The only things four star about this hotel are the lobby and the restaurant. The pool and sun deck area are a joke. Not something I expected from a four star hotel.
The bar and coffee bar look nice but have terrible service. Parking was difficult. The vallet takes 15 to 30 minuets, or you can walk half a mile to your car in self park.
My key went out on the second day. I was told to wait for the head of security to open the door to my room. He took forever to get there, was extremely rude, and very unprofessional. He actually grunted at me. Did not expect something close to harassment from head of security.
The hotel was also extremely noisy. And the maids knocked on the door three times after they had already cleaned the room.
Stay somewhere else.
