Wonderful the app !!!
I lost my wallet one night on a bus in Amsterdam, I had all my documents there (Wallet, money, cards, cell phone, etc).
I was very sorry, but I mentioned this magical app, and a good person found my bag that night and posted a photo in the app.
I sent them a message and they asked me to verify that it was inside the bag to guarantee that it is mine and magic, they gave me a code, I went to the local iLost and they handed me my bag !!!!! I couldn't believe it, THANK YOU !!!!!

I have lost a scarf in and from the Qbuzz buses. The iLost website worked perfectly to find my scarf. There has been some confusion about the color of the scarf. The photo, apparently taken with full light, gave an orange-like color. But in the Qbuzz service room, where there was relatively little light, the scarf gave a rust-brown color. Fortunately everything went well. And I am very happy that I have my scarf back, thanks to your service and all the effort that the employees have taken to help me.

On the photo I immediately recognized my daughter's bunch of keys. I responded immediately and received an answer almost immediately, even though they say they respond within 3 working days. I was able to pick them up the same day! My daughter happy, I happy! Good service!

Lost my vest in Efteling. Checked the found objects every day on the Efteling website. A week after my visit to Efteling, my lost item with photo was on the site. My vest could be picked up via a code in the email. Really a great system! Compliments for Efteling (and iLost).

iLost is the greatest service I've ever found in a foreign country. My daughter lost her wallet with the bank card and some money inside and we found right next day a picture with it on the iLost site. We had to prove it's our wallet and next day we were invited to chose a day for pick it up. There we found a nice guy who spoke a very good English and brought us our lost item.

Very happy that I was directed to this site and was able to locate my missing article very quickly. I'm giving four stars as I was a little disappointed by the cost of postage to have my article returned - general post in NL is 6.50euros but iLost charged 16.50euros. An option for a standard/regular delivery OR a courier would be an appreciated option.

Great solution for all found items and it works really fantastic and super fast. I accidentally left my scarf, which was handmade from Australia by family, in the bus, luckily it was on the site and with a click and some filling in and payment for delivery I had my scarf back the next day!

I am very happy that my jacket has been found! What I thought was a shame is that I had indicated that I would pick up the jacket on the return journey. I had indicated that we would land at Eindhoven at 8:30 PM. I got a response from I lost that the desk was closed at 7:00 PM. So I chose the option to deliver for 15. We landed half an hour earlier, but the desk turned out to be still open at 8:30 PM and I could have saved that 15 ..... but also thank you very much for finding and keeping the jacket!
