This company doesn't care about their long time costumers and most of their apps have poor security features, they have other companies handling customer support which ends up with them not being customer oriented and just marking everything has spam.

These fools do not care. Robotic automatic response emails, a Habbo shop more greedy than Apple and a poor moderation team. Two game and support has always been poor but just keeps going downhill. No attempt from Sulake to respond to the genuine negative reviews on the app stores to fix issues just shows their incompetence. Avoid.

They don't let you speak to anyone about banned accounts on there website. John monkey was banned in 07 and they will not comment on it
