Hyatt was a wonderful place to visit. We were there for the reunion tower. The staff was helpful and pleasant; the hotel and entertainment area was clean. Highly recommend!

The hotel was convenient, clean and well served. The front desk staff were very helpful.
Recently checked in but have been blown away with how nice the place is. Even my room was beyond imagination and I visit alot of Fancy hotels.
Easy to locate. Nice and clean hotel. Great rooms and staff. Good choice!
This is hotel is listed as a luxury hotel, I am not sure I would call it that since it's not a 5 Star hotel. The location is great for all who's visiting Dallas, close to everything. It's very consistent to a Hyatt anywhere.
Loud, especially if your room faces the open atrium or is facing Union station. Easy check in and out. Lots of elevators. No good coffee to be found anywhere nearby. The hotel coffee is atrocious gasoline. Beds are comfortable and service is good.
Beautiful ambience, clean well appointed room and courteous staff.
Wonderful stay. My husband and I started for our anniversary and the hotel was very accommodating. The even included a complimentary bottle of Chardonnay which was nice. We ordered some food from there as well that arrived promptly, and tasted delicious. Lastly, the city view is amazing. We will definitely be visiting again to check out the restaurants next time :)
We ate at the restaurant up in reunion tower and the food could not have been better prepared or served loved the experience for our anniversary.
Had bugs in our room. Took them to front desk. All they said was "yes they come in the summer. No adjustment.
Beautiful hotel in downtown Dallas, great views from the guest rooms. Several great restaurants and a full service bar. Elevators have a great view. Once you leave the property it's a quick walk to Dealy Plaza, Union Station and the Federal Area. Some great restaurants and steakhouses are nearby. The Elevators can get congested at peak times. PARKING IS AVAILABLE. Staff were wonderful. You get a choice of the type of view. I opted for the train station and downtown, they have rooms facing the highway, county buildings etc. The pool is small but rooftop. Enjoy your stay I did.
Nice staff, beautiful hotel. Only there for a show but it looked and I was treated very nice.
Well appointed rooms, exceptional temperature control, great mattresses.
Always love the hotel and visiting the reunion tower, but not happy that you can't get a microwave in the room. I understand the reasoning behind not having them in every room, but think they should be available upon request like some hotels do. It's an inconvenience to have to get dressed to take a trip downstairs to heat food when it can be done in the comfort of the room.
Comfortable room, bit noisy from the bar in the open atrium and train station out the window though. Limited cable and extremely slow WiFi. Recommend a modified "green" option that would get refilled water and coffee, but not change out the sheets or towels.
Stayed here for our business convention. Love the service, clean room, clean bathroom but the swimming pool is very small. The food was ok, a little pricey food and drinks but staffs were very nice and friendly. Had much fun during my entire stay. Will be back again.
A worthy place to come when visiting Dallas. A great place to be for new years!
One if the conventions I work each year just moved their business venue to this hotel~ Staff was very kind and helpful which was a big comfort as staff haven't always been to welcoming to us at other hotels. Themed food options were available within the hotel to match our events theme ( very thoughtful! ) that wasn't overpriced. It saved my having to leave the hotel to go eat so I could get more work done in the evening. Very happy with my experience and hope to stay and work again with the convention next year!
Great hotel awesome customer service!! Great views as well.
The only complaint I have is that the valet is always horrible at this location.
Very nice and accommodating of
requests.
Nice rooms friendly staff, very hard beds have a bad back so was not good for that
Really great vibe, even for a person that has seen a million hotels.
Great place with great food and upscale acommodations.
Very friendly staff, beautiful and clean hotel with nice rooms, lovely views, and comfortable beds!
Beautiful architecture. Some odd in room styling choices, like the barn doors on the bathrooms don't make any sense but overall great staff and hotel.

Beautiful facility. Great rooms and comfortable beds. Very helpful staff. Hotel is busy but has large open areas so you don't feel crowded. Very clean.
The Reunion tower was so beautiful, informative and fun!! I love that you can have a drink and watch Dallas from the sky!
Great staff, clean, beautiful, great location, great view
Was great. Room very clean and staff was fantastic. Only thing would request next stay is to be in opposite side of hotel as the train tracks. Did wake me up every night around 4am
It was fabulous I had never seen anything like it before if I tell you y'all out did yourself th
I attended a meeting at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. The meeting room was spacious yet well-furnished, and I didn't feel like I was in a huge room while there. Afterwards, I even got directions back to my car from a very helpful and nice Dallas police officer who was in the lobby. I would definitely recommend the Hyatt for your next event!
The bar is grossly understaffed and can't handle a crowd!
Lovely staff, great place. Very comfy! I hate the bathroom doors though lmao
Beautiful hotel, but if i returned it would be just for Leo the beautiful mascot
Checked in today, came up to the room and the room hadn t been cleaned.
Sand or salt on the bed, room quiet dusty.
They agreed to come up and change sheets and vacuum. Shower curtain had a stain on it, hate to think what it might of been!
Not a good stay!
Exceptionally great service from time of arrival until time of departure. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Stayed here 2 nights and had a great stay. Super clean room and comfortable bed.
King room with a view was perfect. Receptionist provided A+ service.
The location is great, especially if the convention center hotel is full. Rooms are well appointed and the beds are on the firm side.
Easy check-in. Room was very clean & great view of city. Lobby atmosphere is very nice with access to entertainment.
Rooms were nice. The location was pretty good. I wasn't a fan of being able to hear the train and sometimes it even sounded like thunder.
Wolfgang Puck's 560 restaurant was DELICIOUS! I had the steak filet with mushrooms and it melted in my mouth. The 5 spice chocolate ice cream was also top notch. Servers and hostesses we're polite, fun, and we'll knowledged about everything.
Great hotel. I really enjoy staying here. Plus it's really close to the Lockhart Smokehouse which is AWESOME!
The service was excellent, the staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and very comfortable. And the whole appearance of the hotel was absolutely beautiful! Would highly recommend!
Great room with a city view and excellent customer service. Working a large corporate conference and front desk staff has been excellent with handling all rooming issues.
We didn't stay here but went to rent a van. It was very nice and everyone we spoke to was so courteous. Lobby was huge and has access to the Reunion Tower. Will have to stay here next time.
It was a decent hotel, on par with any other one I suppose. Pretty cool history on the walls. We did enjoy visiting five sixty for dinner. Parking was awful though $29 for valet parking, $19 for non valet outdoor parking. Valet parking took 15 min every time we left.
This is an iconic landmark for Big D. Unfortunately, profit motive has driven decisions. You can only get up to the restaurant and bar with reservations and it is $17 per person to get to observation deck.
Great rooms, Maybelline hospitality, phenomenal hotel. Valet parking is insanely expensive though.
