It was a horrible experience due to the fact that someone else claim my bicycle to be theirs but the only person that knows how was it lost is me because it was me the one that left it on the train, so I do not understand how in the world your people cannot decide who to give the bicycle to, also I sent a picture with me and the bicycle together and now I have to go to the police and start a whole process for my really old bicycle that the only new thing it has is the kids seat that I also bought a month ago because of people that have nothing to do but bother other people trying to get advantage out of others.
