The manager Alex was great, had an issue with the room which he resolved immediately and even gave us an upgrade to another room for free. They had my room decorated with flowers for my anniversary, I'll definitely come back here.

A $109 security deposit for a business related trip is absolutely ridiculous. Do business customers really destroy hotel rooms?

Reunion tower is amazing. We only went for the penny press machine, but they made us get tickets for the tower since the second machine was up there. Worth the money, got a cute penny from it too.

Clean hotel with friendly service. I stayed 2 nights/3days for a company conference which was in the hotel. We are all our meals in the hotel. The staff was attentive and eager to be of service. We felt very taken care of. But I deducted stars for the taste of the food. The food presentation was always nice, but it never tasted good. Just bland, over cooked hotel food. Stay here, but don't eat here.

I love how they accommodate to Leakycon, from the cute owl mail to serving ButterBeer. Also everything was in walking distance. I plain on returning in the future.

Excellent stay. Wonderful service! Conveniently located near the light rail and accessible to all downtown attractions.

Attended event held here, stayed three nights. Conference rooms large, audio equipment for panels worked without issues. Housekeeping inconspicuous but thorough. Restaurant and bar handy for those who need that kind of thing. I enjoyed my stay.

Room very clean. Check in staff excellent. Made me feel like home.

Wonderful hotel with a breathtaking view of the Dallas night lights

The rooms are really high quality, and so is the other interior and exterior places. It is just a great place to be held for the 2017 National High School Journalism Convention.

5 stars for the staff. The room and hotel overall were great but my only small gripe is that the walls were a little thin. I could hear my neighbors TV most of the night and early morning

This is a huge hotel attached to reunion tower. We went up into the tower for a few drinks before dinner and were amazed with the views. We had suites booked on the 3rd floor with a shared balcony which stretched around the entire hotel. I slept in a bed much more comfortable than the one I have at home. The service staff was professional and cared about my experience.

Loved it, great service, good rooms and good location

The staff is very educated and friendly as well as helpful. On check in the lady mentioned you are welcome to use our 24 hour fitness center and swimming pool. Which makes you think an indoor pool, great. NOT.
No breakfast or internet included and if you want a king size bedroom with a city view is an extra $15 dollars just to have a nice city view a little higher up from where the trains go by. So that way you wouldnt be able to hear them.
The bathroom door did not close for anything in the world. My fiance and I tried it several times and finally gave up.
$200 dollars a night for a nice view of the city which was extra. A clean room and bathroom. Honestly I could have spent my money at a cheaper hotel amd gotten 2 nights with breakfast included for that price.
Parking lot is an extra $19 dollars overnight which is located a block away from the main entrance. Seriously? We had to park the car and pay for it and walk to the hotel. It was one of my most disappointing stays I have ever experienced.
Please next time advertise to bring our own humidifiers so we don't wake up dry with our sinuses dry and itchy.

Quite the hotel! I enjoyed everything about this stay especially from a city view room. Only thing is the train station noise but higher up it goes away. Bar can make anything!

The Hyatt was a wonderful place to stay. I wish they had more food options but the 24-hour coffee shop sort of cancels that out.

An iconic Dallas destination. Really loved the property.

Wish you would use cleaning products that don't have a scent especially flowery. Wish you wouldn't filter in scent in gym. Makes it hard to breath.

The rooms were large and comfortable. The elevators fast and efficient. You would never suspect this as an older hotel.

Came for a Church event. It was truly inspiring. Looking forward to next year.

Just got here, everything seems so nice. Check back with me in 4 days when it's time to leave. Don't like that for the price per night, breakfast isn't included.

I expected more from a luxury hotel. The walls are surprisingly thin, as we could hear neighboring rooms and lots of hallway noise. Our room on the 17th floor had a great view of the city, but being right next to the train yard, heard trains all night. The maid tried coming in 9:00 am or so, way before checkout time to clean. We were only there one night and not needing her. Not sure why she didn't wait till after checkout time. Fortunately the door was bolted and we heard her and sent her away. Otherwise everything was very clean. They have a good breakfast buffet. Lots of variety and custom omelets if you prefer. Staff very accommodating.

Although I live in Dallas but still I went there just to get an experience. I must say it did not let me down at all. Service was top notch. The view from room was magnificent.

Great spot, in the heart of downtown Dallas. I ve been here on many occasions and for this time it was a corporate client that rented out the entire gala and meeting room facilities. Exceptional and awe inspiring. I would highly recommend, Hyatt s are one of my favorites

The hotel was nice but i would not let the VALET park your car... They stole from me and it has been 2 weeks and not one manager has got back to me after leaving messages with them.

Huge hotel. Multiple dining options. Watched football at the bar Thursday night which was good, though they weren't open Sunday for afternoon football. Nice rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, 24 hour coffee shop with snacks was a great touch though expensive.

This hotel is beautiful. Very spacious and the rooms have great HVAC that do the job right.

We rented a car here. Friendly guy helped us. Everything went smoothly.

I loved the view from the top of the ball and just to be able to walk outside and enjoy the fresh air and again the amazing view. Once your back inside you can go and sit in the resturant( cloud nine) and it slowly moves all the way around.

Handled our sales meeting very well. Rooms were nice too

What a gorgeous hotel! Loved the view from my room & the sky tower. Was @ a convention & the service was great. Only thing that could be improved on is the waiters were a little 2 efficient @ clearing out dishes. 1 tried 2 take my food away when I wasn't finished - LOL!

Great place just wish they had more like the omni but overall a great place staff is excellent and loved the great city view me and my family had and there wings are delicious

Look, it's a beautiful hotel. It's got such friendly staff even when you're being an a** they're incredible. It's worth the money and there's always incredible people there.

Great room and great staff. Had issue with a leaking faucet that was fixed within an hour while we went to lunch.

It was a bummer..only because traffic was blocked off because of Holiday Parade. Favor drivers beware

Was double charged for meal in restraunt. I paid with my debit card, and they charged it to my room. The traffic around the hotel was horrible.

Beautiful with phenomenal staff that cater to the customers.
