At 14-1 I was called by iLost. It is indeed not clear where my public transport is, an investigation has been initiated. So I can not use my travel product yet, because a new public transport application is a waste of money that my public transport will end up.
In any case, my opinion about iLost has been adjusted as positive; I was very friendly to speak.

My ov is still lost, but now in the bureaucracy of ilost or DHL. My mail about the non-working track and trace code has not yet been responded to. Telephone contact wanted. Here I was very friendly to speak. However, the employee needed the reference number below which the article found had been on the website. This number was nowhere in the communication I received from iLost, very awkward! I'm still waiting for the promised response from the support department .... next time I just immediately request a new chip card, that's faster.
