Great staff and location. Located directly on the water front. There was so much to do here. Bar in the hotel lobby and restaurant. They offer room service and movies for your room. They veiw was breath taking. We spent a lot of time gazing out of our window at the water and the City lights at night. Heated pool was a big plus for us. They also have exercise room and a sauna. They staff were great anything we needed they took care of right away. Valley parking available, but if you don't want to pay for that, they offer a shuttle service free of charge I believe. Highly recommend staying here, worth every penny

An overall decent stay at the Hilton Penn Landing. The rooms and common areas seemed to be recently updated. Bed was comfortable and the city views were great. Excellent executive lounge. Bathroom could have benefited from a closer inspection by housekeeping as I found a few errant hairs upon arrival. The Wifi (at least in my room) was poor with the signal going in and out. If you have a city view (not sure about other rooms), bring earplugs because the noise from I-95 is noticeable (even at 17 floors up). I would be willing to give the property another try but would hope to see improvements at least in the housekeeping and WiFi.

Ghetto. I will not recommend this hotel. The only thing good was the view. Bathroom thumbs down... Tv needs an upgrade. I expected much more being that it s the Hilton . Outside and inside ghetto. Parking Lot disgusting. Never again.

My wife, I, and some friends decided to attend the New Years Eve party and stay the night at the Hilton at Penn's Landing. The location for viewing the fireworks. The food and drinks were very good. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were all working hard to make sure guests had a good time. From the moment we pulled up to the door the valet drivers were hustling to get the cars moved as fast as possible. Checking into the hotel was flawless and the staff was working as fast as they could to check everyone into the party as quickly as possible. It is nice to see service done so well.

This is an amazing property. The staff was courteous and prompt. The rooms with the river view is worth every penny and the bar was well stocked and a few local beers on tap. There is also a river walk right in front of the hotel and is great for runners. The hotel is on the edge of town but a Uber is only a few dollars to get you anywhere around center city.

The valet crew, headed by Mr. Esteban Morales,is top-notch. The front desk personnel as well. But the overall cleanliness of the hotel could use some improvement. Four stars is not bad,but as a Hilton Hotel, they can do better.

We have stayed at the Hilton Penn's Landing quite a few times over the past several years. We were initially very pleased with our experiences but are very disappointed this past year. We just stayed 4 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. Once again, as in prior visits this current year, the room card entry system was not working. We have been warned to keep the cards away from our cell phones but found this did not matter. This most recent visit, we were assigned a room on the 19th floor and were provided 2 cards. Each time we returned to our room, neither of the cards worked. We would then be required to go back to the Registration Desk and wait in line with those registering to get new cards. On occasion, these failed to work and would require returning to the Registration Desk again. We were asked if we requested to have maintenance check our door lock (did not know it was our responsibility to ask) and were told by other staff this is a known problem and the locks will be replaced in the future. We will not be returning.

Room overlooks with river which is nice. Bed is comfortable. Room clean and spacious. Great big TV. Staff are lovely and the bar has a good selection of local beers. Great location. Minutes walk to the old part of the city and easy access to the waterfront. Gym has free weights (dumbbells only) and a decent selection of machines. Is also open 24 hours. Only downside is no robes in the room, but that is more of a personal thing.

Location was great, hotel room was really dusty which was a turn off; booked through a third party app and ended up on a room with 2 beds and when we requested to be moved to a one bed we were told they didn't have any even though the hotel seemed to be pretty much empty as we went during Covid-19 pandemic so the customer service could have been better and definitely house keeping could have been better. However location is great and the view was awesome.

Finally chef back at mini station doing omlets but pancakes hard as rock, and wait for other items to be replaced, ok place if u have time for a long breakfast, to sit and chat but if u need food quicker, go elsewhere.

Hilton Philadelphia at Penns Landing achieved what I expect in a hotel, immaculate & comfortable rooms, great views, attentive staff & last but not least, quiet & restful. My wife & I had a great time here.
The only hiccup the Philadelphia Police Department blocked off the roadway so that the Buffalo Bills charter buses could enter the hotel undisturbed. But that went relatively quickly and we were able to pull up to the front of the hotel, valet took our keys and our luggage was brought upstairs promptly.
If you're staying in Philly, I'd recommend this hotel & did I mention the views.

There is zero sound proofing between room 610 and whatever is next to that. I have a feeling the layout would be similar on other floors. Regardless, we ve been up all morning (6am) listening to the neighbors music and other sounds . The front desk couldn t switch our room and offered to take off parking ($35) .... which is nothing considering these rooms were $180 per night. Quite disappointing.

For the price rather disappointing performance. To the positive: In addition to Valet Parking is also Self Parking in the hotel's own car park possible. Personal new experience: The parking garage is so open that the car was snowed in. You can not complain about a lack of ventilation. The location is ok to the city center and the view of the river is nice. The room was next to the window on both sides splashes of a poor renovation, a bed sheet was dirty the other bed had holes. The cupboard door in front of the fridge hung sadly in the hinge and was only lockable with skill and goodwill. Will not stay there again.

Can t say enough good things about this hotel! We got a great room with a beautiful view last minute! The hotel is in an awesome location. We were able to walk with our kids next door to go ice skating. The staff was super friendly and very appreciative of my husbands military service. Great food as well! Definitely will be coming back!

Gorgeous hotel with a beautiful view! The best part in my opinion is actually the park adjacent to the hotel. I had such a great time there. The ambiance is amazing! You can just chill on a hammock while music is playing. So relaxing!

The room was beautiful. Had one of the great views of the city. We we're right by water near all the cool water front sites. The employees were kind and helped with whatever was needed. A must stay!!

Location - Pretty amazing. Was convenient to where i needed to go, Penn's Landing is pretty adorable, and the views are great.

Staff - Meh, the front desk people were pretty rude.

Bar/Restaurant - A bit pricey, but good food, and the staff there were much better than the front desk.

Room - Ours was not that clean. It was nice that it came with a mini-fridge and the pillows were great, but it could have used a good wipe down for sure.

Nice

New favorite place to stay in the city. Had a corner river view. Room was huge and view was beautiful. A nice indoor pool. Breakfast was great. Right next to the river rink you can go ice skating or grab a drink at south street. Went to the seaport museum as well. Can t wait to stay here again in March.

Excellent location, friendly and professional staff. My stay was overall very good. I appreciated that they had a computer and printer available free of charge in the lobby as I needed to print out a document last minute.

The hotel was very clean and had Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer available in the lobby!

We booked through Priceline at a rate that was supposed to be parking included with the rate and should have known it was too good to be true. At the end of our stay Priceline wouldn't cover the parking fee! The hotel staff were kind and understanding. Especially Mike at the front desk, the hotel took care of the parking fee! Thanks to all staff here for being pleasant and available even on Christmas day!

Not a 4 star Hotel. I booked a water view and stated I had a pet. When I arrived I was told there were no water views for pets. That was disappointing but more disappointing was the desk clerk who rudely insisted I pay the higher rate. After I refused to budge on the matter he grudgingly said "Fine, let me look it up." I'm paying over $300 for the service I would expect at a Motel 6. We got to our floor and it reeked of cigarette smoke. Certainly don't bring your family to this establishment. I deeply regret booking here.
