day of viewing i.lost.nl, 4 working days.
And found my bag on the site.
My first telephone contact with your colleague Linda (if I remember correctly) gave me one less burden and I gained confidence in finding my bag again.
To my surprise, everything was still there.
The lady at the desk was also very kindly received when I picked it up and I have my bag back.
So a big for your work and helpfulness.

The NEMO found our item right away and posted a picture of the missing stuffed tiger. Website was very easy to use and Tigey made it home the same day we arrived. Thank you!

My son forgot his coat in the tram, after searching the website I found him. When I sent proof that the jacket was indeed ins, I could have it shipped for 16 euros. Super arranged !! Thanks!!

Finding lost item is fine. Nice system with the photo on ilost. The courier from DHL did not deliver the package properly. My husband was at home. Around 4 p.m. he sees DHL passing by but does not deliver to the door. Also no note on the bus. I hope the neighbor has the package but he is not at home now.

Quickly found very nice but 16 euros to send a pyama pants from a child .... that's a pity ...

Really very efficient. Found my lost bag on the website and the next day I was able to pick it up from iLost. It is near Sloterdijk station.
