Little costly but nice place to stay.... specially new year eve...so that u can hav a good view of tower fireworks

The tower attached is pretty tall and offers a fantastic view of the Dallas Metro area. I would recommend that anyone who's never been attend.

My room was wonderful with a view to the bridge to nowhere. Very clean rooms however not the greatest customer service. Room was still not ready by 4pm. Highly unusual for a place like that.

Great room, location, helpful staff, and very convenient to all that you want to do in downtown Dallas. Was my first time staying here $30 valet and $19 self parking. Will stay again and highly recommend this hotel if you can afford it.

Nice, clean, & friendly service. Convenient lunch made available during conference was reasonably priced $8.00 burger, salads, sandwich. It was better than their restaurant's burger. Wish my session was there.

We were at the Hyatt to go to Reunion Tower and had an amazing time. We went to Cloud 9 for drinks and loved sitting on the rotating deck overlooking Dallas.

Attended a conference in thr hotrl meeting spacr. The attention to the needs of the conference attendees was outstanding. There was always a staff nearby to answer questions or provide assistance.

I attended a business workshop and the staff was nice.

Me and my family came in for a cheer competition over the weekend, and the minute that we tried to bring our luggage up, a pleasant worker came and helped take it up to our floor. Great and friendly service, would definitely recommend them whole-heartedly!

Well they have gone above and beyond even though a few things were missing from my room, they quickly brought them. They were very respectful of all manners around my Service Dog and then most of all, I dropped my wedding ring down the sink!!! They IMMEDIATELY sent Hugo up to open the pee trap and THANK GOD, he found it! Quick efficient clean and ALL if the staff has been extremely accommodating!!!

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

location is great. There is a parking lot you can park in or they have valet available. If you own a Tesla and want to do destination charging you have to do valet. Check in was a breeze but upon getting to our room the set of keys did not work. went downstairs and got a new set. new set did not work. went downstairs again and got a 3rd set and those did not work. they had to get engineering to fix our door. After that debacle everything else was great. View from hotel was great. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. There was a conference going on while we were there so elevators took forever. Might recommend asking if they have a conference before you book a room.

Must and only 1 time visit in Dallas. This is reunion tower.

Dara in the breakfast area is an asset. Could have talked to her for hours. Gave us some really good advice of where to visit. She s good old fashioned customer service and genuinely caring.

A beautiful hotel with a professional front desk staff who helped me with directions in the Dallas area. Near the Amtrak station and has wonderful city views.

There seemed to be generally no problems. There was nothing wrong that stood out at this place. That fact, plus how nice everything was...it was a very pleasant experience.

Very nice place. Good buffet on second floor. One issue I had the reason for me giving this place 3 stars. Is I had ask for my sheets to be changed. I left them on the floor by the entrance. When I got back to my room house keeping put the old sheets that were on the floor back on the bed. I asked her to remove them tipped her and walked out. I went to the front desk asked if they could just leave the sheets folded on the bed and I would change it. They left me about 10 pillow cases with no sheets. I doubt my sheets were changed because they still had mascara on it from the night before.

Had a king bed room with a skyline view. Excellent accommodations, breakfast buffet provided with room was also fantastic. Only gripe, trains come through the area often. Pretty loud.

Awesome hotel. They treated me like a Queen. Will be back for sure. If you have not checked out the restaurant on the top of the roof you Desperately need too. It rotates around and the Scenery in the evening is so Amazing..

I mostly ate at the restaurant and that was amazing. The hotel was well furnished and beautiful. The restaurant was beautiful and the food and service were delicious.

Oh this place is niiiiice. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. I like that the lobby is people friendly too. I was visiting my brother and waiting down in the lobby and had everything I needed including a plug at a table to charge my phone (instead of having to sit by a random outlet on the floor or leaving my phone to sit at a chair). I was there for the EUROPA EXPO and it as nice that they had shuttle back and fourth to the hotel. If I could afford it, I'd stay here all the time. I can't speak on the employees because I never really came in contact with any while there for extended periods of time. We went up to the tower, and that was really nice. It's kinda pricy, but i like that touristy stuff and got a key chain with my family on it from the little photo booth they have while you wait in line to go up :).

I stayed in room 865 and the look was incredible. At night he looked very good. The service was very good.

Very nice and clean hotel. Even on a very busy day, you can still get your room on time. Check out time 12 pm. Only one thing I didn't like, the pool. The pool is about 6x9 feet.

Don't like the fact that valet employees favor taxi cabs over uber and Lyft. Not there place to run off uber and lyft drivers for pickups vs. Taxis who can sit and wait for fares. Tortious interference is not a good practice but hey its private property they can do what they want. Just post a sign saying no rideshare service allowed and let's see how that works out when your guest are dropped off at the curb from the airport trips. Also when there forced to used that homeless looking taxi driver.

Fantastic hotel. Awesome service, great location and lots of amenities on site. Room prices are very reasonable. If you don't want to pay 30$+, self park down the street for much cheaper.

They conveiniently forget to mention that if you pay extra for the "City view" rooms you also get to listen to the freight trains rattle your teeth out all night as they run by right outside. Parking is expensive and a long ways away.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful view of Downtown Dallas. Drinks at the bar are expensive but strong!! They even had karaoke which was very entertaining. Our room was nice, however, I did discover the sheets were not clean (blood stain on the comforter). Good thing I ALWAYS bring my own sheets and towels for reasons like this. The sheets were changed, but who knows if they were even clean.

I've stayed here three times now. The rooms are always very clean and extremely comfortable. In general, the location is very good however Uber/Lyft drivers have always had trouble getting me/dropping me off.

Stayed for my husband's BIRTHDAY this time a regular room instead of a suite , Front desk was exceptional and gave us the requested room!! Met all of our requests, room., floor, crib, check in and out time requested, birthday Breakfast,.ALL STAFF WAS EXCELLENT including Bellman. The hotel is well kept and the view is Amazing. The rooms are nice and clean, bead and pillows were wonderful, Good location loved our stay!

Absolutely amazing hotel and awesome views of the Dallas skyline. We had a suite that had two separate doors to enter each side. Both sides had its own bathroom , TV, and refrigerator. The view was spectacular and I can't wait to return to check our more of this fabulous hotel.

Very nice hotel. Parking was a little pricey, but parking is always expensive in a city. Concierge was very helpful. And the food and drinks at the bar were very good. And the servers were very good. And the hotel had a great location, right off the interstate and over looking Dealey plaza.

Didn't stay at the hotel. but visited the reunion Tower which is really awesome

Restaurant in the reunion tower was good and also the people dressed really fancy. Lots of Uber and Lyft drivers around.

I loved my stay at Hyatt regency Dallas. It was the host hotel for a Harry Potter event I attended and the wizarding details they provided for the theme made it a lot of fun.

Clean beautiful hotel and the staff was stupendous amazing

Spent one night at the Hyatt Regency and loved it. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and made me feel welcome. The room was comfortable, clean, and very well appointed. We got a "premium" room with a view of downtown and were not disappointed; the major caveat being that with the hotel being right next to a train station, noise was an annoyance during the day while the trains were running. We had dinner at the hotel's Italian restaurant, Perrino's, and were thoroughly impressed with the quality - our meals were delicious. Be warned that if you opt to self-park, expect a small walk as the self-park parking lot is down the hill and across the street from the hotel. Our stay was great; we were thoroughly impressed with the hotel and we expect to be staying again in the future.
