This is hotel is listed as a luxury hotel, I am not sure I would call it that since it's not a 5 Star hotel. The location is great for all who's visiting Dallas, close to everything. It's very consistent to a Hyatt anywhere.

Loud, especially if your room faces the open atrium or is facing Union station. Easy check in and out. Lots of elevators. No good coffee to be found anywhere nearby. The hotel coffee is atrocious gasoline. Beds are comfortable and service is good.

Wonderful stay. My husband and I started for our anniversary and the hotel was very accommodating. The even included a complimentary bottle of Chardonnay which was nice. We ordered some food from there as well that arrived promptly, and tasted delicious. Lastly, the city view is amazing. We will definitely be visiting again to check out the restaurants next time :)

Beautiful hotel in downtown Dallas, great views from the guest rooms. Several great restaurants and a full service bar. Elevators have a great view. Once you leave the property it's a quick walk to Dealy Plaza, Union Station and the Federal Area. Some great restaurants and steakhouses are nearby. The Elevators can get congested at peak times. PARKING IS AVAILABLE. Staff were wonderful. You get a choice of the type of view. I opted for the train station and downtown, they have rooms facing the highway, county buildings etc. The pool is small but rooftop. Enjoy your stay I did.

Always love the hotel and visiting the reunion tower, but not happy that you can't get a microwave in the room. I understand the reasoning behind not having them in every room, but think they should be available upon request like some hotels do. It's an inconvenience to have to get dressed to take a trip downstairs to heat food when it can be done in the comfort of the room.

Comfortable room, bit noisy from the bar in the open atrium and train station out the window though. Limited cable and extremely slow WiFi. Recommend a modified "green" option that would get refilled water and coffee, but not change out the sheets or towels.

Stayed here for our business convention. Love the service, clean room, clean bathroom but the swimming pool is very small. The food was ok, a little pricey food and drinks but staffs were very nice and friendly. Had much fun during my entire stay. Will be back again.

One if the conventions I work each year just moved their business venue to this hotel~ Staff was very kind and helpful which was a big comfort as staff haven't always been to welcoming to us at other hotels. Themed food options were available within the hotel to match our events theme ( very thoughtful! ) that wasn't overpriced. It saved my having to leave the hotel to go eat so I could get more work done in the evening. Very happy with my experience and hope to stay and work again with the convention next year!

I attended a meeting at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. The meeting room was spacious yet well-furnished, and I didn't feel like I was in a huge room while there. Afterwards, I even got directions back to my car from a very helpful and nice Dallas police officer who was in the lobby. I would definitely recommend the Hyatt for your next event!

Checked in today, came up to the room and the room hadn t been cleaned. Sand or salt on the bed, room quiet dusty. They agreed to come up and change sheets and vacuum. Shower curtain had a stain on it, hate to think what it might of been! Not a good stay!

Wolfgang Puck's 560 restaurant was DELICIOUS! I had the steak filet with mushrooms and it melted in my mouth. The 5 spice chocolate ice cream was also top notch. Servers and hostesses we're polite, fun, and we'll knowledged about everything.

We didn't stay here but went to rent a van. It was very nice and everyone we spoke to was so courteous. Lobby was huge and has access to the Reunion Tower. Will have to stay here next time.

It was a decent hotel, on par with any other one I suppose. Pretty cool history on the walls. We did enjoy visiting five sixty for dinner. Parking was awful though $29 for valet parking, $19 for non valet outdoor parking. Valet parking took 15 min every time we left.

This is an iconic landmark for Big D. Unfortunately, profit motive has driven decisions. You can only get up to the restaurant and bar with reservations and it is $17 per person to get to observation deck.
