The experience was terrible! I was advised they had found my glasses, based on me asking if the glasses had the word GANT on the leg. They never actually confirmed that the words were printed on the legs of the glasses, they just sent me a message that these were my glasses, with no justification as to why they were my glasses. I travelled 15 stops on the Metro to get them, at which point they turned out NOT to be actual glasses. When I was face to face with the staff, they couldn't even bring themselves to apologise or anything, or explain why they had said these were my glasses, I just received blank stares, what a wonderful service, NOT!
iLost pretends that Connexxion can also be reached by phone at weekends, but that is not the case. Also, iLost cannot be reached by phone after 5 p.m. on weekends. That is not mentioned everywhere, such as on its own site with photo office of iLost. Called expensive 0900 numbers without further assistance. Furthermore, my backpack was already registered the next day and was quickly found. Fine.
I found my sunglasses on ilost.co however I still haven't received sunglasses, it's been 3 weeks now. I have the tracking number but no additional information has been given as to when I will receive my sunglasses. Also I have contacted ilost.co now about 3 times, and they always say that they will call me back. However no call or no email has been sent. Very frustrating because the item is expensive and now I don't know whether I will really receive or not.
A very good service! Very clear and good online system. Nice that you only have to look in one place. It took two and a half days before my lost bag appeared, but the handling was very easy and fast. Thank you for that!
Everything worked out great, got my bag back in just a few days. Shipping to Germany cost me 27, I find it a bit too expensive for a bag, but I don't want to complain. In the end I have my bag back.
Unfortunately, some things were missing from my bag (battery charger for the S9) And a few other things, but in spite of that, the most important things have come back to me

Lost your portfolio at an event. Fortunately recovered. I have been busy getting him back for more than a week now. First of all I want to thank iLost and Qbuzz for getting my lost item. I loose hope because it took almost 12 days to find the item(2 laptop + other belonging). But one days I get to know the my items is with ilost and it was like surprise for me :) Thanks for the faith and service that provided by the team.

ilost is a fantastic solution to find your lost item. However, ilost does not check the information provided by the participating companies. For example, you will be referred to Stationsplein 36 in Rotterdam for lost property at the RET in Rotterdam. That's the wrong address. The correct address is at the RET in the central hall of the station.

My son had left his bag on Arriva's train. The next day the bag was on iLost. After demonstrating that the bag was ours, I was able to pick up the bag at a service point from Arriva. All in all it went very easily and quickly.

Unbelievable that someone has taken the trouble to go to a police station to bring the lost bunch of keys there .. It saves on uncertainty, hassle, new locks and keys. So nice that this possibility exists with such an efficient handling. From now on I will also bring found cases to the police station. Thanks to all involved.
I think it's great that I have to pick it up completely at Schiphol-Rijk. And sending costs 16, - normally if it happened I picked it up at the depot in Haarlem Waarderpolder I am disappointed.

Sunday my son left his glasses somewhere. Called Monday morning to where it stayed. Had to look at ilost. Called again Tuesday, was found would be put on ilost. Wednesday at ilost. Immediately let know that it was mine. Thursday ordered a new pair of glasses which was ready on Friday. Friday only match via ilost. Paid immediately. Monday message that courier picked up. Now on Tuesday still awaiting glasses. Fortunately we still had old glasses (not with the right strength) and in between new glasses but otherwise this is still a problem. It is a shame that Monday from the 1st telephone contact was not immediately called to the attraction and the package was picked up and sent immediately via DHL. Had saved a lot of time and frustration. I therefore find ilost very cumbersome and expensive with regard to shipping costs and administration costs. 15.00 !!!

I give two stars for the site and because I am happy that my daughter has her hug back. But otherwise I think it is a ridiculous way of making money.
It costs 15 euros to have a hug delivered at home by 'iLost' (DHL). For that amount, I had at least expected that there would be a pace in delivering the hug. But no: it was only at the end of the third working day. I recommend others to make a pick-up and delivery appointment with DHL. That is faster and cheaper.
Incidentally, the stuffed animal will be in a garbage bag with tape around it, part of the bag was torn during transportation. So that was also nice to come in, luckily the hug itself was still intact.
I lost my wallet during the Horecava 2018 event at RAI Amsterdam, but I knew it on the next day. When I checked lost & found RAI Amsterdam from the website, they sent me to iLost webpage. And it's a surprise, that my wallet was on the website. Without any difficulties, I could pick up my wallet... and I didn't loose anything!!! Thank you iLost team... you save my stuff..

Great how found objects with photo are presented on the website! And how quickly you will receive a response to your email that it concerns your item! The only criticism I have is the 16.50 shipping cost. I think that is high!

Fantastic service! It was a little anxious to see if my lost item would appear in the list, but after a few days: indeed, there it was!
