Very nice hotel with excellent rooms. Only drawback is noise from the central atrium area that goes from the ground floor to the top of the building. Underground walkway to the Reunion Tower and to the rail services, and a short walk to the West Side activities are just a few perks here.
Very clean. The staff wasn't always friendly. Great place to stay for the conference we attended.
I was traveling for an important conference at this place. Reservation was made "with the conference code" for an executive suite with double bed. Upon arrival, the staff was confused including the manager because no one could find a reservation that was made under my name or my colleague with whom I was supposed to share the suite. They finally located the reservation at the Hyatt house which was a few miles away. We took a cab there and to our surprise all they could accomodate was a SINGLE STUDIO with one BED ( # 129). !!CALLED FRONT DESK, SORRY WE"RE FULL TONIGHT!!

Very convenient pokemon stop located near the tower entrance. Beautiful water features located throughout hotel. Quiet clean rooms with a variety of amenities. Friendly, helpful staff.
We stayed there for our anniversary and to ring in new year 2019... Not to mention hotel is huge , nice but people who were across the hall from us very loud rude and kept us up all night. We werent able to make it to the lawn to see the fireworks due to "NO ONE" DIRECTED US!! we werent happy w our value we placed on this hotel overpriced 350.00 for 1 night w a package that only a complimentary brunch was on and champagne w flutes ... We are new to Dallas area. Wasn't impressed with this hotel for sure and to top it off when we were sleeping so good the alarm went off to tell us to evacuate the building?? Scary especially while your asleep... Told the front desk when we left the next day only to be told we will give you more points since your a member this is my first time in a hyatt and I wish I would of known how this one was wouldnt of wasted my money on this for sure... I'll make sure to tell everyone my experience too poor management for sure... Happy New Year

This is a very nice hotel but the parking rates are ridiculous and the fact that self parking is down the street makes it even worse. The rooms are very nice and the staff is quite friendly. There are very nice fixtures in the rooms and bathrooms and my kids loved the glass elevators. There's a pool we didn't use because it was raining and a gym my wife enjoyed. There are tons of things to do and places to eat in the area. I'd consider staying here again if the price was right.
Had a nice visit while staying over for the state fair. Comfortable room for the family. Nice views of downtown and reunion tower

Great hotel, had alot of fun at the convention earlier this year! Wonderful and accommodating staff. Only had an issue with some of the luggage staff being rude and impatient/pushy.

I come here once a year to geek out with a bunch of people who dress up in expensive mascot suits and costumes during a furry convention. The staff is super nice and helpful. So happy TFF has this wonderful place as their host.
Hotel is really nice , but the pool is the smallest I've ever seen.
Attended AA ALC. The facility was very nice, however the food left a lot to be desired.
Excellent hotel, was able to handle large volumes of patrons through the elevators and escalators with minimal headache or breakdowns. Staff was super friendly and excellent choices for food in the internal restaraunt. Will be returning again.
The staff is excellent. Some rooms are nicer than others. Food and attractions are overpriced.Outdoor pool is very small and seems like an afterthought.
The room was very spacious. Plenty of elevators so you aren't waiting around for them. Not really walking distance to much if you don't like the heat.
