Very poor!!! I run a Mac system and it is hard to believe that I cannot access google maps or yahoo maps because you do not have an application for them.

I can have a gmail e-mail address but can't access maps.

Yahoo has committed treason on the small businesses that relied on it for their webhosting, email, and website needs! I have had my company with Yahoo for over nine years. Now, with the Aabaco switch:
Aabaco has removed our company and others from the internet search engines and put Yext in charge of our ability to put our meta data out for customer searches in an attempt to extort money from us. Yahoo/Aabaco/Yext have endangered all small businesses that trusted Yahoo for their business needs in order to make more of the billions that they already make. I was told my a customer that he had an impossible time finding my company! It was not that way two weeks ago, and they have endangered my company during the most important time of the year: Christmas! I now am being told I have to pay them $449-$1000 by Yext in order to put my established business listings back on the internet. This is harming my business. Boycott Yahoo, Aabaco and Yext. Show them that extortion is illegal.

Yahoo freaking SUCKS! For everything bad I could say about Google (and I am aware of the hypocrisy inherent in using Google reviews as a platform to criticize Google), at least we can grant that Google is "just good enough" at nearly everything it does. One might even be generous enough to say that Google is good enough to justify approaching (if not attaining) a virtual monopoly on Internet services. Everything Yahoo does - search engine, free web-based e-mail service, and so forth, it is second or third rate at best. Why are these clowns even still around? We might as well grant Alphabet Inc. that monopoly over the Internet they so covet.

However, if there is just one reason why I hate Yahoo so much, Yahoo! Answers is it. When asked for a prediction as to when Idiocracy will come to pass, all I need to do is proclaim that it is already here. Exhibit A: Yahoo Answers. Every single time I stumble upon YA, I get bukkaked with stupid. Yahoo Answers is one of the foremost examples of the utter retardation of modern society. It is even flawed conceptually. "How about a service where total retards could ask astoundingly stupid questions for equally retarded people to answer? What a great idea!" Every time I stumble upon Yahoo Answers I feel an overwhelming desire to vaporize all human life on this planet. I seriously wonder why all of the corporate officers and big shareholders have put off doing the honorable thing by committing seppuku. I really, really HATE Yahoo so, so much!

Yahoo blocked all my comments on its news, deleted my comments with lots of supports. That's how low this media company goes. No wonder it becomes a joke.

Valuing my visit to the facilities, I give it a 5. I really liked being able to see it up close and, above all, visiting its gift shop, small but beautiful to take back a good memory at very good prices.

The new email page is very depressing! Instead of blindly trying to implement the features of Gmail it would be better if Yahoo could be innovative and come up with original ideas. Blame it on the new CEO for all this. Meanwhile the least it could do is to bring back the old version of Yahoo!

Good company but they are not much improving their service

Bad, bad, bad... I could go on describing why I don't like the "new" Yahoo but it would be a long list. I will just mention the most annoying feature: the pronoun "me" that they use for me. I want my sent mail to be where it belongs, not in the "sent" box. Don't they see that most people don't like this format? Would it be so hard for Yahoo to go back to the old style?

Very Very Very crappy service there is not any customer support when i called their headquarters they dropped my call three times and when i did reach a operator she sent me to a self help line which i did not want i asked multiple times for atleast the customer support email address and that is when she transferred me very dissatisfied customer

I'm into my third round of unrelated emails, from unrelated people being "auto-linked" together because they have the same subject. "Happy New Year". I had the same experience with "Merry Christmas Emails" and "Happy Birthday". It even linked resposes from130 American Greetings Christmas Cards that I sent out. Can I get anyone at Yahoo to listen? NO ! They make you go to a Customer Service website to VOTE on subjects of complaints ! Althrough you can create your own, and you get to vote on five similar to yours, It's not sufficient.
Also, you can't group incoming mail by sender ... It wouldn't matter anyway, because Yahoo, as I noted above, has senders with similar subjects grouped together. Yahooo.. BA HOO! Bad, Bad Customer Service. BAD PROGRAMMING LOGIC!

Sad. My company has been trying for weeks to get someone to help resolve an issue affecting several Yahoo! customers. Yahoo! is blocking legitimate e-mail notifications that our mutual customers have requested from us. Their support refuses to help or escalate. Support requests to Yahoo! via form submission and e-mail go unanswered.

How big does a company have to be before it has the luxury of completely ignoring customers needs and requests for support?

Once I was walking around campus with a coworker and we were approached by a woman in the parking lot -- who was a mail user that had been locked out of her account, because she got a new phone and forgot the password to her old account. We walked her to our front-desk and they got her in contact with our concierge care.... I gave her mail email address and confirmed that they had fixed everything for her within about two business days. Amazing!

This company is disgusting!!!!!! Bearish on this company as the management is not up to par!!! The email from yahoo is just not competitive with other competing email services! The manner in which yahoo covers sports is terrible! It's very clear sports is not understood properly enough at this company! I am changing to google news homepage instead of yahoo, because all news are about kim kardashian and justin bieber, most of their articles are published with the purpose of creating a race war, others were published with the purpose to dominate the vote during past elections, others about iPhone and Xbox One and at the same time posting negative opinions about the competitors, etc. There are no neutral opinions from their articles, all of them are published with the purpose to dominate the people's minds and they lack of facts. The CEO should be fired for changing to the new ugly design and to the new yahoo mail that it is almost unusable with 5 ads on the same page. When you are trying to sign out from your yahoo email there is an ad in the back of the same windows, and it disappears constantly and you accidentally click one of their ads, so you need to wait until the ad is finished to sign out. I am tired of this and today I have started with Google.

Yahoo has some shady business practices when it comes to local business listings. They have always tried to force small business owners into the 9.95 per month enhances listing but ever since they partnered with yext it has reached a new level. If you sign on with yext and then cancel they will suspend your business listing.

I've never run into a situation or policies that this company applies - for the past 3 years I've had no services with Yahoo Small Business (aka Aabaco) - however, they've been billing $10/month - for no services rendered. At the time that the services were transferred - the Yahoo rep was quite helpful, but never mentioned, nor did my confirmation notifying me of the transition from Yahoo Small Business state I needed to call back and "cancel" my services. The last I checked it's illegal for any business to bill any amount when there are no services rendered. Lessons learned - check your automated credit card charges, and I made the right decision to switch to Google for Business.
