Great service. I lost my backpack with a wallet and a laptop inside. Thought the situation was hopeless. But on the next working day I saw a picture of my backpack on the iLost website. Only one day after I wrote a message claiming ownership of the backpack in the picture, I received a response. Ultimately everything I lost was inside the backpack, untouched. I'm sure that this does not happen to every person who losses their belongings in Amsterdam, but the fact that some people get back EVERYTHING they lost in such a short period of time, is a testament to iLost, as well as companies that are cooperating with the website.
