Have stayed here multiple times. Great views of the river and a nice newly renovated lounge and restaurant. Convenient location.

Great view of Phili and New Jersey. Hotel located historical districts of philadelphia.

In this time of Isolation we enjoyed our stay. Using the digital tools: key, check-in and out process was a comforting option. Food is an issue. Grubhub for Breskfast & lunch. Dinner is available at the hotel.

Great location! We had the River view corner room on the 18th floor. The views were beyond gorgeous. Photos are added. You can see Adventure Aquarium across the river. The boardwalk was fun & filled with good food. Jims steaks on 4th & south is a quick walk & such a great Philly cheese steak! Parking at the hotel took a while & we were double charged but it was taken care of quickly after I called. Will stay here again next time we visit Philly or Jersey.

Really nice hotel! They had soft pretzels and flavored water in the lobby for most of the day.

The room was clean, modern and had a great view of the river (I was on the 17th floor)

I only stayed for one night, but interactions with all the staff was pleasant. Bria at the front desk was very nice and high spirited.

My only complaint is the vending machine on my floor was out of every single drink. Went down a floor find something, which isn t a big deal but just strange.

Great harbour view and local entertainment right outside the front doors.

This hotel is in a great location. On the waterfront. You can walk to historic sites and restaurants. Plus it's just down the interstate from the sports venues.

Location is phenomenal! Right on the waterfront with a nice view of the newer spruce street harbor Park. Service was also great!

This is my go to hotel in Philly. You can t beat the views and in the summer you re right on the water with a bunch of bars and food.

They treated us very well here our stay was enjoyable and we had a beautiful view of the river if you ask for a Riverview room they will most likely be able to accommodate you

The man with the really cool moustache was super pleasant.
My bartender one day was able to help me out by opening a few bottles of wine for the room. The view from our room overlooked the boardwalk. Lots of activity nearby.

Great views. Great location on the waterfront. Blocks from some of the best that Philadelphia has to offer. Go and have fun.

Wonderful clean waterfront hotel with great views and good service. Had a great time in the summer with a stroll on the riverwalk, enjoying all the activities.

We didn't interact much with staff since my husband used the Digital Key. We choose this Hilton for the view of the SugarHouse Casino's New Year's Eve Fireworks on the Delaware River Waterfront, which was very convenient when you have 2 toddlers and the weather was unbearable cold. Fireworks were at 6pm and 12 mid-night... we watched the 6 PM from our room. We found out we could view the midnight show from the pool area. This was perfect because the kids barely made it through the fireworks before they wanted to go in.

Location, location rules this place. Lovely high quality rooms with either a view of downtown Philly or of the waterfront.

Bar staff was not especially attentive or friendly. Ordered a chicken sandwich and the meat was gray. The salad, however was pretty good.

Spent an hour visiting friends in the restaurant. Wait staff was excellent in helping us and giving us our appliance to catch up. Excellent red sangria.

Fantastic staff, great amenities, awesome view of the pier from my room. Convenient parking also. Will stay here again for sure.

The Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing is at 201 South Christopher Columbus Blvd. It is NOT on North Christopher Columbus Blvd.

Was nice. The morning front desk guy was probably having a bad day and was a little moody. Room service was quick.

We had a great two-night stay. The only reason we did not give 5 stars is because a lot of the amenities were closed down (due to the Covid-19 pandemic). So we didn t get to experience everything. We definitely wanted to leave a review though because Mackenzie at the front desk was AMAZING. She made sure to help us out with anything we needed. Thank you, Mackenzie!! You were great!

Also, having a rental car company attached to the hotel was sooo great.

Had a conference hosted here. Decent environment, enough space. Not many complaints.

Beside the Delaware River,it's a lovely location for rest.You can enjoy the fresh air,can drive a boat on the river.It's a quite and elegant place.

Great staff and service. Clean and spacious rooms. Reasonable prices. Conference was spacious and organized. Had a roudy group making noise on our floor at 2am and security took our complaint very seriously

Great room, clean and well kept, great view from the 14th floor.

Don't stay on the top floor. Apparently the chiller is above it and it creates a constant buzzing sound. Needed earplugs just to tolerate staying in room.

We had an amazing time. Great food and drinks. The room and bathroom were clean. Nice size pool. Had a little inconvenience and management took care of it right away.

One positive interaction - Hilton staff member came up to us while we were setting up our booth and asked us if we needed power and wifi, then gave us wifi. Room was large enough to fit everyone attending event. Brownies and lemon cake were very nice. General water table with glass cups, classy. Noted the metal strainer underneath the glass water jugs to prevent water from staining the tablecloth. No need to ask for directions, as directions were pretty clear.

The room was hot. It was a power outage. The valet at the entrance were rude because I entered incorrectly. I apologized but the one gentleman ( he had a foreign accent) was still rude.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel location is within walking distance of several bars, restaurants, and historical land marks.

We stayed here a few times. Kid friendly. Pool/gym. Fairly easy commute from NYC. Best time to come is the summer time...all the vendors are out as well as the outdoor activities.

I was disappointed that my room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when I arrived. The lobby bathrooms were not the best in terms of cleanliness. My room was spacious and clean with accommodations for two people and a king sized bed. The view from my window on the 14th floor was outstanding. I loved walking on the pier but all of the business were closed even after noon.

Doesn't take 3 rd party banks. Nor informs you that they don't take it until check in even though reservation was made with the 3rd party card

Nice location. Convenient to Penns Landing. Easy access to Center City

The valet service is garbage. It would have been easier to take a cab then get my car.

Great locations nice stuff, the only thing I did not like was the doormen, I checked out today , I asked the doormen for a ride to the airport, he asked me if I am paying with credit card, I said yes. He called a black car that was parking near the Hotel, I end up paying more than I paid from the airport to the Hotel .

I was greeted promptly by outside staff before entering the hotel once inside the staff was very friendly and helped me to get to the room where my event was being held... I only saw the bar/restaurant but it was very clean and nicely set up...the room I was in was just a little warm...but we all handled it okay...the floor in and outside the rooms were kept very clean and neat...and the ladies room was extremely clesn... I would definitely attend another event there if I get another opportunity

Great water view room and hot breakfast. The staff was very accommodating and late night food at the bar was delicious!

I've been using this hotel occasionally for a about a decade, since it was under Hyatt's management. Lately their quality has been steadily declining. When you stay in this hotel you're basically paying for the riverfront view. Furnitures inside need update in my opinion. Drain plug handle came right off in the bathroom. There were no coffee cups added back after room clean up. Other guests in the group were complaining about bed quality turning into back pain over the course of a few days, but I personally did not have that issue. Overall, a decent hotel with spectacular view of the river, but that seems to be their only selling point for now.

This is the former Hyatt. On the water and has good views.

The views of penns landing from the hotel are simply amazing.

Conference tirooms were large and well lit. Food and service was excellent. It's a pain to get from the garage to the lobby

Stayed here for the night. Checked out Penns Landing and went out on the Spirit of Philadelphia dinner cruise had a blast.

Disappointing! I expected more from the Hilton. The top sheet on the bed had 3 small stains. Called the front desk and was given 2 new fresh sheets one of which was again stained. After that I just went without the top sheet. I was given an adjoining room (that I did not ask for) on the 5th floor, Rm 509. Horrible! I could hear everything that went on next door. to the point where I could not sleep as I had to turn up the T.V. in order to drown out the sound. The female in the adjoining room was trying to open the door for whatever reason until they figured out that it wasn't a closet! There was a fight in the room above me. Security did handle it promptly. Guests roaming the halls on the 5th floor, talking loud on cellphones, yelling down the hallway. For the price I paid for my "King Waterfront View" along with parking, this was just unacceptable. Both Stevie and Ashmanie at the front desk are sweethearts. Very pleasant. I forgive you Ashmanie for putting me in 509 (smile). Hence the 3 stars. Two for the front desk staff and one for the lovely waterfront view.

Parked at the garage to see fireworks on the lake. Was a nice place.

Cleaning is very bad. Bathroom was barely cleaned. Full of hair and everywhere. Disappointed

Great location right next to Penn's landing. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel room it's self was average and the towels were scratchy.

We stayed on the 18th floor in a corner room which had a lovely view of the south side. Hotel is nicely located to the hotel and other local attractions. Issues with the hotel for those gold and diamond members the executive Lounge only does cocktail hours Monday through Thursday so be aware. The room was not sound resistant as the sounds of lovers was like being back in college.
