I have not stayed over night here but I have dined here on many occasions. The breakfast and brunch are a great price and value. The location is on the waterfront offering wonderful views. Hotel is in walking distance to many historic locations and the parking rate is also very affordable.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the beds are with an assortment of pillows so everyone can find one they like. The conference rooms are nice and well equipped. The breakfast is nice, although it lacks variation once you have been here for several days.

Attended an awards ceremony. Great location on the waterfront. Easy access to I95. Located on the busy Delaware Ave/Columbus Blvd.

Very well staffed with pleasant employees. Well decorated with a nautical theme.

Open lobby and dining area on the 1st/entry level.

2nd level has multiple conference rooms/halls. The banquet food was fine and well served.

We got a room facing the highway (I-95) at Penn's Landing, Philly. The car noise from the highway was just too loud for us to sleep. We had to change a room at 2am after not being able to sleep for 3-4 hours.

Bright. Clean. Friendly staff. Decent restaurant and bar. However, parking is somewhat awkward. Once you drop off your bags and check in, you have to drive out on the highway to go around the building to the parking garage. There is apparently no way to remain on property to get from the front to the parking garage. The riverfront view is not all that scenic. The water is gray and polluted from all the ships that use the port. And while I am originally from NJ, what you can see across the river isn't picturesque. But there were no issues of any significance during my stay and would consider returning on future trips to the area.

The scenery around the Hilton hotel with lots of things to do in lots of fun to have they were all kinds of places to drink beer or to drink regular non-alcohol items are also all kinds of spots to play with life-size chess and duck riding and everything else I would always come back to visit this site it is right next to Harbor Park in the Heart of the City and the fireworks were beautiful

Beautiful spot along the River. Views of Jersey were great too. Highly recommend this Hilton during warmer months as it s a long cold walk in the winter to just about anywhere else. Looks like a great summertime spot with everything to do along the River.

Hotel appears clean, nice view, however I am giving this hotel just ONE star, one of the employees at this Hilton location made a hateful speech towards me based on my ethical appearance. Please properly train your staff! No-one should be discriminated based on their appearance or ethical background! I'm not even going to get started with this, all I am going to say is, GoodLuck!

Nice clean property with friendly welcoming staff greatviewsand location. Pet friendly and parking available though a bit high. Unfortunately restaurant not open due to covid but location made it easy to find alternatives. Executive lounge still had some amenities and pool still open.

We went there for a formal party in one of the ballrooms and stayed overnight. The room was nice and looked very regal but the dance floor didn't appear to be totally secured and moved a little as you danced on it. The hotel room itself was nice however the bathroom didn't have locking doors which was a little inconvenient. Additionally we asked the front desk for two extra glasses during our stay in the early afternoon and nver received them. Overall a decent hotel. The issues experienced we're by no means deal breakers for going back, but I would definitely do some thorough research on alternatives first before considering another stay there.

I have been a Hilton Honors member for almost 5 years. I am a Gold member and have stayed at Hiltons and Hampton Inns all over this country and this was the worst experience I have ever had. From the first foot in the door, the bumbling of the front desk saying that my room, which was supposed to be ready at 3PM was not ready until 4PM when I decided to pull the GM for the location aside for a chat. Even when I did, thinking he would make a Honors Gold member whole, he did not, he pawned me off to a lower level manager who had no idea what issues I was having with checking in. The shuttle service said they would take my family promptly at 630PM four blocks down the road to a restaurant allowed my family and I to sit on the bus for 20 minutes before finally my wife had to get the drivers attention and ask him if we could depart. The valet service, after calling 10 minutes prior to entering the lobby from my room did not retrieve my vehicle until I approached them asking where my car was. They said they would get it for me. The hotel charged me double for a in room movie as well. Finally, although minor, the ink toner was empty on their printer as I needed to print tickets for a show I was taking my 9 year old daughter and 15 year old son to for my daughters birthday. What a horrible experience!!!! I want answers from GM.

This was a classy hotel, the views were gorgeous, & staff was helpful/cordial. There was a positive vibe at the restaurant, which had delicious food! The neighborhood afforded an opportunity for walking & interacting within the community. Recommend!

My first ever staying here and im from philly.. Go figure lol. I knew it wouldve been better but due to covid19 services were limited..the staff were extremely professional and friendly. The waterfront view was beautiful. Only con was that we thought the room was bigger for the price but other and that no complaints.

The room was outstanding and the location can't be beat. The hotel is a ten minute walk from all of the major historic attractions and right on the river. My only complaint would be the restaurant staff that seemed overwhelmed during breakfast even though it was not that crowded.

Extremely disappointed. We paid almost 200 for a night on top of $35 for parking. First and foremost the bathroom floor had stains along with the tub. U can tell the dresser & nightstand were not cleaned being as though they had stains as well. The pillows are rock hard and hands down the most uncomfortable pillows i have ever put my head on in my entire life , it feels like trying to sleep on a bag of laundry. The room is extremely hot and tried turning the air on but its not helping at all. The whole experience was really a disappointment and u couldn t pay me to come back here.

The place has a nice charm. I staff is nice and amicable. They're not judgy or pretentious. The tallest building in the area so nice views

See pic from 22nd floor.

We stayed 15th floor south side of the building. The view was nice. The room was clean. Bathroom was modern. It was noisy however. Insulation is not good enough. We have heard the noisy cars and bikes very frequently. And in the morning 7am Sunday, next room went crazy with laughter and screaming. Last, they left no drinking water. I would expect that from a 4star hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and very nice. Bed was comfy and we slept well. Attended the U2 concert and the hotel provided a shuttle to the Linc and back. The driver, Lawrence, was outstanding. He made sure to give clear directions about when and where pickup will be. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

My stay at the Hilton Philadelphia was unforgettable. Ive met people i plan on being friends with for years to come and had an excellent time due to the tremendous food and exceptional stewardship. I plan on returning very soon

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel because I high expectations considering the price. Parking was $32 per night which I think is ridiculous. We didn't even know we had to pay for parking because it wasn't mentioned when we booked through a 3rd party site. It should be worked into the cost of the stay so people will know the true cost of staying here.

We had a very late check-in (a little after midnight). We were disappointed to learn that it was too late for room service. It was not their fault but most hotels I've been to offer room service until 1am.

The room was ok. Definitely needs some major updating in the bathrooms. I didn't like the unlockable double doors for the bathroom. The view was great. Especially at night when the city is lit up. Our room only had 1 vent for the air conditioning and it didn't even face the center of the room. The room temperature was barely comfortable our entire stay. The tv also only had 4 working channels.

The heated indoor pool was nice when we were the only ones in it. It's on the smaller side so it quickly became crowded. We decided to take some pictures from the balcony surrounding the pool but it was locked.

My fiance could barely get his work done because the internet connection was spotty. There is also no closed off business center like most other hotels have.

Would I stay here again? If I had to. It's convenient to all of Philly and the views from the rooms are amazing. That's really all you're paying for. I've stayed in nicer rooms at a Red Roof Inn.

My family and I stayed at many Hilton hotels around the world. I am a gold member at the Hilton Honors program, and this is the worst Hilton hotel we ever went. This was the second time for me and the firs with my family. We definitely not coming back again. The staff was so RUDE, we had a horrible experience. The room was absolutely smelling cigarette, was very strong. We request a room change and surprisingly was denied at first, after I decide to leave the hotel w/ my family and lose the money we pay for the weekend the manager decides to change the room. She gives us a new room but the TREATMENT we received was like the same we received in any kind hotel on the road. They completely ignored the fact that we participate in the Hilton honors program. We never welcome water. We request the upgrade and was denied based on availability, but I call the hotel from my phone a few minutes later and try to book and the hotel, and the room that we request was available. I request late checkout on Sunday night, they told me to ask Monday morning. I ask Monday at 8 AM and they told me was not available. They had a girl (client) walking on underwear in the lobby Saturday night. NO ONE SAY NOTHING.
Was such a horrible experience at this hotel. This Hotel should not use the Hilton name.

I expected for the Hilton to be high end but the rooms didn't meet the standard. At first I got a dirty room and then the second one the sheets were stained. For the price it should have breakfast included, no one likes to have to order breakfast and wait an hour for breakfast. Over all Rebecca in the front deal was very nice. But will not stay again!

Nice location, friendly staff, but cheap furnishings, inoperable phones and power outlets, and lack of character lower the quality of the hotel and the experience. Calling room service proved futile.

I always wnated to stay at this particular location because of Penn's Landing. We were on the 7th floor of the hotel and the views were amazing. But our stay was not so pleasant; 1st we had to deal with the smell pf smoke coming into the room and the hotel is smoke free. 2nd there was a guest there that we had to complain about in the middle of the night. Yes the hotel did address our issue but we were unable to get back to sleep for over an hour. 3rd on the day of check out I decided I want to get out as early as we could so we left at 11:45 and our checkout time was 12:00. My fiance was sent the receipt which stated we checked out after 1:00 pm which is untrue. Between the unruly guest, the smell of cigarette smoke in our room, and the fact that we were lied on we will NOT be returning to this hotel. My fiance choose this place because it was my birthday and I love Penn's Landing but I'm not a fan . Visit Penn's Landing please it's beautiful

Location was great and there was plenty of parking. Food at the restaurant was decent and came out quick. Room was clean and comfortable, there was only a shower and not a tub, but the shower was very large and clean.

The staff here go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. This is to be expected at most hotels except I wasn't even a guest or attending any kind of conference. I was there on a work related issue that had nothing directly to do with the hotel and they still treated me as if I was one of their paying guests.

Knowing that to place is renovated I was excited about seeing more upgrades in rooms. I was not happy with the service and it was not up to par. I waited 20 minutes for shampoo and conditioner and waited about 6 hours just to get a crib for my 7 months old daughter. Attitudes from workers when asking them a question. I am an Hilton honors member and I've never ever being a hilton honors member experience service like this i guess it's just this place maybe some more hospitality training. The manager took off 69 dollars off my room but that is it. That wasn't even half of what I spend on this room she was very nice but when I asked for if she can take care of my car valat payment she said no I can only do one and I said wow ok. I guess this is just philly and how they do it in that city.
