Very easy to find information about lost / found items via the connexion website. Site is very up to date. Clear and reliable handling procedure. Moreover, pleasant contact.
If forgotten gloves are returned within 2 days. Compliment for that!

What a super service! Our daughter had lost her hug in the Efteling, and through iLost we had the hug back in our possession within 3 days after loss, delivered with DHL for a reasonable amount. Really a fantastic idea to outsource the found objects to iLost, both for Efteling and for iLost and for the customer.

Thank goodness they are here. I lost my phone and it was available for pickup the next day and they even recharged my battery. Than you guys for great service

Very nice that iLost informed me via a letter that my driver's license had been found, because I had not noticed that it had fallen out of my wallet. The website works easily and I received a quick response. It would be even better if the retrieval of a found object can also be done outside office hours (eg minus 1 day a week also in the evening, or from 8 a.m. in the morning) and / or there are more collection points (eg at stations).

So super! I quickly found my lost bag. Very easy to use.

This is a super handy service. I lost my iPad and was able to get it returned easily

Lost backpack from Breng Bemmel would be sent, but the courier stole my bag. The box that my backpack should be in was filled with waste paper and cardboard, but no backpack. So, if you have lost an item, you better pick it up yourself because if you send it in, there is a good chance that your things will be lost or stolen on the way.

This is really a great service. The only remark on collection of location and odd timings. If this can be arranged in Bus Station , it would become awesome service.

Fast service and return delivery of the found phone via HTM. Some confusion about the date on which the found object was found. But after claiming correct phone found on correct date within 1 hour confirmation that it was my lost phone. So fast and good.

Concept and implementation are good together, very beautiful. Idea: your bag or something is displayed, you are asked to accurately describe content and to. possible to provide further evidence. You will then receive a message as to whether this corresponds to each other and the lost is therefore considered to be yours.

Unfortunately my backpack was stolen with many important things. But he was found in the dunes with at least all my papers and cards in it.
And thanks to ILOST I found it via the internet, was able to easily contact the finder and also made an appointment via ILOST and collected my things.
For me I give ILOST n also Woodstock near Bloemendaal a full 5 stars.
And certainly the Woodstock employee who I wanted to give a 20 euro finder's fee, but she absolutely refused to accept it because she thought it was bad enough that my bag had been stolen.

It takes too long for your things to be returned.
Very awkward that you lose something in woerden / vinkeveen and have to pick it up in amersfoort or send it in late.
(also very inconvenient to lose something of course)

one morning this week my kid forgot a rucksack in the metro.. after we panicked first, we just waited. after only a few hours photos of found items of the day are uploaded to ilost.nl (tens of rucksacks, wallets, eye glasses hats and gloves) and you can pick them up till 18.00. There are enough good people to make it work . we had the bag the same day with everything inside!! (except the sandwiches )
