Nice, clean hotel with great service and modern facilities. I love that they have a 24 hour cafe and decent selection of healthy snacks. Our biggest complaint is that our room had an adjoining door to the next door room, and it felt like we were in the same room as them. We could hear every word of conversations and their shower, etc., and then we were constantly woken up by neighboring noise in the morning and kept up at night. That's a MAJOR downfall. Maybe the rooms without adjoining doors are better, I hope.

I went to the hotel to visit the tower with lights (cannot remember name). I really wanted to take a tour up the tower but I got there too late. I still went inside the Hyatt because I was told it was beautiful and elegant, and it was. So although I didn't get to tour the tower I still enjoyed getting to see the famous Hyatt hotel.
Beautiful hotel, large rooms, and friendly staff. Had an excellent experience with my stay during Texas Furry Fiesta. Hotel staff was very friendly to the attendees of the convention, and the restaurant was great. Definitely will be staying again next year for TFF.
disgruntled - the hotel reservation person flat out lied to me to get me to book this room. I feel violated and used by this person. I promise i will spend a lot of time spreading the news about the practices of this hotels reservation program. Because I confirmed my room by giving my credit card information, I could not cancel my room without paying the whole room rate of 144.00. So not only was I stuck here, I didn't have what I expected and wanted. My daughter and I were exhausted, but we'd been waiting to see Bumble Bee at the movie theater, so i thought if I could find a room with Pay Per View it would save us some time and money. The perfect plan. Relax in bed and watch the movie we wanted. The reservation person put me on hold to call the hotel directly to confirm that this room did indeed have pay per view. Returning he then assured me that this room did offer this feature and asked me to confirm the room by leaving my cc number, which of course I did. Obviously they will tell you what ever you want to hear to get you to stay at their hotels. Do not stay at the Hyatt Regency if you expect to be told the truth about your room. Mostly I'm angry for being lied to, but also because it ruined our night. Thanks for NOTHING Hyatt!!
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. There are a variety of restaurants onsite and they are all very good.
Short walk to the JFK assassination spot and alit of really good restaurants. The hotel itself has absolutely gorgeous views if you get the right room.
The Hyatt Regency of Dallas is a very clean and well managed hotel. The check in and check out process was very quick and the workers were all very helpful when questions were asked. The only issue I had was with the parking/valet service. The attendants didn't seem to pay much attention as they gave me the wrong ticket and almost charged me an hourly rate instead of over night. Overall I had a great experience and would love to stay with them again.
When I go to Jerry's World, I stay here, and I love the convenience of the spectacular location. Works well around Thanksgiving, too, they serve a dinner! Great place, this Hyatt!
Beautiful interior and exterior Decor really makes it a place that you want to see if you have an eye for design. The rooms are spacious and extravagant and their staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
2nd year of them hosting our event and I loved every minute of it! Staff are always accommodating and even participated with us this year. Can't wait for next TFF. Hyatt Regency Dallas is always wonderful!
I attended a conference hosted by Aetna. The facility was clean and spacious. The sound equipment and other conference accommodations were perfect and up to date. The catering was also very good.
Still, even with Adolphus, crescent, and others THIS is still remaining to be THE standard for Dallas: beautiful, classy, very nice helpful people inside a hotel with just fantastic atmosphere and views-------all the way from the lobby up to the 28th floor!!!! I can just imagine what a pleasure it would be to stay there (and I will look forward to that happening soon)
The only things four star about this hotel are the lobby and the restaurant. The pool and sun deck area are a joke. Not something I expected from a four star hotel. The bar and coffee bar look nice but have terrible service. Parking was difficult. The vallet takes 15 to 30 minuets, or you can walk half a mile to your car in self park. My key went out on the second day. I was told to wait for the head of security to open the door to my room. He took forever to get there, was extremely rude, and very unprofessional. He actually grunted at me. Did not expect something close to harassment from head of security. The hotel was also extremely noisy. And the maids knocked on the door three times after they had already cleaned the room. Stay somewhere else.
My wife and I stayed 3 nights and the accommodations and service was excellent! At time of Departure we were informed that the Valet Parking service had misplaced our car keys and location of our car.. It was at the time a record breaking day for the Hotel in bookings and in the midst of the chaos of hundreds of people checking out around the same time the valet staff were doing everything humanly possible to locate our vehicle and keys! Long story short, the keys and car were found and there was a legitimate reason why this all happened, and the Hotel and Valet parking Managers Edward Urrutia and Adrian Walas were top notch, and more than made up for the inconvenience and delay by reducing our Hotel and Parking bill and buying us a superb lunch while waiting, we Highly recommend this Hotel and Ace Valet Parking!
Wonderful. Spacious rooms. Window views are a site to see. Breakfast buffet was delicious at a fair price. Reunion Tower GeO-Deck is Awesome at sunset.
Nice place to stay at. Close to Kay bailey convention centre and omni dallas hotel. Has free wifi if you own a room, does not have much parking area but has a bit Elegant, good view from the windows and eooms are big.
The hotel is nice enough and the convention center as well. I am not a fan of the sheets as they seem to be a high thread count and don't breathe at all. I slept pretty warm, though I had the air turned way down. There are plenty of food options, but you will pay hotel/convention center prices. Not cheap. The real problem is parking. There is a sizable parking lot across the street from the center. It goes out and out, so plan on doing some walking. It's the same lot for everyone, so if you are staying at the hotel, you are fighting with convention goers. If there is a 24 convention going on, like there was when I went, they try and block people not staying at the hotel from parking there in the evenings. I have no idea where they are expected to park then.
Great staff, great location. Went here for a work event & had an amazing time at this hotel. It's incredibly close to Dealey Plaza. Only a few blocks away, we walked there all three days we stayed.
The one MAJOR issue I find with this hotel is the size of the pool. For the HUGE size of the hotel, they have the smallest pool imaginable.
This hotel goes above and beyond the customer service experience!
I stayed there for Con of Thrones in May and it was a wonderful hotel for the convention. The room was perfect and the hotel really got into the spirit of the con.
On top of an amazing stay, I experienced above and beyond customer service from the Head of Security, Moses. I left one of my cosplay dresses at the hotel and didn t realize it until about 60 days later. When I called they had record of it in their system but sadly it had already been donated. Incredibly, Moses replaced the dress for me and really made every effort to make it right. I cannot thank him and the Hyatt Regency Dallas enough for the kindness and understanding you showed me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
Had to pay extra for parking and for breakfast. Had to walk like 2 blocks carrying our bags to get to check in and check out. The elevators were along wait all weekend and the lady that checked us in was kinda rude. I would probably stay somewhere else in the future. But the rooms were very nice, very clean and the guy that checked us out was nice.
Great room, modern and spacious. For a small fee you can go up the tower and have a great view of the city, very beautiful. I just think the prices for parking are abusive, they should have some sort of daily pass so you can come and go freely.
Beautiful hotel! Service was great! I will recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Modern hotel close to downtown! We enjoy our stay in Dallas and have so much fun!!!!
