My visit was great. The staff was very kind and everything was made easy for us!
My visit was great. The staff was very kind and everything was made easy for us!
Excellent service, went up the tower, wow, it was a great place for a nice dinner
Great hotel for business. Quick check in with lots of options (near elevator or far, city view with the train or not) room is clean with everything you might need. A/C is quiet and doors don't slam. Good location too.
Excellent service and an excellent staff, room was exceptional with an incredible view of downtown Dallas. Being Halloween seeing the buildings lit up were fantastic. Highly recommended.
We came in on Thursday for TFF, staff was so friendly. Some of the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel. Get into our suite and PA POW. Beautiful room with gorgeous views. Con space was great!
Everything about this place was great except for the deli/coffee shop. They ended up charging me $15 for just one hot coffee and bagel that should've only been around $10. Okay, probably super rushed from the con goers and stuff, just hope it won't happen again next year.
Definitely will try to get a suite here for next year's TFF.
Thanks excellent service HerbalifeEvents we have the best serving
Had a conference there. Good restaurant with buffet. Starbucks with plenty of snack items. About 4 blocks from Dealey Plaza (JFK assassination).
Great conference hotel. Need more light in the hotel rooms. Not enough light for doing make-up.
Great customer service but not good catering. The restaurants however were excellent. Great gluten free options.
We didn't actually stay here but my sister did and she was here for a week and she stayed there and we go visit her every night for dinner. Lots of cool stuff to walk too. Lots of great places to eat. More than your fair share of bars to walk to. Really nice staff really posh accommodations. I may or may not have had some shampoo from there. But they just leave those cards unattended you know :-) but seriously. This place really offers a sense of elegance without a crazy high price tag. The staff is really nice like I said and they never made you feel like you were being a burden. At least it wasn't my experience in any way. But like I said my sister stayed there and not me.
Very nice. Clean rooms and beds. View from 18th floor was awesome. Very good stay.
Had a bad experience checking in then a broken door lock, but they resolved all issues
Great view, great service, valet can be a but expensive but they do offer self parking if needed.
Had an emergency alarm go off and announced to take the stairs downstairs. Upon reaching the bottom floor, found that door was locked. Why would a fire exit be locked! Turned out to be a glass alarm, but no announcement was made. I had to enquire and only to be brushed off. Especially regarding locked fire exit.
It's s great place to spending your time at the event spaces
Disappointed on being escorted out of the bar by the Dallas Police without so much as a word from our waitress or bar staff that we must exit the 2nd floor. Last call had been made but no one said we had to vacate. Way to treat your customers Hyatt!
Absolutely Amazing time at this Hotel. Beautiful veiw from the room and everything was very clean and organized. It's in a great location. The staff was very friendly and the whole hotel is very beautiful. Loved having a store inside that's open 24/7. I will be returning to this one when I return to Dallas.
Stayed for our 6th anniversary and they brought us complementary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Great view in a great room!
I stay at this hotel every chance I get! Its one of only 3 hotels here with ADA rooms. The staff is always friendly, the internet was faster than I have at home and the room was immaculate! I know of the problems they had in the past but THEY ARE LONG GONE!!!! Also, I commend the conserigre. They were outstanding! I mensioned only once that I live in San Francisco and I GOT THE SF daily paper at my door along with the Dallas one. I even got a free meal at neighboring 560 because I had to wait oncse for breakfast. If you are diabled, book an ADA room here! Thanks for making my visit to Dallas a most restful and pleasureable one
My shirt visit was very pleasant. Great helpful staff. But the self service parking booth could be a bit more user friendly.
Great view, beautiful hotel. Room was above tracks, was loud at times.
My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency during Texas Library Association's annual convention. The rooms were clean and tastefully appointed. What makes this a five star review is all about the staff. Each person I met was happy in their position and only wanted to see to our needs and comforts. While the food prices are a bit of sticker shock, all culinary experiences were well made and tasted wonderful. I commend those that hire and train the staff of this hotel. They are your best accomplishment.
Good one, perhaps a bit expensive compared to other similar hotels in the US. Well located if you like to stay in Dallas downtown.
Just passing through. I didn't stay here this visit, just looking for the vendor expo. Very crowded throughout.
Kool place for business travel. The room and view is super!
The hotel is very nice, the staff is plesent and welcoming. The rooms are very large and the beds are nice. The food is a little expensive.
While it is in the downtown area of Dallas, this hotel is right next to a very busy highway so there is constant road noise. I would say some of the rooms need some maintenance or updating. The furniture is showing it's age. The bathroom could have been cleaner as well. There was leaving of something still stuck in the sink drain.
I love this hotel. It's very quiet even though the lobby is always busy. It's in close proximity to the train station and there is a rental car shop inside the hotel should you decide not to walk in the hot Texas sun. They have a decent gym for such a large hotel but I hear the pool is spectacular. I'm not much of a pool person but my coworkers raved nonstop over it. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the room was very comfortable.
Nice hotel, close walk to the convention center, sandwiches, coffee and snack options in the lobby area
Just about as good as it gets, as far as hotels go.
We spend one night there recently. We parked ourselves and they were incredibly nice. They let us check in 3 hours early to meet our friend who were staying a few days.
We ended up eating dinner and then breakfast at the hotel. We also had drinks up the the amazing, slowly turning, observation tower.
Although everything (including the coffee in the morning) was pretty expensive, there are some times it's nice to have the best. All of the food and service was top notch.
The room itself, with the electric powered window shade was gorgeous and immaculately clean. We'd be quick to stay here again. Anytime!
Very beautiful Hotel. Excellent Customer Service staff
Nice hotel I was a little surprised when we got to the room and found the A/C cover off and leaning against the desk. Then found out that the blinds/curtains were broken. We just stayed the one night for the birth of our Grandson at Methodist Hospital. Overall a great place and great location. We didn't complain about the inconsistencies as we were just looking for a little bit of sleep.
The food was delicious and the environment was beautiful
Lovely room, housekeeping was fabulous. Met the lovely lady who handled our room in the hallway. Offered us extra waters and towels. Wonderful personality she had. Went up to the Reunion Tower, nice that is was discounted for hotel guests. Amazing view of Dallas at night from there. Only complaint was the lack of sound dampening. Children in the room next to us, and obnoxious rude guests in the hall at 3am made for some grumbling on our part. Otherwise a lovely stay. BTW, very quick, attentive, courteous room service folks. Thank you
Was here for a conference recently. The rooms are standard and the facilities we're pretty good. Plan on eating and drinking coffee in the hotel as it is located in a secluded spot and away from restaurants and coffee shops. There are 4-5 restaurants on the 2nd Floor that are ok. I did have an issue with my room lock which took some time to resolve, but security did everything in their power to help compensate the issue. There is an outdoor pool overlooking the city. No hot tub though.
Room was beautiful, view was amazing. Great service and great catered food
Good service; nice amenities; cleanliness could be improved.
The hotel was very nice and clean, staff friendly. The room was amazing.
Amen what a wonderful wow. I mean the service is superb! Valet parking is amazing and affordable.. CLEAN bathrooms, open spaces, courteous staff. I'm most definitely impressed.
This hotel is a wonderful hotel if you're blind. Why did I keep seeing polka dots up on the ceiling? I think I was being watched. It was so much better when I stayed here on Christmas Eve of 2002 with 150 homeless people.
Hallways had a bad smell, and the bathroom was way to small for those prices. The view was amazing though, and dark blackout blinds for in the morning would prefect.
Incredible hotel. Very clean and very fancy. Would definitely recommend. Great for events.
Wonderful hotel, great staff and amazing views from the rooms!
Staff Was Extremely Helpful Because A Cell Phone Was Lost At A Late Hour But It Was Still Retrieved
Amazing views of Dallas, friendly and helpful staff!
Great rooms, great staff, great service, great price. Local restaurants have delicious selections.
Hyatt Regency Hotel in Dallas, was my most awesome experience in any hotel I've been to. Everyone should have the experience. They even have a 10X magnifying morrow for your make-up needs in the bathroom. THE SIMPLE THINGS THAT MATRERS. I LOVE THAT HOTEL
Nice view
Extraordinary place
The valet parking is terrible, and the hotel is freezing.
